This expansive house was right in the middle of good food and nightlife, and walkable to lots of interesting places. The roof deck and back patio in particular were our social centers. Pedro met us when we arrived, gave a short tour and some local suggestions, and was quick to reply to any inquiries during our stay. Highly recommend to any group interested in exploring CDMX. Place is just as described as well as shown on the pictures. Very spacious and big with many patios. Enjoyed every single day staying here as there is many outside places to relax. Patios are private and relaxing! I would definitely like to stay here again when I come back. Location is amazing with lots to do around. Walmart is a 5-8min walk, malls around and many restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay at Christian’s place. First, the neighborhood couldn’t be better - at the center of Roma. It is two blocks from a gorgeous plaza (Rio de Janeiro) with a café that became quickly our favorite. Almost every “foodie” restaurant was within walking distance. One favorite nearby was Propio. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The little patio was a peaceful place to sit. We asked Christian to help. Ask his housekeeper if she would make us a typical Mexican breakfast and coffee in the morning, and he quickly arranged it! I would highly recommend doing this for your first morning in town. His housekeeper taught us how to make cafe de olla, the addictive spiced coffee. Christian was incredibly fast to respond to all questions. We will be back!

This place was more than what I expected. It doesn’t have a central kitchen but each room has its own mini fridge and a burner, in case you want to make something. Each room has its own door code for added security and privacy. The area is very walkable and so many restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. Not an exaggeration either. There are many. Will definitely book again.

My family and I were in Coyoacan for my daughter's Quinceañera. We had a wonderful stay in Casa Bola. From the moment we arrived and met with Juan Carlos, we felt welcomed and safe. The neighborhood is very well situated with lots of eateries and things to do. This house is very close to downtown Coyoacan, about a 10 minute walk. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay, the neighborhood is quiet and very emblematic of Mexico City. We had access to all amenities listed, and Juan Carlos was always responsive and offered assistance. Highly recommended for a large family or group visiting Mexico City and wanting to experience the colonial charm of Coyoacan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Martin's lovely house. The bedrooms are all comfortable and private. The concrete and tile bathtub in the primary suite is beautiful and relaxing! The house is a bit of a walk from the main part of Coyoacan, but it's a nice walk. Felt very safe. The house got a bit cold as we were there in late December, but the chill was offset by the sweet holiday decorations they left for us! Just make sure you take sweaters and warm socks if you are there in winter :) Martin was a great host - clear communication and was as flexible as he could be with our check in/out needs. We would love to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at Francisco and Ximena’s home. The house is beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. Communication was seamless — they responded immediately to every question. The location is perfect, and the home is ideal for a high-end group stay. Highly recommend!

Really nice spacious apartment. Comfortable and clean. Guisela was helpful and responsive. It’s a good area to stay - walkable to Roma Norte and also to places in Navarte/ Del Valle.

Sinaloa 44 is a lovely place to stay! Close to a bunch of great neighborhoods, so you can easily walk anywhere. The street itself is pretty quiet as well, so it made it really easy to call Ubers to without needing to worry about traffic.

Really great place. A nice kitchen with amenities, lots of space for 2 people, nice bathroom and a washer to use as well. Very walkable to all the things we wanted to do in CDMX.

Nice place! Very easy check-in, good communication, and prime location to walk to bars/restaurants/attractions. Well stocked, great amenities, comfortable beds, and a nice large space suitable for small groups to allow everyone their own space. Safe area. Good value for money. The only bummer, as others have mentioned, is the noise - while exploring the nightlife we were frequently out until 5-6am, and starting around 6am the street noise is incredibly loud with honking, whistling, and just general gridlock traffic noise. I consider myself to be a heavy sleeper and it was hard to drown out. The hosts do provide earplugs. If you are an early riser, this is probably not a big deal - but if you want to sleep in, definitely something to consider.

Encantados con el servicio y el lugar, muchas gracias a la señora Verónica por el servicio, además de ayudarnos con el equipaje, cualquier duda estaba al pendiente. Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos 3 noches y no tuvimos ninguna queja, estamos deseando volver prontito!! Si tenéis oportunidad de llegar aquí, no la desaprovechéis. Además tiene una perrita súper mona 💗

The penthouse was quite spacious with a well equipped kitchen and nice rooftop. The rooms were all spacious and it was well designed. The location was great.

My husband and I had these pleasure of staying in this architectural dream house! Everything was so thoughtfully designed and comfortable. We especially loved the beautiful garden. The hosts provided delicious breakfast which was a convenient treat and the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for everything! We 100% recommend this home to anyone!

La casa es exactamente como se ve en las fotos, mucho espacio y agradable ambiente. Al ser una casa tan grande, es fría, pero cada cuarto tiene su propio calentador (también su propio ventilador). La máquina de arcade como se menciona en muchas reseñas aún no funciona, pero ya lo sabía y no hay mayor problema con ello. Los televisores tienen roku y es sencillo utilizarlas. El calentador funciona y calienta el agua a la perfección. Caben hasta 3 camionetas medianas. Excelente opción para grupos grandes.

If you like art and high ceilings, check this place out. The place is gorgeous. If you need natural light to get up and be active this might not be the place for you. I’ll admit that there few days that I completely slept in. But the vila itself had a lot of light. Surround sound Speakers and a piano! (Which I learned the theme song of Severance on last niGht) not to mention two fireplaces and huge dining table. Nice roof and a lot of plants. Highly recommended.
