The location was great. The kitchen, living room and bedroom was just as described. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was nice having a washer and dryer. There were 2 bathrooms, which was nice, but the shower wasn’t as clean as expected. There was hair on the shower wall and on the floor of the shower. I just cleaned it myself. We arrived 30 minutes early and tried to check in. Apparently you get locked out if you try to get in early. We called and Steve answered and fixed the problem for us. He was very friendly about it. Overall, it was a great stay.

This was the cutest place, great view of the ocean, beautiful view of the sunset and pool/hot tub. I can't wait for future stays. The host was amazing in every way!

We came to Panama to visit my dad. The area gave us plenty of things to do as a family and then the house and backyard made a great place to hang out and play cards or have a cup of coffee. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we utilized the coffee bar a lot! The house gave us plenty of room for our family of five. The beds were comfy and had everything we needed and more! Thanks for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

My family had such a perfect weekend at Steve’s Airbnb. His family does such an incredible job hosting their guests, and we felt right at home in the big white camper! His wife has designed such a beautiful and peaceful space to relax. We were able to both drive and walk to the beach access point with our young kids, which was great! The location is super convenient to everything 30A. We explored different areas from Blue Mountain Beach, Grayson Beach, Seaside, and Alys Beach…all just a short drive from Steve’s place. Such a sweet location, camper, and family! We can’t wait to come back!

An absolute favorite!!! Our family has been vacationing on 30A in the Watercolor community for many years and Debbie's home has taken the top spot for our favorite home to date. The location can not be beat; immediate access to Camp Watercolor and a fast 10-minute walk to Seaside central. The home itself was beyond well appointed. The kitchen had every conceivable thing to prepare any meal desired, right down to sharp knives. It was these small details throughout the home that made it not just a place to stay, but an opportunity to unwind. Debbie was incredibly communicative throughout the entire booking process and went above and beyond to help ensure our entire family had a relaxing stay ahead of and during the stay. Any/all questions were answered quickly, professionally and warmly. We had an amazing week on Spartina Circle - as we were pulling out to leave this morning our five-year old son said "I want to live here" and with Debbie's hospitality there's no question as to why!

Kathy’s space was much better even than the listing photos! A great price for a great location and a quick weekend stay. She was very responsive and has a very reasonable pet fee. Thanks for your hospitality Kathy!

Great place for a family gathering! Loved all the fun amenities, spaces well thought out and very pleasant and relaxing! The golf cart made it easy to shuttle all the family members to the beach, and pull the wagon loaded with beach chairs and umbrellas, all provided by thoughtful hosts! What a blessing!! Tim and Katie were very attentive, patiently waiting for responses or potential needs. (I didn’t realize until the end of our stay that my notifications were turned off! 😜). And the beach! If you’re looking for a quiet beach, without all the hustle bustle, this is it! Loved it!!

Over the last 20 years we’ve stayed at dozens of homes in Rosemary with family and friends. This location was fantastic, clean, and exactly as described. Great quality for the price and a very responsive host. I’d recommend!
