A really special, wonderful place by the sea. A perfect solo escape but can be adapted for up to 4 with the sofa bed if you should wish. The view of the Mediterranean can’t be beaten from the balcony and there is a very cheap train to Rome that takes under an hour from the local station. Overall just wonderful, I will be back- grazie grazie

Le logement est agréable, calme, sécurisé. Bien qu'il soit excentré, il est bien desservi, une pente à descendre pour avoir le bus puis le métro très pratiques pour circuler dans Rome. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Camera pulitissima, ambiente molto tranquillo, Host gentilissima mi ha fatto trovare l'acqua fresca in camera, non è da tutti.

De host was erg vriendelijk. Het huis is prima, lekker ruim, redelijk comfortabel. Wel enigszins moeilijk warm te krijgen als het echt koud wordt. Op loopafstand van het station, zodat je zo in hartje Rome bent.

Roma Tuscolana 역에서 도보로 10분정도 거리에 있는 숙소입니다. 단층 주택이라 계단이 없어 무거운 짐을 들고 가기에도 적합했습니다. 호스트는 체크인 이후에 주변에 마트나 식당 등을 알려주셨습니다. 2명이 쓰기에 방은 넓었고 주방과 침실은 깨끗했습니다. 다음에도 로마를 방문하면 이 숙소에 머물고 싶습니다.

Carlo couldn't have been more helpful. He met us at the house at a time of our choosing which was really helpful. He also helped us with lifts into town, and recommended a great restaurant. A great guy.

Eine schöne Wohnung, warm im Winter mit tollem Ausblick mitten im historischen Stadtkern und nettem Vermieter!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 presso la struttura, la casa è molto bella e situata in un luogo silenzioso in mezzo alla natura. Le stanze sono molto belle e pulite; la zona comune del soggiorno è molto ampia, perfetta per gruppi numerosi e per chi ama rilassarsi o fare dei giochi in compagnia. Molto bella anche la piscina e, per la nostra esperienza, molto gentili sia i bagnini, sia gli altri condomini. Valeria è stata disponibilissima e sempre pronta a venirci incontro al minimo bisogno. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole un'esperienza tranquilla ma al contempo vicina a tanti bei posti da vedere.

Casa accogliente e con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa propria. Molti dettagli di qualità sopra la media in un bellissimo ambiente. Giuseppe sempre disponibile ad ogni contatto. Grazie!

Great location for accessing central Rome, and in the summer, for getting to the Beach Alessandro kindly recommended a visit to the ruins at Ostia Antica which is one stop way from the closest train station (Acilia). This turned out to be one of the high points of our holiday - not crowded, well organised and very informative The two bath situation in the apartment was also very handy for us all getting ready in the mornings Overall, a great apartment and would highly recommend

Wir haben uns in Federicos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es bietet genug Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Federico ist sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und großzügig. Wir durften alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann das Häuschen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ci siamo innamorati di questo villino e di Silvio e Francesca! L’appartamento è delizioso, è posizionato un po’ in alto ed ha un giardino molto curato che vi permette di ammirare il panorama ed il tramonto, davvero suggestivi. Gli host ci hanno lasciato del prosecco e dell’acqua come benvenuto e ci hanno tenuto ad accoglierci di persona. Casa pulitissima, ha tutto il necessario, perfetta per un weekend a Trevignano. Ci torneremo sicuramente, ve la consigliamo!

Simona is an amazing host, she was able to pull together a cake and candles for my dads 75th birthday, she was always there for them when they needed something and was always proactive on things they may need. She always responded right away and was a pleasure to speak with. I recommend anything she has to offer. Once again mille grazie per tutto que a fato per il miei genitori

Tolles Haus für Rom-Besuch von großer Familie. Großer Vorteil für Autoreisende , das Wohnanlage abgesperrt ist und durch Einfahrt mit 24 Stunden Portier erreichbar. Wir hatten Pech in Rom , unsere Scheibe wurde von Vandalen zerstört, das Auto konnte über die Feiertage gut stehen. Im Haus ist alles da, nur leider der Geschirrspüler war kaputt. Es konnte jemand kommen um zu reparieren, wir mussten aber zu Hause sein was nicht möglich war. Sonst war alles in Ordnung. Im Winter muss man die Heizzeiten beachten. Marco war immer erreichbar, sehr nett von ihm.
