Maurizio podczas pierwszego spotkania przekazał wszystkie możliwe informacje na temat apartamentu i okolicy. Maurizio urzekł nas swoją osobliwością i chęcią udzielenia wszelkiej pomocy. Wielki szacunek dla Ciebie za perfekcyjny angielski. Naszym głównym powodem wynajmu apartamentu była chęć zwiedzania Rzymu i na tym się głównie skupiliśmy. Z uwagi na fakt, iż był to nasz trzeci tydzień zwiedzania Włoch, a w Rzymie zostawiliśmy całą energię nie plażowaliśmy na terenie pobliskiej plaży i nie angażowaliśmy Maurizio pomimo takiej możliwości. Parkowanie na posesji oraz dostępna 20 minut spacerkiem stacja kolejowa z której co 30 minut odjeżdża pociąg do Rzymu, to duże plusy apartamentu. Gospodarz, to przeuroczy Włoch, pełen energii, radości i entuzjazmu dla gości. Mega komunikatywny, towarzyski i chętny pomocy gościom. Plaża blisko, woda czysta i w dużym obszarze płytka, a w okolicy dużo sklepów i restauracji.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella struttura di Stefano, ed è stata un' esperienza fantastica. Dal momento del nostro arrivo, Stefano è stato un host super disponibile, cortese, attento e ci ha dato tanti consigli preziosi. L'aperitivo e la colazione offerta durante il soggiorno sono stati abbondanti e molto apprezzati. Inoltre, abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di usufruire del servizio sauna e idromassaggio, esperienza unica all'insegna del relax. L'appartamento, come si evince dalle foto, è molto accogliente e fornito di ogni necessità. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! ☺️

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Gli ospiti hanno soggiornato in questo appartamento fantastico a pochi passi dal centro di Tivoli, Piermario è stato di una gentilezza unica fin da subito venendo incontro a tutte le mie richieste e domande. È stato fin da subito reattivo e amichevole, come essere a casa. L’appartamento perfetto come da foto. Consigliato anche per un soggiorno lungo!!

Perfect place for a long stay with a very well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and an outdoor area that was lovely to enjoy lunch outside. Even though the train was across the street, somehow it was not noisy enough to bother us. The host was helpful and provided useful information. There are a few good restaurants, bakery, Gelato and supermarket just a few minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Really enjoyed our Stay at Eduardo’s place. Beds were amazing and rooms can be dark for when you want to sleep. Apartment is on one short flight of stairs so easy to get in. There’s a balcony area at the top that is accessible. There’s also plenty of rooms and 2 bathrooms for convenience. It is a little bit outside city center but the peacefulness at night makes it worth it. There’s also a foosball and ping pong table that my kids really enjoyed. My only complaints were that there’s no dishwasher and one of the showers spills a lot of water out that is not worth using since floors get all wet…also main bathroom sink and toilets need adjustment, besides that, it’s a great place and we slept amazing!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft entsprach dem Inserat und den Bildern. Die Kommunikation vor Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes war angenehm. Die Wohnung lag für uns (Familie mit zwei Kindern) sehr gut und wir waren mit Metro oder Tram schnell im Zentrum. Zudem sind Supermärkte und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Mille grazie!

L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro et seulement 5 stations de la gare de Termini, de là tout est facilement accessible. Le quartier, animé le soir, dispose de nombreux commerces : restaurants, superettes, pizzeria et trattoria, caviste….Nous vous recommandons Necci pour manger le soir et le caviste sur la via del pigneto pour les planches charcuterie et fromage (gorgonzola au chocolat !). Fidèle aux photos et description, nous avons trouvé le logement lumineux, propre et assez grand pour 4 adultes (la petite table se déplie) Le chauffage et l'eau chaude fonctionne très bien, la cuisine est fonctionnelle: merci à Paolo.

Our second stay at Mario's apartment because the first time it was perfect for us. Marco met us again and allowed us to arrive early; he was very friendly and welcoming as usual. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We hope to stay at their place again in the future!

Traveling solo once again in beautiful Roma, I found this gem of calm and light in Luigi's Vatican area Airbnb. His decor choices are thoughtfully serene and everything he provides is spotless and just right. The stunning terrace was my highlight to choose this hillside neighborhood of beautiful period buildings.For a week in mid January I had the prettiest outdoor haven, so very relaxing. Luigi's hands‐on caring Hosting style is evident here as well. Gosh it is such a find!! Dreamy comfy bed, spacious shower, modern kitchen and heating, bingeable Netflix, easy walking to everything Vatican and Uber is just a quick call away. Do book a ride with Luigi from the airport FCO if he's available, and try to arrive into Rome midday. You will thank yourself!

Sara persona gentile e disponibile, in casa ho trovato tutto dai detersivi, tovaglioli, carta igienica, e piccole cose da mangiare (caffè, olio, sale,). La casa era in posizione perfetta, facile per prendere il treno a Santa Maria delle Mole e arrivare a Roma termini.

Host estremamente gentile reattivo nonostante abbiamo avuto dei problemi per il nostro arrivo. La nostra bambina non si era sentita bene. Speriamo di tornare in Cappadocia prestissimo

We stayed at Matteo's place with 4 young kids. The cabin is rustic and rough around the edges but has the basics for what you need and we LOVED it. It also has a cool vibe. We had a great time. The kids were very sad to go. We walked in the beautiful surrounding forests and meadow (which were magical - my 4 yearold daughter was sure there were fairies and a princess with wolf dogs). We looked at the stars in the clear night sky. We roasted marshmallows in the fire place and sang songs (nobody is around so you can sing and play guitar as badly and loudly as you like). We played target games with pinecones and built inukshuks. My husband made pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven and it even stormed & snowed on our last night which was thrilling for 4 Canadian kids who have been missing the snow! It was VERY peaceful, we felt like nobody was around which is nice after being in Rome for an extended period of time. We can't understand why the area is so underdeveloped. We were all sad to go.

Ottimo soggiorno, location immersa nel verde e ben curata. Andrea è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per consigli e check-in. Consigliato!

Se volete rilassarvi é la vacanza perfetta. siamo stati in compagnia del nostro cane che ha avuto a disposizione uno splendido giardino e il lago con la possibilità di accedere alla spiaggia privata quasi sempre nella pace più totale. i genitori di Martina che ci hanno accolto sono stati gentilissimi, mettendosi anche a disposizione per un guasto alla macchina che abbiamo avuto. Lo chalet é bellissimo e ha tutti i comfort inclusi wifi e aria condizionata. La zona é bellissima e a pochi passi da Bracciano che é colma di ottimi ristoranti. Che dire ci torneremo sicuramente STRACONSIGLIATO!

1. The owner always helpful and is there for you if something goes wrong or you need some help. 2. If you are with a car. The best way to leave a car in metro parking at Arco di Travertino (1,5 euro per day) and ttavel to the city center by metro. Parking downtow problematic. By metro to Colloseo - 15 min. 3. Main street near by - via Tuscolana - lots of shops, seevices and cafes. 4. The property itself has safe parking and yard. 5. I was staying there 5 months. It is more suited for short therm stays. Altough I didnt had any problems to stay longer. 6. So calm place. Near by park Apia Antica. 7. 15 min walk - 23/7 shop 8. To summarise- I had a good time

Siamo stati alla Casetta con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata per festeggiarlo al meglio. La casetta in legno è comoda sotto ogni aspetto, dispone di ogni servizio possibile. Il magnifico giardino con barbecue e forno a legna, la stupenda piscina a sfioro, punta di diamante della struttura, comodissima e sempre assolata e da cui si vede il Circeo ed il mare...e l'assoluta privacy e serenità che si vive. Alessandra ci ha accolto lasciandoci dei buonissimi dolcetti locali, ed è stata molto disponibile e reattiva per ogni nostra domanda durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo passato dei giorni nel più totale relax.. tanto da non spostarci mai nei dintorni da quelli piccoli angoli di paradiso. Torneremo volentieri appena possibile!

Bellissimo appartamento incastonato in un'area naturale. All'interno uno splendido living room con vetrata affacciata sulla vallata, e stufa a legna per le serate fredde. Camera da letto e cucina funzionali, un letto in aggiunta, bagno ottimo. Un'area esterna verdissima, con grande tavolo e barbecue per pranzi all'aperto. I proprietari sono simpaticissimi e gentili, offrono crostate, biscottini, pane fresco di forno, e consigli estremamente affidabili su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare: in dettaglio, a mezz'ora/ un'ora di auto si trovano splendidi tesori come Villa Adriana, Villa d'Este, il Monastero di Subiaco. Quando si è già fatto il pieno di mete classiche, tipo Toscana, Umbria, ecc, questa è davvero una gran bella meta "alternativa". Grazie, gran bella esperienza, da provare!
