Nice cozy apartment with best part of Cancun sea, amazing view and beach

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar. Sehr liebevoll perfekt eingerichtet und direkt am Meer. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit Ninfa verlief reibungslos. Der Lärm von der Baustelle nebenan nervte etwas aber wir konnten uns problemlos mit Ninfa darüber austauschen! Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Súper bonito el lugar y el departamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para estar tranquilo. Malo las albercas muy frías, y la única climatizada mucho bebé y niño que no hacían comoda la estadía a los adultos, recomiendo especificar eso. Comida rica y buen precio, playa muy bonita

La ubicación está perfecta para pasar un buen fin de semana cerca de la playa

Cet endroit est trop bien. On était deux amies en voyage. Malgré le fait que les deux lits (un simple et un double) se trouvent dans la même pièce, la façon dont l’espace est organisé permet d’avoir sa place, sa petite bulle d’intimité. Je recommande! Tout près de la plage, loin du bruit des party. La grande terrasse commune est aussi hyper charmante. :)

This apartment was in a great location, had a beautiful view of the water, and was just steps away from great restaurants and the Puerto Morelos zocalo. Very spacious with two full baths and a great deck for daytime Sunning or evening relaxing.

Sharon and Keith were extraordinaire hosts! They went out of our way to make us feel at home. Replaced our drinking water without notice, gave great restaurant advice... Gave us directions to banks, gas stations and the local medical place we needed in order to get our covid test. Their place really was like paradise. The backyard was a palm desert garden. So many birds! We also enjoyed a massage at there place. Anything we showed interest in they gave advice, directions for. You will be blessed just by meeting them.

Beautiful home near the beach and it’s 30 mins away from Valle!

When we walked into the house we were greeted by the stunning view of the ocean. It was all we could hope for. There was ample room for our family to relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. And the beds were comfortable! The community is super quiet and and beach access couldn't have been easier. We'll definitely be back!

Very peaceful and safe area. The house is even larger than the photos. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the house for added privacy if needed. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The view cannot be beat with views of the ocean, surfers, and cruise ships, not to mention the sunsets! The power went out during a storm for about 8 hours, but the host provided flashlights so we didn’t have to sit in the dark. Very safe area in gated community and very helpful security. We loved our stay!

Fantastic place with easy access to the beach. Ideal for a getaway as it’s very quiet as well. Be aware that both the kitchen and the bathrooms are separate from the actual Casita.

This place was amazing! We really felt safe and secure in the gated community. We loved the view and the walkability to all the shops and restaurants. The space itself was very clean and tidy. It fit 6 of us very easily and felt like more than enough space.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Alexandro’s beautiful home in Ensenada! Spotless inside, gorgeous space, steps from the beach. The community was safe, private and well maintained. Alexandro was a wonderful host and always available for questions. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Excelente alojamiento para pasar unos gratos días en familia, muy limpio, camas muy cómodas y las áreas comunes como alberca y campo de golf en perfecto estado, un lugar increíble tal y como se anuncia. Sin duda regresaremos!

We had a great time at the Salvia Apartments! We only stayed for 5 days but made the most of it. The view at this place were stunning with high vantage point of the beach. It was a great access point for various activities like food, drinks, ports, and shuttle pick up. Highly recommend a stay with Nichole!

Great Time, Home was Very clean and quiet and Centrally located and much within walking distance.. Beautiful beach views and very close to Beach..

other than a few maintenance issues with the property is was a fantastic, location great view of the Bay, WIFI was great, no direct TV you needed to attach your account to use Netflix, local TV not available, (Had My Computer) so was fine for me, pool was not heated this time of the year but the local residences informed me it was due to be heated in April, easy walk to the pool, open the patio slider and walk 8 steps,

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!

Adì’s place was exactly as described - it was the perfect spot for us as we were able to use the amenities of the Zoetry resort such as pool, tennis courts, grounds but still have a condo where we could cook and work as needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and it was easy to get to and from town for nights out. We will be back !

We stayed 2 weeks at this beautiful condo. It is overlooking the marina yet it is separated from it giving you privacy. Its unit is on the ground floor and the pool and hot tubs are between your private patio and the marina. The marina is actually one level below the pool and deck area. There is also an area of artificial grass between you and the pool. There are several covered cushy canopy lounges, each about the size of a king sized bed along with chaise lounge chairs around the pool deck and a couple more separate areas for sun bathing or just relaxing. There is a gate giving you access to the marina and restaurants that locks which keeps your condo and pool area private. The location is perfect. It is at the south end of the malecón which makes it easy to walk to the many restaurants and shops along the waterfront. There is also a taxi stand where you can usually get a taxi if you don’t want to walk. There is a large grocery store about a mile south which we walked to.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Easy beach access and nicely decorated. Property is very well maintained and everyone was friendly and welcoming. We hope to return in the future and stay longer!
