Mexico City : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Giselle and Oscar were very supportive and helpful. Their place was just the right size for my daughter and me and it was very comfortable. We feel lucky to have chosen their apartment.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia, el depa estaba limpio, fue fácil ingresar. Lo único es que la torre tiene mucha seguridad y tienes que pedir acceso cada que entres y salgas (pero no es un problema). Contraté a la chica de limpieza y me sentí en plena confianza. Me encantó la vista, la ubicación es ideal si tú trabajo es por Santa Fe.

Jeny siempre estuvo pendiente de mis necesidades, es una excelente anfitriona, su departamento cumple con todo lo que ofrece, gran ubicación , muy recomendable, sin duda regresaría.

Absolutely fantastic location. Super walkable to so many great places. We’ve had issues with both water pressure & temperature in previous CDMX visits, but neither were a problem at all here which was very nice. Two very nice bathrooms & an excellent kitchen. Super quiet street at night, we slept with our door/window open & had zero issue with any noise. Would highly recommend Ale’s place to anyone.

Anfitriona muy pendiente desde el principio hasta el final, responde rápido . Lugar en el centro histórico cómodo con ventiladores adicionales para estos calores. A los alrededores en la noche algo solo pero nunca nos sentimos en peligro. Fuimos en familia y nos sentimos muy cómodos en el apto y todo quedaba cerca. Estaciones de metro y autobús muy cerca y los conductores de plataforma llegaban fácil. El personal de recepción muy atentos las 24 horas y receptivos. Lugar recomendado. El único punto a mejorar sería que tengan a la mano un núm de teléfono de servicio de taxi o de conductores 24h en hora de la madrugada como los hoteles, solo eso.

Fueron muy accesibles para la llegada ya que íbamos a un concierto y nos dieron la oportunidad de dejar equipaje desde temprano. El lugar estaba limpio y para las 3 personas que éramos estaba bastante bien el espacio. Es fácil llegar y cerca del aeropuerto Benito Juárez

Excelente ubicación, cerca del Soumaya. El departamento es espacioso y bien decorado, aunque no cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo que puede ser incómodo en días calurosos, pero tiene ventiladores. La seguridad es una prioridad, con vigilancia 24/7 en el edificio. Ideal para quienes buscan comodidad y tranquilidad en una zona exclusiva. 100% me vuelvo a quedar!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit einem entspannten Gemeinschaftsgarten, ein kleines Dorf in der Metropole México-City! die Betreuung ist toll, man kann Wäsche waschen, sehr wunderbar für längere Aufenthalte! wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke 🙏

Todo estuvo perfecto, casa muy amplia y confortable, muchos accesorios en la cocina, buena zona.

Exceptional stay. Luis and Carmen were super responsive, flexible and extremely kind. They even brought us cookies halfway through our stay. We stayed for 10 days and had no issues. The beds were comfortable the rooms were cozy. The character and charm was perfect for our stay. Only recommendation would be a full length mirror somewhere in the space and a clothes rack in the front room as it does not have a closet.

The house is lovely, well decorated, a little smaller than I expected. All the amenities are great and feel at home. Paty is a very nice host and give us lots of recommendations and answer our question. It’s a lovely place to stay in this area and very easy to find!

Great host, great apartment - especially the roof top. If you have a light sleep, I recommend to sleep in the upper area, as the steet noise in the main sleeping room was too loud. But overall a great experience!

Un lugar increíble, de calidad, confortable y limpio para descansar y pasar un buen rato, muy buena seguridad, fiel a la publicación, altamente recomendado, recamaras muy cómodas, dormimos de maravilla, bonita vista, hay muchos lugares para comer por el area, vale mucho la pena y me volvería a hospedar aquí

Ravie de mes premiers jours à Mexico chez Raúl et Marta. Je voulais un endroit pour me reposer tout en profitant de la vue sur Mexico. C’était parfait. Quelle vue spectaculaire ! J’ai bcp profité de la piscine chauffée à une température parfaite et assez longue pour nager et de la salle de sport. En décembre il fait froid les soirs et nuits… forcement l’appartement se refroidit très vite avec toutes ses fenêtres. Les deux petits chauffage d’appoint ont été très utiles. L’emplacement était top à l’ouest de la condesa, a un block du resto de mes amis en plus 😅 Merci encore pour ce séjour, je garde votre adresse pour un prochain séjour ! Laura

Un bonito lugar con una vista y panorama excelente. Personal amable y servicial. El único detalle es que no hay aire acondicionado. Si volvería a hospedarme en este lugar

We loved our stay. Santa María is a beautiful area and feels like you are living as a local. We had a family of 5 stay and we lived very comfortable. The house had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We particularly loved the courtyard where we had our meals and the kids enjoyed the 2 playgrounds the property offered. The building has 24 hour security and the area is very safe. Paty is an exceptional host very responsive and helpful. So much that she sent a toaster to us so the kids could eat toast. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place for the value. We really enjoyed the sweet little courtyard and quiet privacy from the hustle and bustle while still being close to lots of exciting spots. The bed was SO comfy, appreciated the blackout curtains as well. The house stays cool and was all very comfortable with beautiful furniture.

I have stayed here before; location is excellent for all of the amenities that La Concesa offers. I will stay here again if/when the ocasión arises.
