My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Miryan's cabin. We loved it, so close to the center of the city yet one feels like one is in the country. Miryan was an amazing host. She brought us something almost every morning: eggs from her chickens, fruit or avocado from her trees, home made breads and freshly squeezed juices. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, meeting new people and buying produce and the many family owned stands. The house is rustic, this is not the Ritz but if you want to truly experience Ecuadorian culture, this is the place. Miryan has three dogs that came by often to say hello. If you are afraid of dogs or just don't care for them, this is not a place for you. For us, it was a perfect 2 weeks.

Todos estuvimos contentos, el lugar es cómodo, bonito, tiene todo lo necesario para estar bien, cerca tienes lo necesario por si necesitas comprar algo, tranquilo, disfrutamos mucho del lugar, iria nuevamente, totalmente recomendado

Guapulo is the best spot for escaping the big smoke of modern Quito, and Amandine’s place gives you everything you could wish for for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My fav. time of day was 7-9am when the morning sun streams in the windows and the hammock beckons, together with some good music and fresh coffee :)

Hospedaje muy recomendado! Está en un ambiente y ubicación ideal para descansar y distraerse, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y además varias opciones de entretenimiento para compartir con familia y amigos! La comunicación con el host fue muy buena, siempre atento.

El lugar es muy lindo, las fotos no muestran todo lo lindo que es y con muchas comodidades. Silencioso y privado.

Buen lugar ubicación buena, la zona nos terminó de convencer a mis amigos y a mi pero a parte de eso un muy buen lugar y muy buen anfitrión.

Very nice place with a great location ! Stunning and swiping views on the Basilica Del Voto amongst other ! The loft is very nicely designed with a modern and industrial vibe. So many carefully designed and though through elements. I asked to check in early and they had a short amount of time in between guests. Eduardo was really helpful and made it happen !

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado para la crisis de energía, el anfitrión se ocupó de que haya un powerbank conectado al WiFi, además tenía una batería adicional para poder conectar la computadora y otros aparatos electrónicos y una linterna grande. por eso nunca fue necesario utilizar el cowoerking del edificio. El edificio tiene planta para las aereas comunes y es muy pet friendly, no se escucha ningún ruido de la calle, se duerme con mucha tranquilidad. En la habitación principal hay un pequeño calefactor, por si las noches son muy frías. Adicionalmente había un botellón de agua, eso nos encantó. Los anfitriones respondían rápido los mensajes y siempre estaban pendientes.

Carmen’s place is in a great area, close to everything you need / bright clean well equiped, with a really nice outdoor area to enjoy. Easy to self enter the apartment and to exit. Carmen herself was great to deal with. A great stay!

Excelente departamento, muy hermoso y cómodo todo perfecto. Y 24/7 en seguridad , la ubicación perfecta . Lo recomiendo volviera a ir me encantó

The apartment was just as shown in the picture, large and with world charm without compromising comfort. The views over Quito at night were great, and the host provided cheese, eggs, bread, pasta and sauce, which was great for us because we arrived very late and didn't feel like looking for a restaurant. The staff met us on arrival, did our washing (for free) and took us to the airport at 3:00am, so they deserve special mention as nothing was too much to ask. We didn't need to venture out at night, but were told by the taxi and uber driver to catch a cab as the old town may be a little unsafe after 6:00pm, but that didn't affect us, and we had a fabulous time. Please make sure that the taxi/uber reads the hosts instructions on how to get to the apartment. Our taxi drive ended up in the partitioned lower half of the street and had to ask for directions. Our tour drivers didn't have the same issue, but I'd suggest asking the host to arrange transport and avoid that potential problem.

El lugar es increíble, de verdad de ensueño!! Todo estuvo muy limpio y en orden. Y la amabilidad y hospitalidad de María es única. 100% recomendado. Sin duda alguna volveremos.

Una casa de película, por dentro y por fuera. Muy comoda para un grupo de varias personas y ubicada en una zona tranquila y muy buena para desconectar. Tiene una vistas hermosas. Su arquitectura y diseño hacen que sea una casa acogedora perfecta para pasar en familia. No falta nada. Esteban es un excelente anfitrión, siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades, muy amable y hospitalario al igual que Miryam, la encargada de limpieza, que estuvo con nosotros toda la semana y se preocupo que no no faltará nada. Una excelente persona, muy amable. Sin duda una experiencia 100%recomendable. De seguro volveremos. Muchas Gracias Esteban!

Magnifique demeure ancienne complètement rénovée en plein centre ville colonial. Carmen nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et a été très aidante et réactive. Sa présence a été un grand plus! Malheureusement notre séjour a été trop court pour profiter de tout ce que cette splendide maison avait à nous offrir. Nous reviendrons très certainement!

Las fotos no le hacen justicia a este bello lugar. La casa es muy hermosa, el bosque es precioso. Las acomodaciones están listas para usar, es un excelente lugar para pasar con familia y amigos cocinando algo delicioso puesto que tienen cocina a gas, horno de leña, y parrilla. En estas fechas de febrero hace frío, así que hay que llevar ropa calientita, pero igual la chimenea o el jacuzzi calientan muy bien. La comunicación era muy eficiente y rápida. Esperamos visitarlos en otra ocasión!

Mathieu’s home is a unique piece of art that pictures cannot justify. It is a large, sprawling home above the cafe he runs, which serves awesome Louisiana inspired food. Beyond the large bedrooms and bathrooms, there are many furnished spaces for relaxing, but inside and outside. Right in the heart of old town, you are walking distance to many restaurants and surrounded by beautiful architecture. Mathieu’s was a very welcoming host. He always made sure we had what we needed, and had plenty of recommendations. I will definitely book again next time in Quito.

Absolutely recommended . The house is very unique and the location is superb. The design is right out of an architectural magazine and the decor is very tasteful . The rooms are large and very comfortable . Some have amazing views of the volcanos . The common areas are very cozy and inviting . Wifi worked well and the showers were fantastic . The caretaker/cool are very helpful and friendly and made our stay special . I would definitely come back !

Isabelle et son mari ont été très accueillant, ils sont à l'ecoute et n'hésite pas à proposer leur aide. Leur maison est très confortable et facile d'accès en voiture. J'ai passé un très bon séjour.
