Amazing stay, beautiful apartment , unlike a lot of hosts Georgina actually took time to make sure we were set up with WiFi local recommendations showed us how to operate things in the apartment. We didn’t arrive until 9pm however she still met us and seemed to actually care that we have a good time. Thank you so much if we return to Venice we will for sure be looking to book you again . Absolutely wonderful apartment. The hydro bath certainly made a difference after walking around all day. Very relaxing . Thank you so much

Superschönes Apartment mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und sehr schönen privaten Pools sowie kleinem Fitnessbereich. Wer es wie wir mag weg vom Trubel zu übernachten ist hier genau richtig. Von hier kann man tolle und sehr lange Strandspaziergänge machen. Die italienische Kaffeemaschine verfügt auch über einen Milchaufschäumer. Die Waschmaschine hat einen integrierten Trockner. Wir waren super begeistert.

Kommunikation über airbnb vorbildlich, schnell, freundlich und ausführlich. Abwicklung und Buchung ohne Probleme. Green Village Resort: Ein Traum. Luxuriöse Villa, super Pool Landschaft, Shuttle zum Strand gut verfügbar, mit Leihfahrrädern in 5 Min auch erreichbar. Schöner Strandabschnitt, nettes Personal in der Strandbar. Essen im Hotel etwas überteuert, mit Selbstversorgung in neuer Küche lebt es sich aber auch sehr gut. Das Personal hat sich stets um alles bemüht und gekümmert. Wir hatten einen Internet-Ausfall und innerhalb eines Tages wurde alles wieder in Ordnung gebracht. Super freundlicher Reinigungstrupp, der alles sehr diskret und sorgsam in Stand hält. Wir werden den Urlaub im Green Village auf jeden Fall wiederholen, es gab nichts zu beanstanden!

Vista fantastica, dalla terrazza una vista che nessun altro luogo che abbiamo frequentato può offrire. Questo anche dalle camere, ti svegli e sei nel mare, da sballo. Antonio è stato molto cordiale e ci ha accolto benissimo. Torneremo presto.

This apartment is in an excellent location in Venice. The streets are quite quiet and still with in walking distance to all the main attractions. Despite being a classical building it has been updated tastefully with all the modern amenities. When we were visiting it was very cold. However the apartment was nice and warm. I think for the summer it should also be ok as I saw the air conditioning units. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Everything was fine. Word to the wise to avoid leaving windows open at night because the mosquitos will get in.

The place is so convenient to train station and waterbus station. The place is so clean and tidy. The entire house is spacious and cosy. The host is responsive and helpful. We have a great time at this place and will definitely recommend to other travellers to Venice!

The location is ver good especially after a long flight jus 8 minutes from Piazzale Roma. The host is very responsive gives you clearly direction and replays immediately for any questions that you may have. 10/10

Casa in ottima posizione arredata con gusto! Molto pulita e spazi ampi e luminosi. Comoda e strategica per visitare Burano. La consiglio a chi vuole un’esperienza elegante e indimenticabile

A great modern apartment in a central location. The beach, restaurants and shops are all on your doorstep however the apartment is very quiet and has a lovely private terrace. Very clean and great amenities plus excellent air conditioning for an August visit. Identical to the pictures. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are also very clean and make the Star Palace complex an excellent place to stay. A day trip to Venice is very convenient via a private bus pick up point which is 30 seconds from the apartment and then a boat trip from Jesolo, Piazza Faro. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful with the beach club booking advice etc. Lots to recommend.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig - außerhalb der Jagdsaison. Der Pool ist sauber und genug Liegen sind vorhanden. Wer ein breites Auto hat, bekommt Schwierigkeiten an der Brücke. Die Küchenausstattung ist mäßig, für schnell mal was machen reicht es aber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man kann sich nur mit italienisch durchwurschteln. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos stimmen mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten überein. Die gesamte Anlage, in der das Ferienhaus liegt, ist sehr gepflegt und gerade der Poolbereich ist echt super gewesen! Poolbar und Restaurant sind eher hochpreisig, aber gut. Da es aus der Beschreibung nicht genau hervorgeht, hier nochmal die Aufteilung des Hauses: Der Eingang liegt im oberen Geschoss, hier ist ein offener Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit Esstisch. Hier gibt es auch zwei Balkone, einer mit Liegen und einer mit Esstisch. Außerdem befinden sich im oberen Geschoss die beiden Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer mit Wanne. Im unteren Geschoss ist die Garage, in der zwei Autos hintereinander Platz haben. Außerdem gibt es hier noch ein Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es gibt ein Shuttle zum hoteleigenen Strand, wir sind aber immer mit dem Auto gefahren, da es dort genügend Parkplätze gibt (auch ein paar kostenlose). Man kann auch zu Fuß gehen, ist aber eher weit und kein schöner Weg entlang der Straße.

Dario nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de respect, de gentillesse et de l’humour. Nous avons reçu des bons conseils. Le logement est simple, sécurisant, quelques rénovations sont en cours pour le rendre encore mieux. L’emplacement est idéal pour un halt à Venise en voiture. Je ne peux que recommander!
