We really enjoyed Luis’s apartment. The building is beautiful with a very friendly security guard and we didn’t mind the stairs. Awesome location super close to all the restaurants etc in Roma Norte. I would definitely stay in this area during next visit. The unit was very roomy and had everything we needed. Luis was very friendly and quick to respond. Only con we had was that there was a smell coming from the bathroom drains even with the drain covers. This was no fault of Luis. I think it’s a problem in the neighborhood at times since we smelt it in different areas. Nevertheless we would happily stay in this unit again in the future.

The apartment was just as listed. it was clean and comfortable. The host had clear instructions and checked in to see if anything was needed. I also tried their recommended restaurants and they didn't disappoint.

The place is amazing and you get such a beautiful view of Chapultepec Castle! There’s many great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Our flights were moved to a later time and the host was super accommodating - the doorman was also kind in holding on to our luggage for a few hours before it was time for us to leave to the airport. I would definitely book this place again in the future!

Viadora’s apartment was perfect for our family. We loved the space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. Communication was great - very responsive and helpful. Having 24/7 security gave us peace of mind. Wonderful neighborhood with so many great restaurants. Finally having the elevator open to our whole apartment was a fun novelty that the family enjoyed! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Amazing and beautiful penthouse located near parks, restaurants, and coffee shops in a very safe and clean area of Polanco. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would love to come back and stay here one day, highly recommended!

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

My family and I loved our stay at Casa Luna Llena! Each room is en suite, the highlight is the awesome rooftop pool and lounge area which also conveniently has its own WC. The house is at the top of a hill so it has a beautiful view of the ocean, but also very walkable to great restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!

Great place with lots of room and big windows letting in a lot of light. Patio is a plus too. Quiet neighborhood with several good restaurants. If you are traveling with friends, the 2-bedroom is set up so you have plenty of privacy with bedroom/bathroom each on the second and third floor.

Muy buena acogida y feedback desde que reservamos la casona. Todo muy bien ordenado y limpio. Tal cual las fotos publicadas. La casona es hermosa y muy grande. Eramos 6 personas y todo muy cómodo. Lo único a mejorar es el secador de pelo, que la verdad que era sin potencia y muy muy pequeño, por lo que no secaba casi nada el pelo. De lo demás todo excelente.

Lupita’s place was clean, well stocked and she is a responsive and proactive host. Everything was as listed plus she provided extra touches like drinking water for the week and a welcome gift. We appreciated the local restaurant and activity recommendations as well. I highly recommend this home. One note is that the area is newer and the roads all around are unpaved and are quite rough and hard to navigate. Google maps and a suv or similar vehicle are a must.

We loved our stay at Lisa and Yolanda's in Akumal! Their beautiful condo was the perfect getaway for our family - it was so well equipped (beach towels, anything you'd need for cooking etc.) We loved the location - in a quieter part of the coast but close enough to everything we needed. Lisa was a thoughtful host and quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Excelente lugar para relajarse. Muy bien ubicada y de fácil acceso. Nos sentimos bienvenidos con todo y mascotas. La villa que nos asignaron cuenta con una terraza donde pueden estar las mascotas sin interferir con otros huespedes lo que siempre se agradece. La casita muy limpia y con todos los servicios. El condominio con una alberca de muy buen tamaño. La atención es muy gentil y amistosa. Recomendable.

Great, clean condo. Comfortable beds, lovely pool, and thank goodness for good a/c units. Location is among more modern, nicer housing, south of the town center.

The place was perfectly located, well stocked (ie kitchen equipment and towels) and the building/management staff were extremely attentive. I would highly recommend with the caveat of some construction across the street. I’m an early riser, so didn’t bother me much, but could understand how it would bother others.

Beautiful condo-we thorougly enjoyed our stay! Complex is very close to 5th Ave and right near Calle 38th-great restaurants.The pool is awesome and huge. The private beach club is amazing-plenty of loungers and shade. The club's food and drinks were outstanding, we had lunch there just about every day. Super nice waitress Joanna! I had several massages in the beach hut with Angie , 1 =700pesos. She deserves huge tip! The condo has a full kitchen including water dispenser-get refills in the lobby for about $5USD. There are no included condiments, so bring or buy those. A sponge, dish soap, 1 roll paper towel, a few trash bags, a few dishwasher pellets, hand soap bars, 4 sm shampoos included. Buy large ice bags at the convenience store across the street. There is a washer/dryer combo unit, in Spanish. Dryer takes a very long time-really didn't end up using it. Condo has 9 beach towels. We asked for bath towels, hand towels a few extra blankets and they were quickly sent to us.

La ubicación del Airbnb es lo máximo! Sandra fue muy amable desde el inicio respondiendo todas mis dudas. La cerradura de los depas nos dió problemas al inicio (era nueva) pero Sandra llegó a ayudarnos y nos dio otra llave. Necesitábamos un depa cómodo para una familia con niña pequeña y bebé; Sandra proporcionó cuna, frazadas, bañera, periquera, todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda para todos. El depa queda en un segundo piso y tiene lavadora. Volvería a hospedar a mi familia aquí!

We enjoyed our time in CDMX - what a beautiful city! We specifically loved La Condesa, at Esther’s beautiful space. It was in the ideal, safest location - close to fantastic restaurants, shops, parks etc. All the while, the space was wonderful - comfortable, clean and spacious. Esther is a great host! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Can’t say enough great things about the place. The view is absolutely breathtaking, a great location with lots of dining options and the beach is a few steps away. The hotel amenities were perfect and Mely was an awesome hostess. She was communicative and really made us feel welcome. Gustavo also did an amazing job with the transportation. Finally, the place was perfect for our group, beds were comfortable, living space was perfect and it had plenty of bathrooms. Highly recommend!!!

I’m a fairly frequent Airbnb customer, and I’ve never come across a friendlier, more responsive host than Ivette. Questions were answered almost instantaneously. She sent a bottle of sparkling wine for a birthday toast. And she extended our checkout time a little to better align with our flight. If there were more than five stars, she’d deserve them. The condo’s setting is stunning with views of the Caribbean and the Lagoon. Nice amenities onsite—pool, small restaurant. Probably best to rent a car, but we managed without one.

Probably one of the best airbnb's i've ever stayed in. I loved this apartment so much. The location and everything was amazing. I can't recommend this spot enough.
