Encore un énorme merci, Francesco et Laura sont juste des hôtes exceptionnels! Nous avons été accueilli comme des rois à notre arrivée par un repas fait maison (ils proposent des menus), qui était juste délicieux et très bien cuisinée. Nous avons pus discuter avec eux et ils nous ont donné des bonnes adresses qui nous ont été précieuses pour profiter de notre séjours en compagnie de nos 2 chiens. Francesco est très disponible pour répondre aux questions et rendre service 😁 Le logement est plutôt dans les terres au calme et nous fait bénéficier d’un énorme jardin clôturé. Sans aucun doute si nous revenons en Sardaigne du Sud vous nous reverrez! On a adorer notre séjour chez vous! 🤩

This is simply the best Air BNB we have ever stayed at, we have travelled to many countries and the hospitality showed to us was amazing, Great local recommendations to sights close by, beautiful accomodation, local delicacies for us to try, all of this was above an beyond our expectations. The house is so clean, and beautifully decorated, there were lovely spaces inside and out to enjoy in the garden areas. We want to come back here and stay again and wish we were staying longer. If you are considering a stay around the Pula area, stay here!!!

Op een prachtige berg, in het zuiden van Sardinie, staat de woning van Lucia. Een authentiek plekje; op een mooie locatie, met meer dan genoeg faciliteiten en door de bomen heen uitzicht op zee. Prima uitval basis om het zuiden van sardinie te ontdekken. Het zwembad is top, zeker met wat oudere kinderen.

A dream coming true... the appartment and it's view is unbelievable! Everything was like it should be, even better. Mattia is a really nice guy and on top, he is also a professional masseur - make sure to get one of this wonderful massages, at your own terrace! As if it is not good enough, there is a whirlpool, where you can chill all day in... just wow! Grazie per tutto Mattia & tanti saluti a Radja!

Antonello is an amazing host. He is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a great stay at the villa, it was very clean, well equipped house with well kept grounds. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic. Each bedroom had an en-suite, if anything I think the villa is better in person than in the pictures. It’s a great location to get into Cagliari but also not be right in the city and not far from the beach. We had a a great stay with a mix of relaxing at the pool, touring around the city and going to the beach. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Antonello.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, Simon a été très attentif à notre bien être,. Son jardin est remarquable, on sent qu'il l'entretien avec beaucoup de passion. L'environnement nous apporte le dépaysement recherché, les plages sont remarquables et proches. Nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipements très fournis. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, et Simon a répondu positivement, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé, un grand merci. Nous recommandons vivement. Annie et Georges.

Simonetta und Ihre Familie ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit Käse, Salami, Wein und Süßigkeiten willkommen geheißen. Simonetta war stets erreichbar und hat uns Tipps gegeben. Wir hatten ein Mietauto um verschiedene Strände zu sehen, aber es ist gut zu Fuß ein Strand erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Wir genossen vorallem die ruhige Umgebung, perfekt um sich zu erholen. Wir können Simonetta und Ihre Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

We found Cristina's very place was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large and the beds are the most comfortable we have found. External metal shutters allow you keep the place dark so you can have a laying without being woken up by the sun. Garden was neat and tidy and the covered out door seating area also useful should it rain. On premise parking is useful, although you would also find space in the street should you want to park there. Cristina's is very responsive and has suggestions on where to go. As Cristina had no one renting the day before us or the day after we left she gave us flexible check in and check out. Would happily rent Cristina's place again.

Tolle Unterkunft mit liebevollem Service durch Vermieterin und Verwalterin. Alle Anliegen und Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Ende März / Anfang April schwierig im Ort ein geöffnetes Restaurant zu finden, aber alles lösbar. War ein schöner erster Sardinen-Aufenthalt.

We had an amazing weekend in this beautiful property! The views are incredible and the rooms are all tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and we made the most of the hot tub on a cold and rainy day! The beach nearby (5 min drive) is excellent as well with soft sand and crystal clear water. Would highly recommend this place :) We celebrated my birthday here and we were able to cook and have dinner comfortably as a group of 10.

We had a fantastic stay at villa arenada for a few nights. The villa is absolutely stunning, a very luxurious place with more than everything you could need. The villa has the benefit of the resort (concierge service and daily room cleaning) we were able to order dinner to the via from the hotel restaurant which was a great addition. Edoardo was so helpful and always at the end of the phone, helping us sort out dinner etc. The villa is located a short drive from the resort in a private road with other villas although felt very secluded and private. There is a small town nearby (Pula) which had supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. Thank you for a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend.

This is a great villa with many spaces for us all to relax. It is very close to a very nice beach. The villa’s kitchen was a little small but we managed to cook great meals for the 7 of us. A truely beautiful place. Allesandro and Luca are charming hosts with gifts of wine and food.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Rezearta is the definition of a "Super Host." So incredibly helpful, thoughtful and responsive. And the house is perfectly appointed for a luxurious yet comfortable stay. My wife took full advantage of the spa tub, sauna, yoga "studio" et al. It was perfect. It's a short walk to a very nice beach, and it's very easy access by car to Cagliari, or a dozen other beautiful beaches. I really cannot say enough good things. We loved it!

There aren't enough words to fully describe how beautiful this property and its location are! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the beginning of October, so the local beach bar and pizzeria were closed and the gated community was very quiet, but we loved the peace and stunning surroundings. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden and roof terrace are fabulous and we loved the hot tub for early morning and late night dips! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is super clean. It's clearly been recently redecorated and has been done beautifully. You do need a car if you want to visit other places or eat out (especially out of season) and there are wonderful beaches within a short drive, as well as the one right next to the house! But with the parking space, having a car is no issue. Marguerite met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She's so lovely and friendly, and super helpful. 100% recommend this house!
