Andreina and her husband were great hosts I will always come to this location because she made my trip to equador safe and comfortable she even arranged airport taxi which was beautiful for anyone coming in that late to airport because equador at night can be very dangerous I rate her 5 stars

A magical, creatively designed home you won't want to leave. We only stayed for 2 days and that was far too short to explore all of the fun things to do in this home. We enjoyed playing the arcade games, air hockey, lounging in the jacuzzi and turning on all of the special lights at night and pretending we were in a rocketship. Amilcar was a lovely host, going above and beyond to make our stay great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly unique experience.

Great hosts, great place, very secure, and they respond right away. Only issue is the noise from the strreets and neighbors which unfortunately is out of their control. However once you let the host or sevueity know there was annissue within the building, they fixed it right away.

The space was comfortable and modern with a convenient location in a safe neighborhood

El depar súper lindo, muy buena ubicación

El lugar esta bien ubicado, cerca de centros comerciales y con fácil acceso a diferentes medios de transporte. Además, se encontraba limpio y totalmente equipado. La zona de trabajo era bastante cómoda, con una buena velocidad de Internet. Por último, el staff del edificio fue muy amable y atento.

Desde el momento en que reservé, la atención fue excelente. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de mis mensajes y solicitudes. Al llegar, encontré un lugar súper limpio, cómodo y seguro. Los guardias son muy amables y cordiales, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. El garaje es seguro para el vehículo, los espacios son tranquilos y la piscina con agua caliente es simplemente espectacular. El hidromasaje también es una maravilla. Todo estuvo perfecto, me voy muy contento y sin duda volveré. ¡Lo recomiendo a todos! 😊👏

This might be the best AirBNB I’ve stayed at while in Ecuador. The location was perfect, the apartment was beyond what I expected, the security was top notch, and anything you could need while here is within walking distance. I was able to get snacks for the house, buy meds, get a drink, eat amazing food, and get a haircut all on the same block. This felt both like a vacation and a home at the same time. You literally don’t even need to leave the house as Cesar’s mini bar is both expansive, practical, and not expensive at all. You have full access to all the amenities the building has to offer, and Cesar was super helpful and fast to respond to help us reserve spots. I cannot recommend this enough and will be looking to rent this place again once I’m back in August. If I could give this more stars I would.
