Io e i miei amici abbiamo festeggiato capodanno in questo casale immerso nella natura Toscana. La casa e il giardino sono stupendi! Gli host sono stati impeccabili e reattivi ad ogni nostra richiesta. La consiglierei per un soggiorno tranquillo tra amici. Abbiamo trovato alcuni insetti ma gli host sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto avere uno spray insetticida.

Super hôte très accueillant et très agréable avec beaucoup de générosité autant dans les petits cadeaux de bienvenue comme dans le cadeaux de départ. Logement très agréable pour une famille de 5 avec un chien. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous sommes aussi tombés amoureux de cette belle région la Toscane. Le logement est situé à égal distance de Pise et de Florence ce qui nous a permis de visiter ces deux magnifiques villes!

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

We had a very pleasant time here. Carlotta was very friendly from the start, and even recommended local grocery stores. This place is a hidden gem! You are surrounded by beautiful trees & nature, but close enough to the town where you can easily catch the train to Florence. We absolutely loved it!

The best BandB we ever stayed. I am a very OCD person and I was very impressed how spotless and polish the place was. Everything was carefully thought out. Everything you need is in the place. Bernadino and His wife Luciana were amazing. Providing us with homemade Italian food and taxi services. They were so friendly that I am happy coming back with my kids. The view was breathtaking. Absolutely loved everything.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e l’esperienza è stata assolutamente perfetta! La posizione è ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma comunque vicina al cuore di Firenze. In 15/20 minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia la stazione di Santa Maria Novella che il Duomo. L’appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il quartiere è sicuro e ben servito, con ristoranti, bar e locali nelle vicinanze per chi desidera godersi la vita notturna. Questo appartamento è una scelta eccellente per chi visita Firenze: comodo, ben posizionato e con tutti i servizi necessari a portata di mano. Assolutamente consigliato, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Matrace is of memory foam. I slept very well but just something you should know if you don‘t like this type of matrace. Extra blankets were there and overall super comfortable bed. Wifi speed was fine, not as fast as I would have liked. Host was really nice. We would definitely come back here! Use the app „easypark“ for nearby affordable parking on a „pay as you go“ basis. Shop im the nearby esselunga supermarket.

I just want to say this was an incredible stay for me and my wife while in the Tuscany region. The town is a short drive away and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from and Lucrezia recommended some as well. I want to say that the hospitality was amazing we had to end up extending our stay due to the floods that were impacting the area. Lucrezia was very accommodating and even kept us up to date with the weather and news. I highly recommend this stay if you want to experience the wonderful town of Borgo San Lorenzo.

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

Very private and peaceful. Beautiful view and the house was well equipped and comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful.

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Heidi's apartment is situated in a larger complex on the outskirts of the village, just a short walk from the town center where you can find a church, a mini supermarket, bars, and a popular restaurant that is always fully booked. The village is ideally located in the heart of Chianti, making it a perfect starting point for exploring the region. You can drive along one of the scenic, winding roads to a wine tasting event, enjoy a bike ride through the picturesque countryside, or visit nearby cities like Siena or Florence (Firenze). One of the highlights of the apartment is the spacious swimming pool (1.35 m deep), which is perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days, especially if you have kids. The apartment itself is well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. Communication with Heidi is easy and friendly. She provides detailed information on the check-in and check-out procedures, as well as instructions for using various amenities in the complex. We enjoyed our stay!

Andrea's accommodation was everything that we anticipated, from arrival to departure. We were welcomed by two amazing ladies who explained all that we needed to know about the house. We were a family of five, and the open plan layout with the kitchen area (fully equipped), dining area and lounge suited our Christmas celebrations. Andrea provided a Christmas tree which added to the festive atmosphere. The large fireplace in the lounge was great. It really did feel like home from home. Simona provided a pasta making session for my family that made for a delicious dinner. Planning to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Tuscany and felt at home right away. The hosts, Silvana, Iacoppo, and Bruno, took excellent care of us and were always attentive to our needs. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything one could ask for. The beautiful pool with its stunning views and the cozy fireplace area were definite highlights. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Tuscan countryside. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

L'alloggio è magnifico e tenuto benissimo, pulito e super accogliente. È un po' fuori mano ma noi lo abbiamo scelto proprio per la posizione isolata e immersa nella natura; in ogni caso con mezz'ora di macchina si arriva in diversi posti meravigliosi. Nicola è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Raccomando vivamente un soggiorno qui, è rigenerante!!

Cristina is the ultimate host! Everything was immaculate and set up for us. We traveled with two young kids, and she was proactively prepared with a crib & high chair. She also had amazing recommendations and answered any questions for us. Led us to a spectacular sunset winery in the hills. The premise has stunning views and hanging poolside in the mountains, was just what the doctor ordered. Highly recommended and makes you feel like family!

Fantastic accommodation with lovely views of the countryside. Especially loved the fire place and large spacious kitchen. Charley and Ann were very gracious hosts and I would have no problem recommending this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Tuscany. The accommodation was within 30 mins of most tourist towns and trains which made it excellent for day trips.

The place is stunning. Wonderful cozy and private house in the middle of the Tuscany hills, just 10' away from Florence historical city centre. Perfect for families with small children or young couples. Beniamino is a wonderful host, always responsive and ready to help. We had a wonderful time
