Metropolitan city of Catania : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We had such a great stay here! The location is perfect, with so many amazing restaurants just a short walk away. Also, there is nearby great fish market and other Italian foods and owners seams passionate about cooking, so we found all necessary equipment to cook any dish at home and enjoy eating in big sunny terrace. The host was super attentive and made sure we were all set for a comfy stay. Even though we came in December, and it wasn’t as warm as we’d hoped (plus a lot of rain!), the apartment was super cozy and kept us nice and warm. Need to mention that apartment has its own garage so there are no problems with a safe parking for your rented car. It’s stylish, great value for money, and we’d definitely come back!

Lokalizacja mieszkania idealna, kontakt z gospodarzem doskonały, mieszkanie czyste, zadbane,dobrze wyposażone. Byłam w Katani już wiele razy i to mieszkanie okazało się jedno z lepszych,w których mieszkałam.Polecam.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. Everything is within walking distance. The host was very friendly and proactively sharing with us information and ideas of what to do! We had a great time and would come back again!

Muy buena recepcion y flexible en el horario, departamento muy nuevo y bien decorado con todo lo necesario, un patio muy lindo, silencioso, bien ubicado.

Appartamenti piccolo ma assolutamente confortevole, servito di tutto per poter soddisfare una famiglia. Arredamento giovane e funzionale. Zona centrale e giovanile lontana dal caos del centro ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Host sempre ttivo, pronto e disponibile per darci qualsiasi risposta alle nostre esigenze. Assolutamente raccomandato per brevi e lunghi periodi nel cuore di Catania.

Nos sentimos siempre muy cómodos y nos gustó los detalles que nos dejó en el alojamiento. Gioseppina y Giuseppe estuvieron siempre atentos con nosotros. El alojamiento muy recomendable.

Gennaro and his family are great and very kind hosts. Flat is located in clean and safe modern part of town just 20 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo, trough authentic streets, old buildings, parks and local markets. AliBus Connection with Airport is perfect, AliBus station is just in the front of the building. Central bus station is 10 minutes walk down the streat. Local food stores and Lidl are located next to the building. Restaurants that Gennaro recommend are close and affordable with good food on the menu. Definitely we will come back again, highly recommend!

Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in Catania. Liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, ist aber durch die Abgeschlossenheit sehr ruhig und friedlich. In der näheren Umgebung findet man alles für den täglichen Gebrauch. Herausragend ist der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern. Sofortige Antworten und jede Hilfe sind anscheinend selbstverständlich. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und bei besserem Wetter hätten wir sicherlich auch die Terrasse genießen können. Sehr gerne wieder.

Robert is great host, provided all necessary details about place and local shops or restaurants. I can truly recommend this place. Everything was as it was written. And the view was insane. In love with this place and whole city. Communication with Robert was great. Hope that we will be back there :)

We have been using Airbnb for many years now, so when we meet very good hosts we recognise them straight away. Agatino is naturally able to make you feel welcome, the villa is very elegant and the garden is very well maintained with a very nice view of the vignard. Nothing was missing inside the house and we actually didn’t know that breakfast was included, so a nice bonus. In other words we only stayed two nights but we wish we had stayed longer.I hope we will have a chance to come back again.

I would highly recommend Demetra's place. We spent 7 days in her studio apartment. Everything is as presented in the pictures. We really enjoyed the small balcony. The neighbors were very friendly, and there were a lot of cats on the street—lovely cats! We fed them all, and people were very grateful for it. We made some nice connections with locals in Catania. It's a very good location, close to everything in the city center. As walking lovers, we really enjoyed strolling to the train station. Catania is great; the coffee is amazing, the gelato is delicious, and the food is wonderful! There were desserts for breakfast every day! The distances between cities and beaches are worth it, taking a maximum of 1 to 1.5 hours. Public transport is great and always on time. We will definitely come back after the New Year! ✨️

Yosef is a very kind guest and is good communicative. The house was great and has a good location for a few days in the region of Etna/Taormina. Definitely a good deal!

Host molto reattivo, amichevole e professionale. Appartamento su due piani che si trova all’interno di una struttura formata da 3 soluzioni differenti. Spazio esterno con piscina la vera chicca.

Très très belle villa avec un magnifique jardin avec la vue sur l'Etna. Il est rare de trouver un logements aussi propre et aussi bien équipés , car il ne manque absolument rien. Stefania est une hôte exceptionnelle, proactive et toujours hyper réactive

Pete’s place is in a beautiful part of Mineo, a gorgeous little medieval town in central Sicily. The house itself is beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable with everything you would need for a great stay. Pete himself was responsive, clear with his communications and flexible. I couldn’t rate this stay more highly. Recommended unreservedly,

(+) - bardzo mili gospodarze - możliwość korzystania z ogrodu i basenu - miejsce parkingowe - teren zamknięty - klimatyzacja - duża przestrzeń - moskitiery ( niestety jakieś komary zawsze w środku się znalazły ) - były niewygodne poduszki do spania ale zaraz po zgłoszonym problemie zostały dostarczone nowe ( czyli na plus ) (-) - korzystałem tylko z jednego garnka który był brudny po ostatnich gościach - za telewizorem mnóstwo kurzu ( brak dokładnego sprzątania ) - raz zostawiliśmy na stole orzeszki ( w misce ), pojawiło się mnóstwo mrówek - brak zostawionych nowych gąbek oraz ściereczek ( jakieś stare były w misce pod zlewem ) Te minusy nie spowodowały obniżenia mojej oceny ale nie powinny takie rzeczy zdarzać się Super Hostom Największy minus to nieprzyjemny zapach w sypialni ( trudno określić : pleśń, wilgoć, grzyb czy coś innego ) . Podsumowanie : właściciele, lokalizacja i otoczenie domku spełniły moje oczekiwania. Niestety sam domek w którym spaliśmy nie zasługuje na 5

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

Giuseppe was extremely responsive and helpful with everything from accessing the place and giving restaurant recommendations. The apartment is highly charming and personal. The shower was outstanding! The price was great too. The neighborhood is easy walking distance from the sights and lots of restaurants. There were always lots of people on the streets, but it is quite dirty, with lots of closed store fronts.

Loved the space, even better than the pictures. Very clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. The outdoor space is also very nice, and theres plenty to do in the area. Would recommend!

E' andato tutto bene!! Luisa e il marito davvero gentili, che ci hanno permesso anche di poter fare il check in qualche ora prima del previsto. L'appartamento è fedele alle descrizioni, pulito e ben curato. Comodo anche il letto

Cudowny tydzień w Katanii, dzięki doskonałej lokalizacji mieliśmy spokój w nocy i łatwy dojazd metrem do ścisłego centrum w dzień. W pobliżu jest kilka kawiarni z doskonałą kawą i cornetti, gdzie można - trzeba! - zjeść śniadanie. Do tego dwa sklepy ogólnospożywcze otwarte do późna i kilka mniejszych z lokalnymi warzywami, mięsem itd. Apartament jest świetnie odnowionym, czystym mieszkaniem w starej kamienicy, sufity na wysokości 4 metrów i pięknie odrestaurowane kafelki pozwalają poczuć się jak 100 lat temu. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko, co potrzebne do ugotowania włoskiego obiadu: świeże owoce morza na targu rybnym, do tego wino, oliwa i warzywa z lokalnego sklepiku i już! W kuchni otrzymaliśmy też doskonałą zmieloną kawę i kawiarkę. Na tarasie można posiedzieć rano ze świeżo zaparzoną kawą. Dookoła piętrzą się stare budynki, więc widok nie jest spektakularny ale to nie problem. Ottavio czekał na nas mimo późnej pory przyjazdu, wszystko pokazał i opowiedział. Polecam!

Super Unterkunft! Ich kann sie jedem empfehlen der in Catania Urlaub machen möchte. Sehr sauber, süß eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Gelegen ist die Unterkunft in einer zentralen Fußgängerzone mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants und trotzdem fühlt man sich super privat und sicher in der Wohnung da sie nicht an die Straße sondern in einen Innenhof führt. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sicher. Die Wohnung betritt man mithilfe des Handys und eines Codes, das war super einfach und funktionierte einwandfrei. Asha ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Appartement très bien situé, près du château et de la place Borsellino (nombreux arrêts de bus, notamment de la navette vers l'aéroport). Nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. Tout est accessible à pieds. Nous avons pu entrer dans les lieux un peu plus tôt que prévu, ce qui nous arrangeait bien. Dernier étage de l'immeuble, très belle vue sur l'Etna depuis la terrasse.

Dieses Appartement hat nur Bestnoten verdient. Es liegt an einer Toplage, mitten in der Altstadt, mit einem herrlichen Blick ins römische Theater. Innerhalb der Wohnung begegnet einem reinster Luxus, kombiniert mit dem Charme und der Atmosphäre eines alten Hauses. Gaetano war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken! Herzlichen Dank! Es war für uns ein super Abschluss unserer Sizilien-Rundreise. Sogar unser Auto konnten wir im Hof parkieren. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man locker zu Fuss.
