Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Carlotta is an amazing host and we are extremely happy that we found her place in Rome. The place is spotlessly clean and spacious and has all necessary amenities. It is walking distance from central Rome, it has an amazing cafe/wine bar Vinico just outside the courtyard door, which we enjoyed at breakfast and late evening for drinks. We will definitely book Carlotta’s apartment for our next visit to Rome.

Claudia and Fabio were amazing hosts. The week before our stay they were in constant contact helping arrange transportation from the airport to the flat. On the way from the airport to the flat Fabio gave us a ride and a little tour. The flat was well maintained and had everything we needed. It was close to Vatican City and walkable to everything we needed. If we get to Rome again we will definitely stay here. Cannot recommend them enough. Also we’re very responsive to questions and proactive with messages. Plus they gave us a gift basket and a gift for our five year olds birthday. They go above and beyond! Simply amazing!

Antonella went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. She was responsive during our trip and helped us pick restaurants to eat at and booked a taxi for us. Was very accommodating for our 3 month old as well. Would highly recommend staying here when you visit Rome! Location was perfect to stay in a quieter area with easy public transport into the center within 20/30 mins.

My friends and I just concluded our 7 day at Alessandra's place last April 2. Alessandra was a very responsive, friendly and helpful host. She promptly took care of the little issues we discovered during our stay. The place itself is as shown on pictures and is very roomy for all 5 occupants. The location is safe and very ideal as it is close to popular attractions in Rome like the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. The place is abound with restaurants and shops. We loved staying in her place and very appreciative of Alessandra's care and suggestions of places we can visit and great restaurants we can try. Alessandra's place is already listed on my fave list and will definitely recommend her place to my family and friends. We hope to visit Rome again and will definitely plan on staying at Alessandra's place again.

Es un departamento hermoso, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo muy cerca del Vaticano. Giuseppe es un anfitrión de lujo muy amable, nos permitió dejar las valijas en el departamento después del check out y nos dio recomendaciones locales, un hombre muy amable y generoso. El departamento es todavía más lindo y grande de lo que se ve en fotos, nos dejaron café y aguas en la heladera. Caminando pueden llegar al resto de las atracciones de la ciudad, pero es un hermoso barrio para descansar por la noche.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo appartamento ma siamo state super felici della disponibilità e gentilezza della Sig.ra Gabriella. L’appartamento è molto ampio e molto pulito, all’interno non manca davvero nulla, molto accogliente, ben arredato e a due passi dalla metro. La zona è super servita. Lo consiglio vivamente!

We highly recommend Anna's apartment. We stayed in Rome for 10 days, which was wonderful. The apartment is spacious with a beautiful interior, various cute little things. The apartment has everything you need, there is no need to go to the store and buy something extra, as often happens in airbnb, which is very convenient. We even found a spice set! Anna responds quickly and responds to requests, many thanks to that. The area is not in the city center, but it is safe and nice, with cool cafes, pharmacies, and shops. The apartment is not suitable if you do not want to spend time on the road or if you have difficulty walking for a long time, but for us it was absolutely not a disadvantage.

Camilla is a very accomodating, responsive, flexible, and friendly host, and her place is absolutely perfect for a couple/solo traveller. Upon arrival, everything was clean, the apartment has all the listed amenities, and generally very well equipped eith all the small useful things you could want for a couple days’ stay. Camilla was also left some nice goodies for us in the kitchen to eat and drink, which felt like a nice welcome. The apartment is cozy, has an amazing atmosphere, great privacy, very comfy couch and bed, good heating for wintertime, there is no undue crazy noise from neighbors, etc. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, comfy, and clean place to stay close to the center, especially for couples for a romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location- walking distance to Vatican, piazza nova, pantheon, Trevi, Colosseum, etc. Lots of restaurants, amazing dining places nearby. The place was very clean, exactly matched to the photos and in fact even better than what we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will surely come back :)

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane appartamento pulito e in ordine .Giuseppina molto cordiale ci ha fatto trovare del cibo per iniziare la vacanza cordialmente ha fornito le istruzioni x prendere i mezzi e girare Roma ,ci siamo sentite a casa .

Estuvimos aquí de paso en nuestras vacaciones por Italia ,Olga y claudio fueron encantadores ,tienen un apartamento precioso con unas vistas inmejorables nos encantaría volver en nuestro próximo viaje

We had a wonderful stay in Rome. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. Alessandra was very helpful and friendly, giving great advice and she responded to messages very quickly. The location is perfect , right next to the Colleseum and with easy access to everything you need to see while in Rome. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon .

Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada, camas con olor agradable, aire acondicionado funcionando perfecto, amenidades indispensables o necesarias en el baño y cocina todo excelente. Si volvería otra vez.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Coup de coeur pour ce logement qui donne l'impression de poursuivre la visite des musées dans l'appartement. Le logement est très propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Les lits sont grands et ultra confortables. La décoration est superbe, oeuvres d'art, marbre, très belles mosaïques au sol. Il est agréable de se promener pieds nus sur les différentes textures. Hôte très réactif. Instructions claires pour le check in/check out autonome. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure du check in. Un peu éloigné du centre (ce qui permet d'être au calme après les bains de foule) mais très facile d'accès en métro qui se trouve juste à quelques pas de l'immeuble. A recomander +++.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miguel’s place! From the moment I arrived, Miguel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you could ask for. The location was perfect - close to everything but still peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The building itself is new and modern, with everything one need for a comfortable stay! Luca’s place is on a nice, quiet street but close to plenty of bars and restaurants. He was helpful with recommendations for places to eat. The apartment was good for 2 friends. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy. Sofia was very helpful when we left our luggage. The apartment has an interesting character. We liked it a lot.
