My family and I loved staying at this beautiful, unique, and very clean house. Very close to the beach and everywhere we wanted to go. Such a comfortable and awesome stay! I highly recommend! ❤️

This was an absolute beautiful place for families! The beach is a very quick walk and the pool is perfect for non beach days! We definitely will stay again!

We were pleased with the spacious home and great set up . We really enjoyed the outdoor area with hot tub and fire pit. We were very pleased there was wood there for us. We had had an awesome stay.

Paul and Janet were amazing hosts! They thought of everything from beach toys, children’s books with a Narwhal theme, to bowls for the dogs. My entire family had a great time at the beach (only a few min walk) and in the quiet neighborhood walking the dogs. If you are looking for an amazing home that is pet friendly by the beach definitely consider staying at Paul and Janet’s place!!!

We loved our stay! We brought our retriever and terrier . Good side yard for them , water hose to spray them off. Nice side gate to bring them that way in from the beach. Very cozy home ! My favorite is the screened front porch ! I would stay again and so close to town!❤️

Well enjoyed stay!!! The home was beautiful, enough room for my party of 10 people. The neighborhood was quite throughout the trip. The pool was the best for the kids. Will stay again and again when we visit PCB!

Staying at this house was truly wonderful. Let me start by saying I am not a fan of Airbnb or Vrbo. I'm a resort girl. I love 5 star hotels with room service. I decided to rent this house so I could work remotely and my husband could golf. The bonus was that our kids could come down a week and work remotely also. The layout was perfect. WiFi was great. I didn't expect to enjoy it so much! The house was beautiful in a nice neighborhood. We were able to walk to the beach and a coffee shop. We were allowed to bring our dog. That was important too! It's a short drive to Panama City Beach and even closer to Rosemary Beach. Everything was perfect! Margaret was very responsive and the house exceeded my expectations.

Our stay at this Airbnb was exceptional. Adam, our host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, addressing all of our needs promptly. The property itself felt like a private little getaway. Outside, we enjoyed the fire pit, grill, and plenty of seating. For those who enjoy water sports, surfboards and kayaks are available. Inside, the living room was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, and utensils—something you don’t often find at other Airbnbs. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids, and the bathroom was surprisingly large. The proximity to the beach, just a short walk away, was another major highlight. Overall, the Airbnb was fantastic, and Adam’s attentive hosting made the experience even better.

We enjoyed our stay here so much !! The place is beautiful and provided everything we needed from a high chair for our baby to all the beach amenities. We were so appreciative to how responsive Jennifer was at all times as well. She really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and check in went smoothly. The condo itself was decorated beautifully and the view from the balcony was amazing. We look forward to staying here again next time we come to Panama City !

We had a great stay at Clay's place. The unit was nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful view of the gulf. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and splitting our time between the beach and pools. Check-in was a breeze and Clay was a fantastic, super-responsive host. We would be more than happy to come back.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and the location couldn’t be better. Our host was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay at John’s place. The days we were there it was a bit chilly so it was a nice surprise that the pool is heated! PCB is beautiful! Directly in front of the hotel, there’s a storm drain thats kind of an eye sore but otherwise it did not bother us. There was an issue with the clothes dryer, but John was very quick to respond and sent someone out quickly to fix it. I highly recommend this spot!

Korin was an amazing host! Super friendly and responded fast when anything was needed and was super helpful. Beautiful place and super clean! Short walk to the beach which was perfect! Loved it and would definitely book with her again!!

This place was in a great location! Quiet neighborhood and minutes from the beach. Seems to recently renovated and very clean. Christopher was very responsive and I would definitely recommend.!

This was my first AirBnB experience and the host was great.!! Was able to answer any questions that I had and their welcome email and details were pretty on target. They mentioned places to go and things to do but we were so glad about the place we didn’t even go anywhere but the beach.!! lol will have to go back.

If I could give 10-stars I would! I am an airbnb host and can be quite critical on bookings I make. I read so much about Ms. Theresa and was a little hesitant because some reviews made it seem like privacy was an issue ...NOT AT ALL!! I can honestly say that SHE was a HUGE part as to why we enjoyed our stay so much and will ABSOLUTELY be back!! She made us feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even made my husband a homemade birthday cake! We shared so many laughs and stories together. It was peaceful, serene, and certainly private. The property was gorgeous, had breathtaking views, and so many wonderful things about it that pictures and description don't do a justice! We enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor kitchen area on the lake.. but laying down on a bed, under the cabana, watching a movie, next to the fire, on the lake, was THE best part..next to enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast our last morning!

The place was amazing. My family loved it and it was so neat. Every day we were greated with wild turkey and wild deer on the property and it wasn't a far drive to the beach or springs.

We loved our stay in Cape San Blas! The area is beautiful, the home is a short walk to the white beaches. There is a dock where we were able to dock our boat for the week. We were able to see a variety of wildlife from dolphins to sea turtles on our trips out. The house has plenty of space for groups of people! We were able to park 3 cars and a boat trailer without any issues. We would love to come back next summer! Thank you!

Great experience. The cottage was perfect for 4 people and a dog. The location was excellent, and the fire pit on site was the perfect way to end your day.
