Metropolitan city of Catania : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

L’appartamento di Luigi è un gioiellino di tranquillità a due passi dal centro di Catania. Ristrutturato in modo molto grazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort, ci ha accolti benissimo nei nostri due giorni di permanenza. Luigi è un host eccezionale: sempre disponibile, ha anticipato tutte le indicazioni per il check in e le zone migliori in cui parcheggiare, in più ci ha dato dei piacevoli consigli sia sui luoghi da visitare che su diversi ristoranti, il tutto con grandissima cortesia.

Virkeligt dejligt sted, hvor man hurtigt føler sig hjemme. Huset ligger med udsigt til Francesco og hans brors vindrue- og oliventræer med fred og ro. Dejligt køkken og opholdsrum, og Francesco var meget imødekommende. Vores to små døtre elskede at være her :)

We were really happy to have booked Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place during our trip to Sicily! We planned to visit mount Etna and avoid the crazy traffic and noise of the bigger cities that we had been experiencing in Sicily , so the place was a perfect choice as it is around 30m by car to it. It is also accessible to visit Taormina and Siracusa. The house is extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, beautifully decorated and clean! The hosts are very kind and responsive, we ended up taking longer for our check in than planned and they were supper accommodating towards us. We recommend Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place for your Sicily trip!

Sehr freundlicher persönlicher Empfang durch Peppe. Gute Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten. Auf Wünsche wurde prompt reagiert. Grill und Handtuchwechsel sofort erledigt. Whirlpool ist im Schlafzimmer. Aussenpool ums Haus herum den wir aber aufgrund der Wetterverhältnisse nicht genutzt haben. Abstellplatz fürs Auto im Hof mit Elektro. Tor. Angela haben wir einmal kurz gesehen zur Begrüßung. Der weitere Kontakt lief über Peppe der auch dort wohnte. Negativ war nur, dass Peppe nur italienisch sprach und das in unserem Schlafzimmer kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden war. Wir konnten aber den Schrank im zweiten Schlafzimmer nutzen. Wir würden die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Piera and Alessandro were waiting for us when we arrived with wine and a warm fire. The place is super cozy, the kitchen well equipped and is close to all the places we wanted to visit around the Etna and Catania. It was really an amazing experience to come back home after a long day of walking to light the fire and get some rest in a calm and quiet environment. They also gave us recommendations of what to visit and checked on us regularly. Totally recommended!

Gaetano's place was amazing: everything we needed for a countryside visit in Sicily. The house had an amazing view to Etna; it included a spacious terrace overlooking an orchard, and a beautifully decorated house equipped with everything. Gaetano's hospitaliy was beyond words: he left us olive oil and oranges when we arrived, always made sure we had everything and gave us great tips to visit the surroundings. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Gaetano!

Ein kleines Paradies auf Sizilien! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Naxos sehr genossen. Die große Küche bildet das Herz der Wohnung, und die Sonnenterrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz – besonders beim Frühstück in der warmen Novembersonne mit Blick auf die Orangenplantage. Perfekt, um abzuschalten! Taormina, der imposante Ätna und das Meer mit langen Stränden sind schnell erreichbar und laden zu Ausflügen ein. Mathilde und Nicolò sind großartige Gastgeber: stets erreichbar, herzlich und voller Tipps. Auf Anfrage gab es sogar frische Orangen und hervorragendes Olivenöl – ein Highlight! Die Wände zur Nachbarwohnung könnten je nach Lautstärke der Nachbarn etwas dünn wirken, doch das tat unserem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – ein Muss für Naturliebhaber und Genießer! Vielen Dank nochmal von Herzen für diesen wundervollen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei Euch! L’appartement est très spacieux et confortable avec toutes les commodites. Une très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. L’endroit est très calme. C’était notre point de départ pour visiter les villes baroques. Giuseppe nous a gentillement accueillis et donné tous les renseignements nécessaires. Je recommande ce logement.

Appartement très grand au niveau des chambres qui donnent sur la cour arrière. Très propre . A savoir, la terrasse n'est pas en direct depuis le logement, il faut prendre un petit escalier extérieur pour y accéder.

we verbleven graag in het ruime appartementen , alles zeer net en Guiseppe is een vriendelijke gedienstige man . Dat er een lift was vonden we zeer fijn want het app ligtl een eindje van het historisch centrum , maar dat wisten we en zo hadden we elke dag vele stappen op onze teller

Alida molto presente, gentile e disponibile a trovare soluzioni. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto dove di anticipare la partenza e gentilmente a provveduto a trovare una soluzione pratica accettando la nostra richiesta di rimborso. Ambiente molto carino e silenzioso. Siamo stati benissimo.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado. Damiano y su madre nos han ayudado en todo lo que le hemos pedido tras tener un problema durante la estancia. Siempre estaremos muy agradecidos por su ayuda.

We felt right at home! The place is charming, very clean (and trust me, I am picky!), very well equipped with everything you may need and more. It is also conveniently located, two steps away from the centre of this beautiful city. Our hosts were available and made our stay easy and comfortable! Absolutely perfect and strongly recommended!!!

Marco is an amazing host - thanks to his recommendations and responsiveness our stay was super unproblematic and easy to plan :) The flat was clean and everythis was as desribed. I can only recommend Marco and his place!

Casa bellissima e in pieno centro, Salvatore una persona gentilissima e molto disponile, casa moderna con ogni tipo ti comfort

Lovely apartment very clean and spacious weather was very wet so can’t comment on the outside space but internally very nice and well decorated!

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

this is a spacious, homely flat with a great shower and comfortable bed. views are great and the terrace is wonderful (what a shame it rained every day - we only managed two breakfasts and an afternoon read and rest for an hour). hope you have better luck with the weather. bathroom us great with a strong and large shower. bed is comfortable. for me a fab. feature us the bedroom which is totally dark with the types of blinds. (you can choose to have it lighter). friendly host, clear instructions. try the Japanese restaurant (in am underground complex next to the little tower in tge garden opposite caffe epoca. Nobushi - lovely staff, terrific food! short walk to Gslatea metro which takes you into the centre and short walk to Catsnia Europa station where you can get a train to Taormina (trains are cheap, clean and comfortable (amd yoi can buy tickets on train line so super easy!)

Funky and interesting place, clean, all the listed amenities were present, very beautiful view from the terrace.

Giuseppe was extremely responsive and helpful with everything from accessing the place and giving restaurant recommendations. The apartment is highly charming and personal. The shower was outstanding! The price was great too. The neighborhood is easy walking distance from the sights and lots of restaurants. There were always lots of people on the streets, but it is quite dirty, with lots of closed store fronts.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Ausgangslage für Catania ist super. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass es früh morgens etwas lauter ist, wenn der Fischmarkt öffnet. Trotzdem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft sehr!

Loved the space, even better than the pictures. Very clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. The outdoor space is also very nice, and theres plenty to do in the area. Would recommend!

Nette Gastgeberin Schönes Haus Nette Gegend

We very much enjoyed our stay! We came in the off season so it was very quiet and peaceful, but if you drive 15 minutes down the road you will find lots of shopping and restaurants. You can hike on the rocks in front of the apartment and it is a good workout. Parking on the street or in the designated lot was very easy. Please keep mind if you want to book this place and want to use both rooms, make sure you let the host know, we assumed we were paying for both bedrooms and when we arrived tired from traveling found out we only had the one bed until the next day so they could unlock it. We also had some plumbing issues but the host got is all situated right away. You will enjoy this beautiful home, fully furnished, cooking utensils, coffee and even seasonings were left for us. We had a great time!
