We just enjoyed a week in Florianas slice of heaven at the start of march, and it was perfect for us with our 2 year old son. The beach house is wonderful, the facilities such as the lovely heated pool and hot tub, and the washer/dryer and kitchen were both fun and super helpful! The cot was also ready for our use which was perfect. We liked the location a lot, but we were very grateful we had our own car to drive to all of the other fun. Floriana was an amazing host, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable! She had lots of really helpful recommendations and was very communicative with us. Would easily recommend to anyone.

I wish I could give 10 ⭐️! Lory was exceptional! She picked us up at the bus stop in Palermo and brought us to the house. She lives in another unit so she was always available for questions and just to say hello. The home was perfect for us and our little dog. Lory gave us recommendations for shopping and restaurants. I wanted to buy special Sicilian pasta to bring home and Lory actually went out and bought it for me. She obviously takes pride in her work and home. We would stay there again when we come to Mondello. I highly recommend this home and location. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Antonio’s place is an like an oasis of peace and beauty from busy life! The view is literally to die for!! Antonio and his sister were always helpful giving recommendations and even helping us organise a boat to rent in off season! There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walking down the hill, and besides that there is hardly anyone or anything - super peaceful and private! We loved watching the sunrise and spending time in the nearby village!

Wir (2P.) erlebten Mitte September sehr gute Tage an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Der Garten mit seinen vielen Bäumen und Pflanzen ist paradiesisch; wir hatten Trauben, Orangen, Kaktusfeigen, Zitronen, Rosmarin, Basilikum, Oregano …. In der Küche ist alles was es braucht vorhanden. Der nahe Strand (2min.) ist toll und wir unternahmen täglich ausgedehnte Spaziergänge am Strand. Es gab wenig andere Leute. Das Wasser ist erfrischend und sauber. Wir haben uns in dieser Ruhe gut erholt und das Rauschen des Meeres ist nachts noch wunderbar zu hören ..... Wir genossen die Abende unter der gedeckten Veranda. Der Weg zum Strand führt über eine kurze kleine Düne und danach - 50m in Richtung Norden - gibt es ein Restaurant mit feinem Essen.

Maria was really communicative and came to meet us at the house, where,we swapped numbers in case either of us needed to reach the other. The house was clean and tidy, with just a few steps down to the beach. We had our own private terrace and use of the shared terrace, just a couple of steps down. The house,was just a short walk to the village, where there are a few restaurants and just another 5 minutes to Porticello where there are more restaurants. It's very quiet there, so if that's what you're looking for, you won't be disappointed. All in all, a lovely 8 days at Maria's house and thanks for being a great host!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa nella villa a Mondello! La casa era impeccabile, in ordine e perfetta per il nostro gruppo. Gli amici che sono venuti dall’estero sono rimasti entusiasti della bellezza della casa, di Mondello e di Palermo. Volevo anche ringraziare il proprietario per la sua disponibilità e cortesia. Consiglierò sicuramente questa sistemazione a chiunque voglia visitare la zona. Grazie ancora per tutto!

Caterina's villa on the sea is what every vacationer dreams of when planning a trip to Sicily. A gorgeous gated home with all the amenities, in a spectacular location overlooking the tranquil blue Mediterranean sea. Every aspect of the home was perfect, from the spacious patio to the well-appointed kitchen. Caterina met us when we checked in and walked us through the home, explaining everything. She even had an amazing welcome spread of breads, fruits and wine waiting for us, which was so necessary after our long day of travel. The home's location in the Capo Gallo Nature Preserve is the perfect place to retreat to after a hectic day of activity. We were vacationing with my elderly parents on the their first trip to Europe and we really appreciated the ability to stretch out and relax in our own home-away-from-home, rather than just a hotel room. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners we prepared ourselves, and only ate out for lunch. The home was perfect for our first trip to Sicily.

Maurilio var en enormt hjælpsom vært! Han var behjælpelig med alt fra transport til anbefalinger af restauranter og seværdigheder i området. Maurilio var også meget behjælpelig i forhold til ind- og udcheckning og var fleksible da vores flyafgange lå på skæve tidspunkter. Lejligheden er fin, men poolområdet og udekøkkenet er skønt. Man sidder skønt blandt frugttræer og palmer og kan nyde en fantastisk udsigt til de omkringliggende bjerge samtidig med, at man er helt afskærmet fra de omkringliggende huse. Poolen har en god størrelse og udekøkkenet har alle de faciliteter man kunne have brug for. Vi har nydt vores tid som gæster hos Maurilio!

Zaira est une hôte de qualité rare, très réactive, elle anticipe tous nos besoins. Quand à la villa, elle correspond exactement à la description du site, très belle avec des prestations de qualité. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, je ne sais pas si nous reviendrons en Sicile prochainement mais si nous devions revenir, je choisis la villa de Zaira en priorité !

Very nice villa in an attractive location. Being close to the airport, you could hear planes departing and landing but not too early or too late. Finding a small mouse running around in the house upon arrival could have been dealt with better by the hostess. A slightly complicated system to handle the trash needed some extra effort upon check out and departure. But all together, a very nice stay !

Francesco and his wife are just great people so kind and warm we loved everything about them and their place book with them for the very best place in Mondello beach

we had an incredible stay. The location is about 15 minutes away from the town of Cefalu. it is an incredibly dreamy home. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly appointed. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space as it was raining, but absolutely loved the craftsmanship and views from inside. The hosts were amazing. In the off-season there’s not much to do in the village, though it is quite peaceful. Would come again in a heartbeat.

Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Villa ist traumhaft und der Pool noch grösser als erwartet. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt in Lillis Haus war einfach perfekt....Lilli hat alles bestens organisiert...Wegbeschreibung... Empfang durch Giovanni ....kleiner Proviant....Kommunikation auch top mit ihr....antwortet sofort....das Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück und der Garten mit den vielen exotischen Bäumen, der Blick auf die Berge, der tolle Pool, die Ruhe, einfach herrlich. Giovanni ist die gute Seele des Anwesens und hat immer einen Tipp auf Lager...die Umgebung ist toll, besonders das kunstvolle Parrini hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke Lilli für die super Gastfreundschaft! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit, und liebten deinen Pool. Hoffen irgendwann wiederzukommen....

The house is very comfortable and functional. Giovanni is hospitable and helpful. All the information is as described. Nice, fenced garden, good places for a dog. This was the best house we rented during our travels. The beach is close, a bit rocky, but you can walk a long way. Nearby Campofelice is a lovely village, from the terrace of the local restaurant there is a beautiful view of the sea and the tower. Easy to reach by train to Palermo and the airport. However, it is good to have a car, for convenience of shopping and local trips.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Für eine gute Auswahl an Läden und Restaurants ist das Auto nötig.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt, alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Guiseppe war super, er hat uns vor Ort alles gezeigt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful stay in the holiday apartment. Apart from a pair of scissors 😅, the apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect for us. With a car, we were able to explore many places in the surrounding area. And as for the host… well, it’s rare to find someone so friendly and accommodating. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön auf einem Felsen oberhalb des Meeres, umgeben von einem gepflegten Garten. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Das Meer kann man über eine schmale Treppe im Felsen erreichen kann. Schwimmen kann man dort nur bei sehr ruhiger See. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über (fast) alles, was man braucht. Antonio war ein ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und uns mit wertvollen Tipps zur Umgebung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen versorgt hat. Wir haben uns zu fünft sehr wohl gefühlt!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Sicily. The location is simply fantastic – right by the beach, offering stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The house itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great host, highly recommended! We had a super early flight but Alessandro was kind enough to do an early check in. I recommend renting a car to get around this part of Carini. The villa was just like described, ideal for big family trips.

An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.
