Metropolitan city of Catania : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Abbiamo passato un magico weekend nell'appartamento di Francesca, in casa è presente ogni tipo di comodità, l'appartamento è rifinito con estrema cura, pulito e si trova nel cuore di Aci Trezza, proprio a due passi dal lungo mare con la vista sui faraglioni e vicino tanti ottimi ristoranti. il parcheggio è agevole e Francesca è stata un host gentilissima e molto disponibile! Consigliato a tutti !

Sehr tolles Apartment und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gestimmt. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Suite 2 nur weiter empfehlen. In den Bars unter der Suite wird zwar bis nachts gefeiert aber viel hört man nicht wenn die Fenster zu sind. Alles war sehr modern und Luxuriös eingerichtet und die Einrichtung beinhaltete alles was man braucht. Die Hosts waren sehr nett und haben schnell geantwortet. Leider funktionierte das W-LAN nicht aber ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse i Catania och Donatellas fina och hemtrevliga lägenhet. Det passade oss utmärkt att kunna arbeta på distans därifrån. Mycket centralt läge med många trevliga restauranger. Lätt att utforska stadens sevärdheter till fots. Praktiskt och välfungerande lägenhet gjorde det lätt för oss. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse!

房东非常友好热情，不仅给了很多有用的游玩建议，餐厅推荐，也解答了我们很多疑惑，我们在卡塔尼亚非常开心！房间布置得很漂亮，干净整洁，而且厨房设备齐全，各种调味料，锅具，餐具，甚至还有大米！还配备了洗碗机。房源位置也很好，步行几分钟可以到当地的市集淘到很多当地的工艺品和二手商品，以及到广场和大教堂，离巴士总站走路大约7分钟，去其他城市也很方便！

We stayed at Luigi's place for 2 nights on our trip through Sicily. It was a great stay, although make sure to follow his instructions with regard to parking if you arrive by car as we had a very tight squeeze through the street itself! The free carparks are very close by and convenient. Great location, 5 mins from the centre of Caltagirone. We would definitely stay again next time we visit. Thank you!

Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern eine wundervolle Woche. Der Ausblick auf das Meer vom Balkon und dem Wohnzimmer/ Küche ist zu jedem Zeitpunkt beeindruckend. Roberta war für kleine Probleme jederzeit erreichbar. Sie gab uns sehr gute Restaurantempfehlungen. Die Küche ist aber auch perfekt ausgestattet um den wunderschönen Ausblick mit einer selbst zubereiten Mahlzeit zu genießen. Die Lage ist super um Ausflüge nach Catania, Taormina und auf den Ätna zu unternehmen. Wie kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Lorenzo welcomed us very nicely and offered good food recommendations. The place was clean and spacious for the 5 of us. When we had WiFi problems Lorenzo was very responsive and helped fix the router. Pleasant stay and well worth the money for the space and cleanliness.

We have been using Airbnb for many years now, so when we meet very good hosts we recognise them straight away. Agatino is naturally able to make you feel welcome, the villa is very elegant and the garden is very well maintained with a very nice view of the vignard. Nothing was missing inside the house and we actually didn’t know that breakfast was included, so a nice bonus. In other words we only stayed two nights but we wish we had stayed longer.I hope we will have a chance to come back again.

My, wife, our two friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay in Chiara and Michele's lovingly lived-in home. The home is very comfortable, very well-equipped, and superbly located for a relaxing stay right on the water in the small, quaint village of Stazzo. It's also a great location for visiting Mt. Etna and the surrounding wineries. The views from the several balconies in the front and back of the home are spectacular. A climb up the steep, tight circular staircase from the second floor to the third floor rewards with a comfortable suite with a half bath, and the best views of Mount Etna from the back balcony and the sea from the front balcony! Chiara was very friendly, informative and helpful. We visited two of the wineries she recommended and one of the local restaurants, and really enjoyed all of them. The reserved parking space right in front of the home was a bonus! All in all, we had a fabulous time, and we were thankful to have Chiara as our host!

The place is very nice. A very comfortable sofa and bed. A full size refrigerator and a good kitchen. The only thing that I missed was a microwave. But other than that the place is great. The hosts are exceptional, and I would recommend it and also stay there again.

I would highly recommend Demetra's place. We spent 7 days in her studio apartment. Everything is as presented in the pictures. We really enjoyed the small balcony. The neighbors were very friendly, and there were a lot of cats on the street—lovely cats! We fed them all, and people were very grateful for it. We made some nice connections with locals in Catania. It's a very good location, close to everything in the city center. As walking lovers, we really enjoyed strolling to the train station. Catania is great; the coffee is amazing, the gelato is delicious, and the food is wonderful! There were desserts for breakfast every day! The distances between cities and beaches are worth it, taking a maximum of 1 to 1.5 hours. Public transport is great and always on time. We will definitely come back after the New Year! ✨️

We were really happy to have booked Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place during our trip to Sicily! We planned to visit mount Etna and avoid the crazy traffic and noise of the bigger cities that we had been experiencing in Sicily , so the place was a perfect choice as it is around 30m by car to it. It is also accessible to visit Taormina and Siracusa. The house is extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, beautifully decorated and clean! The hosts are very kind and responsive, we ended up taking longer for our check in than planned and they were supper accommodating towards us. We recommend Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place for your Sicily trip!

Die Kommunikation mit Francesco war super einfach, er hat uns sogar vom Busbahnhof abgeholt und zur Unterkunft begleitet. Man ist von der Unterkunft in 5-10 min in der Innenstadt, wo einem alle Möglichkeiten offen stehen. In der Küche hat es alles da, um selber auch was zu kochen. Insgesamt empfehle ich die Unterkunft weiter.

Stayed here in this quaint little seaside village off the beaten track only for 3 nights and wish we had more time. I don’t quite get what that negative review was about because this house split between 2 floors was so perfectly styled & furnished with everything you need. Definitely not your typical Sicilian holiday home. So much space in both apartments with an incredible rooftop overlooking MtEtna - & weren’t we lucky this time to see it alive. Amazing pool with lushes green gardens. Kids loved it! Great local restaurants & bars right along the water. It was about a 30min drive to Taormina but I tell you we all much preferred hanging out in this village going for an evening walk along the sea. Great experience. Real Sicily. Recommend. I spend two nights here, had very good stay. Easy to go Etna. I would like to recommend to anyone who visit this area.

This place was completely as advertised! Small but with everything you need and more. (I also mentioned that I would have paid more for such a nice place!) It was spotlessly clean and while we didn't actually use the jacuzzi, it was nice knowing that we could have at any time. It was very quiet and on the ground floor so easily accessible. Netflix was also included which is always a bonus for a stay in a foreign land 😁. We also went to a restaurant literally 1 min walk away called Re Carlo V (twice) and had fantastic food although it would not be considered a 'nice' restaurant but it was extremely convenient.

Estuvo todo muy bien! Las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas. Los baños también son muy grandes y bien equipados. En la cocina estaba todo lo necesario, buena vajilla, café, aceite, azúcar, etc. y un lavavajilla. También tiene una lavadora y secadora de ropa muy buena. En cada habitación hay un televisor. Y tiene un hermoso balcón corrido al que se accede desde las habitaciones. Desde ahí se ve la ciudad y también el mar. Es un alojamiento perfecto! Gracias!
