We stayed at Sergio’s place for a month and a half, by the end I was really sad to leave! It definitely did feel like home after a while. Pros: the entire staff was phenomenal, but above all I need to mention the doorman Artemio - what a gentleman! - we loved the large living space and layout; - the back streets are very nice to walk around, it’s a very charming neighborhood. Cons: - even though the cleaning lady came daily, the place never felt spotless. It was just surface cleaning, no vacuuming ever, etc. - the place needs a bit of TLC (broken door handles, kitchen cabinets loose, bathroom fixtures need attention etc.) - the condo is on a very high-traffic street which is noisy day and night (almost like a highway). Despite the flaws, I really fell in love with this place, and would come back in a heartbeat!!

Manuel war ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gast. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Das Hauspersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt war das ein toller Aufenthalt, der sein Geld mehr als wert war.

This spot was perfect for what we needed - the rooftop area was stunning and offered a peaceful reprieve, and the unit itself was clean and very comfortable. Lots of little cafes & restaurants nearby. I have to give a huge shout out to the pillows, our bed had the most squishy and comfortable pillows I've ever slept on! The showers had amazing water pressure and very hot water, everything was well equipped and clean. The only items we had any issue with was the wifi (I had to take a few work calls while we were there and the calls frequently cut out or dropped off completely) & the advertised Nespresso machine. We were excited to put it to use, but were only provided with 2 coffee pods. As we were 3 people staying for 4 nights, this wasn't quite enough. When we asked if we were to be provided a few more, we were instructed to go buy them ourselves.

Muy buen host y departamento en Santa Fe. Clarisa muy atenta en todo momento con muy buena comunicación. El depa queda en una buena zona de Santa Fe, esta muy bien cuidado y tiene todo lo necesario para una muy buena estadía.

The house was awesome! Easy to find, lots to do in the area, two doors to choose from. We preferred the door to the main street even though there were homeless people back there most days. You could use the front door which has the security guard. We had an issue with the safe when we arrived and the maintenance person fixed it quickly and also checked on an issue with the boiler for the hot water that was a previous issue. So they were proactive with helping us there. Great experience overall.

Everything was perfect during our stay in Mexico City. Communication was quick and easy, check in was effortless, the apartment was exactly what was pictured and described on line. Great location, next to bars, restaurants and tiendas, very walkable. Thanks for a great stay!

Location location location! This neighborhood has it all and is located in a community that has everything you need. The famous panadería Rosetta is only a 10 minute walk through a beautiful tree- lined historic area. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. we found it safe and peaceful at night. Our hosts were very kind and gave us awesome food recommendations that were all layed out in the guest handbook. Overall it was all great, we would definitely return.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia con Clau. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación fue clara y rápida, respondiendo a todas mis dudas con amabilidad. Al llegar, el lugar estaba limpio, bien organizado y tal como se describía en el anuncio. Clau se aseguró de que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda, estando disponible para cualquier necesidad. En general, fue una experiencia muy positiva, y sin duda volvería a reservar con este host. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Ótimo espaço, bem localizado, não tivemos dificuldades com o check-in ou durante a estadia. Vale notar que não há espaço para deixar as malas armazenadas após o check-out. De todo modo, recomendo muito a hospedagem.

I really enjoyed my stay at Roberto's apartment. The apartment is cozy but large enough for a couple or small family. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and the electric fireplace is a nice touch in the small living room. The bed was very comfortable, and stocked with extra pillows and blankets if needed. The bathroom is spacious enough, and there are a ton of shelves to place your belongings. The balcony is great to enjoy in the morning or at night. The listed amenities really take this apartment over the top (for reference, you must go to the bowling center to make a reservation for bowling or the jacuzzi). I love the proximity to the metro station (Division Del Norte), and it's surrounded by restaurants/shops to make your vacation a great one. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Roberto is an awesome host on top of it.

Could not have had a better experience. The location is great, so many cool restaurants in walking distance. The place itself matched the description/pictures perfectly. Ozz went above and beyond to make sure that our stay went as smoothly as possible, from his responsiveness leading up to and during the check in process, to his attentiveness throughout our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting CDMX, without hesitation.

Estancia agradable, cerca del metro CETRAM Pantitlán a 5 minutos en coche. Oxxo a la vuelta y súpers a los laterales. Acceso seguro y controlado. Tal cual la publicación y el anfitrión siempre atento.

this spot is a hidden gem. not only is victor a responsive and chill host, but the space is so perfect. my friends and i loved the walkability and safety of this space. it is a spot perfect to come home to after a long day of traveling; you are so close to everything yet tucked away into a. sage pocket of town. i would love to stay at this location when i return.
