Metropolitan City of Venice : chambres d'hôtel

This property was in a great location. The apartment was close to restaurants and shops. Close to sights too! Keep in mind there are 3 flights of stairs to get to apartment. In the evenings, it is quieter when foot traffic from the walkways below lessens.

Location was great! Located between the train station and the piazza San Marco. Very centric! Very clean. Easy to access Lots of amenities nearby! Supermarket right in front of the building!

Villetta molto carina con giardino e posto auto interno. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, famiglia composta da 4 persone. Due camere matrimoniali comunicanti, bagno in comune con vasca e doccia separata. Molto spaziose e ordinate. Posizione silenziosa, a 15/20 minuti da Treviso e altrettanto da Mestre. Colazione ottima, dolce e salata, succhi, latte, cereali, yogurt, marmellate, frutta fresca. Cornetti dolci e pane con affettati misti. Insomma, non mancava proprio nulla. Ovviamente caffè e cappuccino buonissimo. La seconda mattina c'era anche la crostata! Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Le abbiamo chiesto alcuni consigli e lei ci ha dato molte indicazioni e suggerimenti per passare al meglio il nostro weekend. Assolutamente consigliato.

We enjoyed our stay at Paola's. the location was great and the room was clean. We liked having a light breakfast (included in the room price) on the terrace during our stay. We knew from previous reviews that sharing a one bathroom was difficult, but we accepted this. For the location and price, sharing a bathroom with 8 people was acceptable to us. Paola was friendly and gave us great recommendations. We also enjoyed patting Houdini, the cat. The area is slightly quieter than the main tourist area and very walkable to main attractions

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Anna und ihre Tochter mit einem Getränk und vielen Tipps fürs Abendessen und Tagestouren. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Besonders gefallen hat die Möglichkeit, sich selbst verschiedene Ei-Variationen zuzubereiten. Ein Lob geht auch an die freundliche Frühstücksbedienug. Im Zimmer ließ sich die Klimaanlage gut für den Nachtbetrieb einstellen. Falls wir noch einmal in diese Gegend kommen, würden wir gerne wieder hier übernachten.

I stayed here for 3 days with my husband and 18 month year old. We had such a wonderful time! It was in a great location. Very close to the airport. Fabrizio and Alla were very nice and helpful. I’m so glad we stayed here.

Gute Lage. Strände in der Nähe. Tolle Sportmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe vom Hotel. Gute Verbindung nach Venedig. Hatten sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Würden weiter empfehlen.

Very welcoming staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, clean room and bathroom. Very quick access to the beach and Lido city center.

we had a great time. Everything was as described. We felt very welcome and enjoy our stay. Its super familiar what we liked. The pool is awesome and the rooms very cozy. You can go super easy to Venezia from there. And please don’t forget to try the pizza 🤤 ✌🏼

Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Quiet neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The room looked exactly as in the photos. Very clean and tidy! Daniele and Nicola are great hosts, always ready to help you! Thank you for having us in beautiful Venezia!

We used this as a base to visit Venice and it was perfect for that. The unit felt smaller than it looked in the photos but it was absolutely fine for our family of four. We actually left the car overnight for our trip into Venice and it felt very secure with security on the gate and wrist bands for people staying on the campsite. We’d definitely return when we visit Venice again.
