We had a great time here for the weekend! The location was perfect and just a few steps to the beach.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carolyn’s home in Santa Rosa Beach! The property was impeccably maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of fun. Carolyn was a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. One of the highlights was the pool—it was large, heated, and came with a beautiful cabana that made grilling and relaxing even more enjoyable. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs,umbrellas, and plenty of toys for the kids, which made our days by the water even more fun and stress-free. Another huge plus was having The Big Chill just across the street. It was the perfect spot for grabbing delicious food, enjoying live music, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Carolyn’s recommendations for restaurants beaches and shops were spot on. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

Paul’s house was better than expected! Very easy to find and centrally located with easy access to Rosemary Beach and Seaside, not to mention The Big Chill directly across the street for easy meals and morning coffee runs. The house itself was spotless, cozy, full of all the amenities we needed, and had plenty of room for our family do 5. The included golf cart was perfect or getting around to the nearby beach access and dinners. We had such an amazing stay, we wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely look into staying here again if we’re back in town.

Mitch's place was great. Super comfortable and high-quality. Great kitchen amenities that made it easy to cook. We loved that it came with a golf cart and they made the process to knock out the rental agreements and payments easy. The location was fantastic for families. Not to crowded with easy access to restaurants, beaches, etc. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Tighe and Debbie's townhome. And we simply love it! Their place is peaceful. A well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and best of all - a screened in porch! We had a few storms come through and to sit in the porch to listen to the rain was pure heaven. The beach is so big, clean and not crowded! For entertainment, you have to book horseback riding on the beach with Broke-A-Toe. Wonderful folks. Also, a pontoon boat ride in the bay is great! We saw dolphins and sting rays. Hunts restaurant is the best and is so close to Tighe and Debbie's place. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely book with them again!

We loved our stay at Erica’s!! The townhouse was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The kids loved the bunk beds. There are tennis rackets and balls and putt putt supplies provided if you want to play that at the resort. There’s a pool very close to the townhome. Beach is probably a 5 minute walk(we had kids and an older person, so, it took us a little longer). Beach wagon and toys are supplied but we didn’t use them. The washer and dryer came in very handy. We always stay at Gulf Highlands because it’s gated and a very peaceful community with lots of things to do. Erica was very responsive to my messages. I highly recommend staying at The Mermaid Castle! Thanks Erica for a great trip, and we look forward to staying again in the future!

Nicks place was simply amazing! Very peaceful, very clean, beds comfy, nice kitchen to cook in. Would definitely visit again. Felt right at home! Thank you for responding quickly!

The house was cozy & was exactly as they advertised it to be in the pictures. It was clean & the back yard was perfect for my dog. I loved how they supply cleaning supplies, extra necessities as well. Good place to stay & I would stay again.

Beautiful oceanfront townhouse in a perfect Seagrove location! The private beach access made our stay extra relaxing, and the home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for our family. Waking up to ocean views every morning was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

My family loved this place and our stay. Very clean. Perfect location. We had a small issue with our access code but Chastity had it taken care of in less than 15 minutes of me reaching out to her. We will definitely book with her for our next trip!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was beautiful and the views were incredible. the beach house was clean and cozy with everything that would make you feel at home away from home. Sunny was very responsive and clear with instructions . Will be returning with the family in the future!

My family and I were very pleased with Jacqueline’s place! Firstly and most importantly it was very clean which is hard to find! Newly established community which is also a plus. She takes pride in the little details such as leaving birthday decorations for my son which was so sweet. She was very responsive to anything that came up. We really appreciated having beach chairs, toys, a high chair and a pack and play which made it possible for us to travel light. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks so much!

I loved the area… this town home made me feel like I was at home for my 7 day stay!!! Definitely would book again!! Only issue was I wish there was a television in the second bedroom

Lisa responded to me very quickly about any questions I had! She always responded in no longer than 10 minutes. The place honestly was even better in person than it looked in the pictures! The beach was right across the street and super easy road to cross! There were tons of things to do and places to eat around the peaceful property. The balcony added a nice touch in the morning as well!! Will definitely considering booking with her again!

Clean, peaceful with friendly neighbors. Close to beach activities but just the right distance to not be caught up in the traffic. We visited during spring break so we were able to enjoy the beach and then return to the home and enjoy the quietness.

Ken’s place was great for our short family fall break! Everything was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked, and beach was about a 5 min walk! A couple of side notes; use the gulf highlands entrance to the beach. We didn’t realize it had a ramp to the beach until our last day. There is a public access right next to the restaurant, and we were using it (but it has stairs). The next two things are for moms! If you’re traveling with toddlers or young children, bring a portable baby gate. The stairs to the upper level are steep, and of course what toddler can resist stairs! Although the decor was nice and beachy, some of it is not kid friendly. (Bowl of golf balls, ceramic decor on floor and table, etc) We had to put up on high places, several Knick knacks and ceramic things to avoid the little ones causing chaos! Other than that, great stay and would highly recommend!

Stayed for 2 nights with family and pet. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Huge backyard was a plus for our pet. Very close to downtown with many restaurants. Richard was very helpful with recommendations!

Our four day stay was awesome. The property is situated between two popular spots for Spring Breakers. It’s also a quick five minute to the walk to the pier to get a beautiful ocean or layout in the sand. The property is safe, secured and quiet. Indoors was efficient, all accommodation was provided from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Outdoor grilling and the pool is just a few feet from the back door. I really appreciated the interior design, every room has a beach resort vibe. Most importantly, John made sure I knew he was available if I needed anything. He gave a warm welcome from the time I secured the reservation, up until I departed. He kept the communication open and his response time was less than 10 minutes when I had a few inquiries. We were a party of 5, two adults and 3 teenagers. This location was a win-win for both adults and teenagers. I’d not only come back and stay here again but I’d recommend you staying here also.

We enjoyed our two-week stay. The townhouse was exactly as pictured and described. It felt like home. Bed was comfy, all amenities we needed were provided. It was great to have washer and dryer, and the large tv and surround sound was a bonus. We appreciated the safe development; it was gated and in a great location. We could walk to several bars and restaurants. We loved the Beach House and the pool right by the beach. It was nice to have so many pools, green spaces for our dog, tennis and pickleball courts as well. We would definitely stay again!

This place is super cute! The host is extremely responsive, and she was always available if we had any questions. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked, and we didn’t have any issues checking in/out. Would definitely stay here again!
