Metropolitan City of Palermo : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

We just enjoyed a week in Florianas slice of heaven at the start of march, and it was perfect for us with our 2 year old son. The beach house is wonderful, the facilities such as the lovely heated pool and hot tub, and the washer/dryer and kitchen were both fun and super helpful! The cot was also ready for our use which was perfect. We liked the location a lot, but we were very grateful we had our own car to drive to all of the other fun. Floriana was an amazing host, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable! She had lots of really helpful recommendations and was very communicative with us. Would easily recommend to anyone.

Giuseppe est le meilleur Sicilien !! Souriant et accueillant, il nous à accompagné jusqu'au logement, nous a aidé à descendre les valises le lendemain, il nous a donné un bon de réduction pour un restaurant qui était tous simplement incroyable (il Borgo) et nous a offert le petit déjeuner dans un café. Le logement bénéficiait d'une vue sur le château de caccamo qui était sublime. Le village était magnifique également, typique de la Sicile ce qu'on recherche quand on vient visité l'île. Sincèrement notre coup de coeur après avoir fait sant' agata et cefalu. On aurait vraiment aimé resté une nuit de plus. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour un peu de cuisine et il y a le café au logement. Vraiment à choisir sans aucune hésitation, Merci Giuseppe 🙌🏻

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

We had an incredible stay at Maria’s! She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable, providing local recommendations and tips for exploring the area. The accommodation itself was lovely with a beautifully rooftop. Maria was always available to answer any questions and helped arrange a local taxi for us to go in and out of Palermo. I can’t recommend her place enough, we would love to return.

This is an incredible accommodation with Italian Hospitality at its peak! Giovanni and his mom are very friendly and made us feed right at home. The house is amazing with everything that you need for a comfortable stay and of course the highlight is the spa room. We thoroughly enjoyed it! They brought us breakfast every day and made us fresh coffee. The house is beautifully decorated and easy very cozy in the middle of the mountains to enjoy peaceful time! We would be happy to come back!

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles bestens, empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko: Parken nicht wie beschrieben auf dem Grundstück sondern direkt neben dem Haus in einer schmalen Straße wo der Seitenspiegel meines Autos angefahren wurde.

Maurilio var en enormt hjælpsom vært! Han var behjælpelig med alt fra transport til anbefalinger af restauranter og seværdigheder i området. Maurilio var også meget behjælpelig i forhold til ind- og udcheckning og var fleksible da vores flyafgange lå på skæve tidspunkter. Lejligheden er fin, men poolområdet og udekøkkenet er skønt. Man sidder skønt blandt frugttræer og palmer og kan nyde en fantastisk udsigt til de omkringliggende bjerge samtidig med, at man er helt afskærmet fra de omkringliggende huse. Poolen har en god størrelse og udekøkkenet har alle de faciliteter man kunne have brug for. Vi har nydt vores tid som gæster hos Maurilio!

Antonio and Antonella were both excellent hosts! We booked last minute and only allowed a short time for them to prepare the house. The place was perfect and spotless when we arrived both hosts greeted us with warmth. The area is very safe and the surrounding neighbors are a beautiful representation of the heart of Sicily. We rented a car - SUV (mistake) to move around easily. Carnini has very very small streets - some our car would not fit down - so if you rent a car get a small one. While we didn't use the plunge pool during our stay it was a nice option. Be sure to go upstairs and check out thl views from the rooftop patio. I had a very small car accident while in Carini and if it were not for the help of Antonio and Antonella then I may of ended up paying a lot of money for an accident that was not my fault. Antonella even left work to come help communicate with the other driver because they spoke no English and was very hostile. I am so grateful for these beautiful souls

We had a great stay as a family and friends. Very helpful with checking in early on the day. The pool and outside cooking/dining area was great. Also an additional chill out space to the rear for Drinks in the evenings. Provided our 9month baby with travel cot and high chair no problem. Guiseppe was extremely friendly and provided local restaurant recommendations etc. Would Highly recommend. Thanks Again.

Zaira est une hôte de qualité rare, très réactive, elle anticipe tous nos besoins. Quand à la villa, elle correspond exactement à la description du site, très belle avec des prestations de qualité. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, je ne sais pas si nous reviendrons en Sicile prochainement mais si nous devions revenir, je choisis la villa de Zaira en priorité !

Wir waren für ein paar Tage in der Unterkunft und haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt! Der Empfang war herzlich und zeitlich auf uns abgestimmt. Zur Begrüßung ein Obstkorb, Wasser und Prosecco. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen (15-20 min. Berg hoch ab Cefalù) und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick! Wir konnten die Privatsphäre genießen und haben uns gleichzeitig nie alleine gefühlt, da die Hunde und der liebe Giorgio für uns vor Ort waren. Der Whirlpool war super sauber, wie auch die gesamte Unterkunft. Es fehlt uns absolut nichts! Auch Handtücher waren da, sogar für den Whirlpool. Der Kontakt zu allen Personen war absolut herzlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kanin war für uns im Februar ebenfalls ein tolles Highlight in der Unterkunft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und freuen uns, dass wir diese Erfahrung machen konnten. Danke an das gesamte Team!

La casa estaba impecable y y tenía todos los servicios. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Las habitaciones tenían camas muy cómodas y aire acondicionado. Gabriele nos mostró la casa a nuestra llegada, estuvo mucho tiempo explicando todo, y siempre estuvo disponible. Lo único a tener en cuenta en esta casa es que el acceso es por una calle muy estrecha. Los coches pequeños pasan bien. Los coches anchos como el que me dieron a mi en el rent-a-car (un coche marca dr, que por cierto no recomiendo a nadie), pasan también aunque hay que tener cuidado. Por lo demás, la casa perfecta y Gabriele un anfitrión estupendo

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s home. Super helpful and welcoming family. We felt right at home. They welcomed us with delicious pastries which a very nice touch. The home is grand, with very large bedrooms and spacious grounds. Our older son enjoyed being on his own in the bedroom that is by the outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen was the highlight for us. We ate all of our meals there and hung out each night. The home is spotless. Giovanni and family were also responsive and gave us restaurant and beach recommendations. We felt very safe at the home. Lots to do around the home. Would highly recommend the home and the host is amazing.

we had an incredible stay. The location is about 15 minutes away from the town of Cefalu. it is an incredibly dreamy home. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly appointed. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space as it was raining, but absolutely loved the craftsmanship and views from inside. The hosts were amazing. In the off-season there’s not much to do in the village, though it is quite peaceful. Would come again in a heartbeat.

Mariella and her family were the friendliest and warmest hosts we could have wished for. The house and surroundings are in perfect condition, everything is super clean and perfectly maintained. The house is well equipped and we were welcomed with a starter pack of groceries and Sicilian specialties that made us feel welcomed from the first second on. The stay at Villa Felice felt like a second home, not to mention the perfect views of the sunset and over to the hills and the sea. A perfect stay and we will make sure to come back again.

Osvaldo è una persona squisita, attenta alla sistemazione migliore per i propri ospiti e sempre molto disponibile, a praticamente tutte le ore della giornata, nonostante anche il suo continuo impegno agli accoglienti bagni che possiede sul lungomare di Cefalù e nei quali si è ospiti già inclusi (raggiungibili facilmente in auto in 10 minuti e con parcheggio incluso! ). Il pezzo forte è il giardino, immenso, creato con infinita passione da Osvaldo negli anni Un museo botanico di piante grasse, palme e cactus di ogni tipo e forma, di ulivi plasmati e curatissimi, a formare come delle sculture naturali lungo tutto il percorso che circonda la villa. Sembra di calarsi in un'altra realtà, anche grazie ai ricercatissimi arredi esterni originari dell'Indonesia, con chicche da scoprire ad ogni angolo e dove il relax totale la fa'da padrona. Noi ne siamo stati rapiti. Grazie Osvaldo!....e Cefalù è bellissima
