Rebecca responded quickly. The house was very clean and conveniently located. When our car broke down, Rebecca helped us resolve the issue. Cooking seafood is not allowed indoors, but there is an outdoor area available.

Beautiful property, and felt right at home. Very comfortable, and very easy to find. Paynesville is a great place, with great food/drink, and lots to do. Very close to the Raymond island ferry. Would stay here again. Cheers

When we arrived at Simpsons Creek road we knew there was something very special awaiting us as we turned into the driveway of "Tildesley". The welcome, Super hosts Amanda and Claude greeted us with at the top of the driveway, made us feel right at home straight away. Amanda gave us a tour of the beautiful cottage and the many secluded manicured gardens, pointing out any places we would see the abundance of birds and wildlife. We stayed 5 nights, the perfect base to ride sections of the East Gippsland rail trail. We enjoyed the tranquillity and relaxing atmosphere after a day of bike riding with the bonus of a swim in the pool. The cottage was very comfortable with special treats in every corner, wine, cheese, chocolates and the many choices of breakfast supplies. We could stand in the kitchen and look out any of the 5 windows and have a different view of each of the many gardens. Thankyou for a wonderful stay, we cannot recommend highly enough a stay here.

Listing matched the description. The house is in a lovely peaceful setting, surrounded by trees and visiting birds. There is a pool and spa onsite, sadly it wasn’t warm enough for us to indulge though. Hosts were responsive and helpful. You can walk into town along the boardwalk or walk down and sit by the water. There are stairs to the property but they are easy to use. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Metung or the Metung hot springs.

This place is amazing!! It’s spotless inside, well equipped kitchen and plenty of room to move around. It’s a shame the weather wasn’t warmer with the pool to have a swim. Outside patio was great to sit and have a drink/eat and look at the greenery. The host Di was so easy to deal with. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back. Just a note it’s just under 10 minute drive to Esplanade.

Tammy and Jason are great hosts and this place is rare gem. We as a group of 3 families enjoyed every moment at home . The house is huge and has everything from kitchen cutleries to kids toys . The pool is not deep and hence ideal to be stressfree with young kids. Amazingly maintained and pristine clean. would love to come back again to enjoy the serenity around
