Metropolitan city of Catania : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Het huis van Andrea aan zee was prachtig ! Echt precies zoals beschreven, en hoe je het op de foto's ziet. Ik heb dit zelden eerder meegemaakt, echt een aanrader! We hebben ontzettend genoten van de stilte in het baaitje, van de vissers en de vissersboten die om 4.30 vertrekken en om 7 weer terug zijn met hun vangst. Rond die tijd gingen ik en de kinderen( iets later : ) zwemmen in de baai. Hoewel hartje winter was het voor ons Dutchies, gewend aan de koude Noordzee , prima te doen. We hebben tonijn van de vissers gekocht en oesters gegeten, zo vers zalig ! De laatste dag zijn we met visser Turi in zijn bootje de zee opgegaan en hebben langs de kust gevaren en gezwommen. Een hele bijzondere ervaring. Het is speciaal om iedere ochtend wakker te worden met die machtige Etna vulkaan op de achtergrond. De eerste dag van het nieuwe jaar hebben we hem beklommen ! Een betere start van het nieuwe jaar hadden we ons niet kunnen voorstellen. We hebben intens genoten van Pozzillo!

One of the absolutely nicest AirBnBs I have ever stayed at! The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating and the rental itself was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was exactly as described and incredibly comfortable. Chiara and Michele were great hosts and provided wonderful recommendations in terms of restaurants, places to see, and helped us arrange a tour of Mt Etna which was the highlight of our trip! I definitely want to come back during the summer and stay here again - it was awesome!

Good price for the value accomodation. Emanuela was very helpful and proactive. The rooms were clean. The instructions were clear. Communication was very easy every time. The neighboors were very loud both in the morning and in the evening.

Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber, schön, gut eingerichtet und an einer tollen Lage. Die Kommunikation hat auch super funktioniert. Es gibt wirklich nichts Negatives zu sagen.

Nous avons passé un mois chez Diego dans l'appartement et tout est exactement comme dans la description sur l'annonce. Propre, fonctionnel, le logement est situé dans une résidence privée et sécurisée où il est possible de garer sa voiture. Tous commerces accessibles à Cannizzaro à même pas 10 minutes à pieds. Supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture. Emplacement aussi idéal pour visiter tout l'Est de la Sicile...Top!!!👍 Quant à Diego...Un hôte merveilleux et une belle personne. Une arrivée à 4h du matin n'a pas été un problème pour lui. Le frigo était remplis de nourriture pour le petit déjeuner, de fruits, de pâtes et rien ne manquait dans les éléments de base. Quel confort! Nous avons eu un soucis avec notre voiture et Diego nous a géré l'affaire rapidement et efficacement (Ce qui n'était pas dans le contrat de location !😁). Pour ne rien gâcher, Diego est très sympathique, très professionnel, intéressant et est incollable sur sa merveilleuse Sicile!!! On y retourne les yeux fermés...

This was one of the best Airbnb and stays of my life! The location was perfect for us: walking distance to a supermarket, a wonderful bread bakery, Pasta Fresca Pasquini (fresh pasta with and without egg that is affordable and delicious!), our favorite cafe/bar (Cobdorelli), Piazza Europa, the entire Carnevale route, and many more memorable attractions. The house is spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped for a long stay like ours. We cooked every day in the kitchen, and felt right at home. Elio was a communicative, helpful, and conscientious host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Roberto est un hôte très présent. Par exemple, Nous avons eu de forts orages une nuit et il s’est inquiété de notre bien être le lendemain et nous a fait qq recommandations de lui même Communication très facile à l’écrit. Trilingue. Jardin absolument somptueux… un vrai havre de paix.

l'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio. gli spazi sono ideali per una famiglia di 4 persone. ottima pulizia, parcheggio comodo e contesto molto piacevole in quanto l'area è chiusa e non accessibile da estranei. ambiente familiare e di quartiere. splendida l'ampia veranda, ben organizzata e comodissima alla cucina. Giovanni è stato un host molto cordiale e disponibile. la comunicazione è stata puntuale e precisa. unico neo il box doccia, un pò piccolo ma obiettivamente per come è organizzato il bagno non si può fare diversamente.

Wir hatten sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Obwohl die Ferienwohnung nahe an Catania liegt, war es dort sehr ruhig. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt um die Region und den Ätna zu erkunden. Die Gastgeberin Melina war sehr nett und es hat uns großen Spaß gemacht - Vielen Dank Melina für den großartigen Urlaub!

A place with a view. Outstanding view over the ocean, rent the apartment for that! The area is wild , with rocks into the ocean. Lovely place to bath, but it takes a little strength to come the ocean and some stairs to walk. Out of the season is there not many other people.

La beauté du site, un enchantement. Loin du tourisme, vie locale active au mois d'août (fêtes de villages typique). bref je recommande vivement !!!

Our stay in Sicily was truly unforgettable! The house had a beautiful character, filled with charming details that made it feel like a home. The garden was a stunning oasis, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Sicilian evenings. Our host, Carlo, was exceptional—always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The highlight of our trip was the incredible five-course Sicilian dinner Carlo organized for us, showcasing the region's delicious cuisine. Each dish was a delight! The location itself is a must-visit, with breathtaking views and rich culture all around. We felt immersed in the beauty and warmth of Sicily. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking to experience the best of the island!

Gianni und seine Frau waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar und authentisch eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Das Bad war sauber und das Bett im Schlafzimmer sehr bequem. Der Ort und die Straße waren Ende September wunderbar ruhig und man konnte sehr gut entspannen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Startpunkt um die Ostküste Siziliens zu entdecken. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We hebben een geweldige week gehad. De accommodatie is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor excursies naar de Etna of de Alcantara kloof. De woning is mooi en super goed uitgerust, echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het zwembad is ondanks dat je een badmuts nodig hebt perfect. Het plaatsje zelf is niet bijzonder. Het is net alsof je een tijdreis maakt 70 jaar terug in de tijd. Er staat veel leeg en is vervallen. We zijn hier enkel naar de Pizzaria (Orso) geweest, die heeft geweldige pizza’s. Gelukkig is in o.a. Taormina genoeg te doen dus het is geen gemis.

Als je fan bent van een prachtig zicht over de zee met de Etna op de achtergrond, de rust van een privé woonwijk, een paadje naar de zee beneden slechts 50m verder, een fijne tuin met alle nodige meubilair om te zitten en liggen, een zwembad met buitenkeuken, een ruime woning met alle nodige voorzieningen,... twijfel niet. Wij hadden een hele fijne tijd hier! Enige om rekening mee te houden: het ligt rustig afgelegen, maar dat betekent ook een beetje rijden om ergens te komen. Dat doe je wel op comfortabele wegen, dus helemaal goed. We bezochten de Etna, Noto, Necropolis Pantalica, Siracusa, Cavagrande, Oasi Faunistica di Vendicari, en wel meer in de buurt. Niks verder dan een dik uur rijden. Tijdens de zomermaanden is er een superette vlakbij, de rest van het jaar moet je een eindje rijden voor boodschappen, maar eens je alles in huis hebt wil je er niet meer weg :)

We couldn’t have a better visit in Sicily. The apartment was better in real life and our fantastic host Isidoro did everything to welcome and got us feel like home. You have everything you need and the big balcony was perfect to eat early breakfast and late dinner at with the perfect view of the beautiful water ❤️ You have also a big market 20min walking from the house where you can buy fish caught on the same day and fruit and vegetables picked on the same day. We definitely gonna come back next summer!! Thank you so much ❤️

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Örtchen. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Insbesondere der großzügig gestaltete Ess -und Küchenbereich, sowie die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf die Burg, hat es uns angetan. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm, das Check-In absolut problemlos, der Tipp zur naheliegenden Pizzeria Gold wert. Vielen Dank

The apartment has a big balcon with amazing front view to the sea.

Le logement était localisé dans un village pittoresque qui incluait d’excellents restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Nous avons profité du bord de mer pour nos promenades. Très bonne localisation. À moins de deux heures du logement nous pouvions visiter les endroits (Siracuse, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna cet) recommandés pour visiter la Sicile. Merci Antonietta pour votre accueil!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Aci Castello, village charmant, où l'on trouve plusieurs restaurants et tous les commerces nécessaires à moins d'1km de l'hébergement. La terrasse est vraiment très agreable et permet de prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil, même en décembre... Le coeur de ce petit village situé en bord de mer a beaucoup de charme. Nous recommandons sans hésitation! Merci à Stefania et Ricardo, qui se sont montrés très souples sur notre horaire d'arrivée et de départ.

Maria Novella and Federico were wonderful hosts, they made us feel very welcome in this gorgeous apartment and provided great recommendations. It is situated in a private area which means it is so peaceful. We could access the beach really easily where we could sit by the sea or swim. The apartment is very cute, everything you need is there and the views of Etna and the sound of the waves makes you feel so calm and content. As described in the listing it is important that you hire a car to access the apartment but we found this very good because it meant it was easier to explore. Maria, Federico, thank you so much - I hope we can visit again!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser süßen Fischerwohnung. Der Balkon mit Blick auf das Wasser war wirklich herrlich. Im Ort gibt es einige Möglichkeiten zum Essen / Trinken. Man braucht jedoch ein Auto, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Remote location fantastic for a quite holiday. Really liked views from the hot tub. First time arriving was difficult - we found a locked gate down a very narrow access drive. We had messaged Andrea with our ETA several times, so surprising we were met with locked gate. Overall though, enjoyed the stay.
