Die Wohnung hat eine einzigartige, tolle Lage. Trotz Regenwetter konnten wir das Meer vom Zimmer aus geniessen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war einfach und schnell. Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch und sauber. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: das Bett ist klein und nicht das bequemste. Aber die Lage macht dies problemlos wieder wett. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento in una zona strategica di roma, con fermata bus vicino e stazione Piramide a 15 Min a piedi zona testaccio molto bella! l'appartamento è come descritto e ha tutti i comfort di cui si ha bisogno, all'interno di un condominio molto molto tranquillo! Jochen e sue figlia sono stati molto disponibili e super carini, consigliatissimo 🌞

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay in this apartment was simply perfect! The location is ideal – just a 15-20 minute walk from all the main attractions, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of Rome. The apartment was exceptionally clean and cozy, and our host, Luca, was beyond accommodating. He gave us amazing recommendations for local restaurants, which turned out to be real hidden gems! Check-in was very flexible – we had the option of self-check-in or meeting Luca in person. We chose to meet him, and we’re so glad we did! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This was our first time in Rome, and thanks to the excellent location and wonderful accommodation, the experience was unforgettable. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Meine drei Schwestern und ich verbrachten sieben Nächte bei Paolo. Die sehr große Unterkunft ist eine charmante Wohnung mit Altbaucharakter. Die Lage ist hervorragend: die sehr großzügige Sonnenterrasse liegt mit Blick aufs Meer, und die Wohnung hat eine günstige Lage innerhalb Ostias. Der Check in durch Maria war äußerst zuverlässig und freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit Paolo sehr unkompliziert und superschnell. Nach unseren Ausflügen im trubeligen Rom konnten wir in Ostia unseren Akku wieder richtig aufladen. Wir haben es geliebt! ♥️

We had a very enjoyable stay at Andrea's place. There is a Lidl less than 10 minutes away which is very convenient for picking up a variety of supplies. This is just one of a number of grocery stores nearby. The apartment is brilliant and spacious with 2 bedooms (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with two single beds). The room with a double bed has a very convenient en suite bathroom. Location wise, we were just under 10 minutes from Malatesta metro station (Line C) which you can use to get into the centre of Rome in 20-30 minutes, but be careful of metro strikes / construction works and be prepared to use a taxi if travelling late and the metro is not running. Overall, Andrea was a very good and responsive host, and I would highly recommend Andrea's place. Grazie Andrea!

L'appartamento di Marianna è molto bello, arredato con gusto, comodo, luminoso e in un'ottima posizione. Il plus sicuramente le due terrazze. Si trova in un elegante condominio di recente costruzione, a pochissimi minuti dalla fermata della metro, dal supermercato, da bar e ristoranti. Il Pigneto è un quartiere tranquillo e con un vasta offerta di locali interessanti. Marianna è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Non solo ci ha dato la possibilità di anticipare il check in e posticipare il check out, ma ci ha aiutato con i nostri spostamenti, organizzando per noi i anche i transfer da e per l'aeroporto. Consigliatissimo!

I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

We had a lovely stay. The place was exactly as described, the jacuzzi being the icing on the cake. Lots of local amenities with the bus, tram, metro and train stations all within close walking distance. Cristina is the perfect host, leaving lots of thoughtful little touches to make our stay more comfortable and always extremely responsive and friendly. Grazie mille!

El alojamiento de Francesco es incluso mejor que lo que se ve en las fotos. Es muy amplio, se agradecen los dos baños si son una familia de 5 como nosotros, todo fue sencillo de comprender y además, el adicional del desayuno en el café de enfrente, hicieron de esta una experiencia maravillosa. Además siempre respondió muy rápido a cualquier consulta que le hiciera y me hizo sugerencias que tuve en cuenta. La ubicación es inmejorable, solo tomé el metro para llegar y para irme por el equipaje, y para llegar pronto al Coliseo. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y repetiría!

Very nice, big and clean apartment suitable especially for families. We booked on a short notice (the same day) and the apartment was ready and clean when we arrived. The owner responded right away to all enquiries. The location is perfect if besides Rome you want to visit some sights around Rome (we went to Tivoli and to the outlet Castelo Romano), Rome is accessible by public transportation (15-20 min walk to the metro station). A big plus was the gated parking next to the house. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

We have just returned home after a lovely week in Rome. The apartment was very nice, classically furnished with no flaws. The cleaning was top notch. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We unfortunately needed medical help and here we received help and support from the hosts so that our meeting with the Italian healthcare system was safe and we got the right help. All in all, a really good experience that we would recommend to others.

Our stay was everything we had wished. Had to contact them a few times and they were very prompt and helpful. The apartment was charming and the rooftop views and jacuzzi were wonderful.

Alessandro e la Moglie sono due persone giovani, carinissime, e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è posto in un condominio circondato da giardini, vialetti curatissimi e super pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, come indicato nella proposta , accogliente, ed è come sentirsi a casa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo fatto una richiesta e con gentilezza, e velocità, è stata risolta, dimostrando, se ce fosse bisogno, una cura ed una attenzione alle persone. In conclusione siamo stati accolti e trattati con educazione, familiarità e cortesia, in poche parole, benissimo. Consigliamo a tutti, vivamente di poter usufruire di tale appartamento per un soggiorno a Roma. Certamente noi, coglieremo in futuro tale opportunità, sempre se sarà disponibile. Sirio

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Bel condominio pulito ben curato con piscina privata e il mare pochi passi l'appartamento è molto carino con tutti i confort tra cui l aria condizionata preziosissima...bello il terrazzino con tente ideale per pranzo e cena.. Consigliatissimo.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, ein absolutes Design-Juwel. Außerdem bietet sie sehr viel Platz und sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Besonders mit Kindern perfekt. Das Kinderzimmer enthält viele schöne Spielsachen und Bücher sind und eines der schönsten Kindermuseen (Explora) ist ganz in der Nähe.

Just a lovely peaceful and clean place to come back to after a very busy day exploring the city of Rome. The bus, then metro to the centre did worry us at first but we soon found this easy to do, every time we were in the centre in 30 minutes, and getting back was just as easy. Flavio was an excellent host was always available when we needed him and was always super nice. We made full use of the kitchen facilities and it had everything you needed. We have no negative things to say, the apartment and Flavio helped us have our first visit to Rome magical. We will definitely book here again and I can’t wait.
