My family of 9, including a 2, 4 and 86 year old, enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing week in Michael’s incredible villa. The comfort of the beds and linens were outstanding. It is such a spacious, well appointed property, right on the unbelievable beach. Kitchen well appointed, all the amenities you could ever require or think of. Helpful host. Easy to get groceries at the local stores. Didn’t have the A/C on once due to the cooling ocean breezes at night. If you are looking for a spacious amazing home to spend some quality time to truly connect with your family or friends in an amazing way, this is it!

My husband, daughter and I, stayed at Susie’s place Jan 1st - 3rd. (I love that it was decorated for Christmas :). It was very clean, spacious and the view was amazing. It was equipped with everything you need. We cooked some of our meals and it was very convenient having everything we needed. Also, we usually travel with games/gameboards and forgot to bring them but her place had a variety of games including cornhole. Theres no need to take extra blankets or towels because the place is fully stocked. It’s also a short walk to downtown. My only regret is not booking an extra night. I look forward to coming back again!

Great family vacation!!! Eddie’s place is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to have a good time. Loved the outdoor bbq grill and patio looking over the beautiful sea of Cortez. Rooms where very clean, ac worked perfect, great family space in the living room. Beautiful and spacious Kitchen fully equipped to cook everything. House right on the beach. Definitely coming back, thank you Eddie!!!

Our two families enjoyed our stay! There’s no comparison to staying right on the beach with young families. The home was typical Rocky Point style, with many upgraded amenities - king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. We had plenty of hot water. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any airbnb I’ve been in with high end small appliances, Pampered Chef cookware and a full sized fridge and dishwasher. Shary and Jared were very responsive. The casita is attached and accessible from both the front porch and back porch so it didn’t feel too separate (our 5 year old could navigate just fine). Vendors are regular especially if you’re buying - but it is one of the joys of a beach vacation in Rocky Point! All the goods come to you- massages, hair braiding, tamales, fresh tortillas, silver, sunglasses, drinks etc. All of our vendors were respectful if we said no thank you. High tide comes almost to the stairs of the property and low tide opens up hundreds of feet of calm warm shallow water.

Beautiful home near the beach and it’s 30 mins away from Valle!

When we walked into the house we were greeted by the stunning view of the ocean. It was all we could hope for. There was ample room for our family to relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. And the beds were comfortable! The community is super quiet and and beach access couldn't have been easier. We'll definitely be back!

Andrew’s place was perfect for our group of 5. We had NO complaints at all. It was spotless and beautiful. The drive to the main area of PP was only about 15 mins away. I loved that it was right there off the main road and easy to find. The home was so beautiful that I didn’t want to leave or go anywhere! Can’t wait to book with him again!

Our stay at the home was great, it was close to everything and was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The house had everything that we needed-ample kitchen, a separate space for the kids, a beautiful upper balcony with a grill for dinners. The location was also great. It was right next to the pool, walkable to the beach, and a few times we rode the cruiser bikes for a few groceries and food at the local restaurants. Communication with the host was also clear and we had contact info for the house manager if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Home is beautiful and in a private location and with a wonderful walkway for us and dogs. It also had a nice outdoor space. It is definitely a place I’ll return to.

Súper linda la casa, el señor muy amable y la señora que nos recibió también, nos la pasamos muy agusto disfrutamos mucho la estancia, lo único que le ponemos pero es que no está la casa a la orilla de la playa, pero todo lo demás lo disfrutamos mucho!!

La casa fue justo lo que esperábamos y cumplió con las espectativas, me atrevo a decir que las superó. Me encantó la alberca climatizada ya que visitamos la propiedad en año nuevo y fue demasiado agradable poder disfrutarla. Les recomiendo plenamente a quedarse en la casa, ya sea con familia o amigos. Las habitaciones fabulosas y la cocina muy bien equipada, no tuvimos problemas para preparar ninguna de las comidas de las festividades. Nos gustó la ubicación y la ciudad fue bastante divertida.

La casa muy bien cuidada y con todo lo necesario para cocinar, el área de la alberca muy cómoda y con muy bonita vista hacia el Mar. La comunicación con Ariel excelente

First of We have stayed at many Air B nBs this was our favorite by far! Once you see the view first thing in the morning you won’t want to leave! Our host was wonderful and I certainly felt like we were in good hands! She even has the most informative card on the kitchen counter with all the info you need! We will definitely be back with friends! The place is so pretty and built to entertain! We had a blast collecting shells too!

Six great friends (3 couples) stayed at this beautiful just right house. We loved the beach accessibility, the sound of the Caribbean waves, the daily visit and feeding of the iguanas, the refreshing pool and each of the suites with its own bathroom! We rented 2 golf carts to get us around the island and to the wedding we came there to attend. Everything was just as we needed! I thought we'd want more tvs but we never turned it on once. Bedroom AC worked great and we had really good water pressure for our showers. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We'd absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Akumal. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (infant, 3,6) and the place was well set up for our group. The beach was beautiful and so accessible right out the back door, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space was so comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed. There was a portable crib available for the baby. We had chef Carlos come for a few breakfasts and dinners and the food was amazing-such a treat. We visited Akumal Natura Rescue, the Tulum ruins, and Yax-kin cenote, all wonderful and close by. Would highly recommend this place.

It is a beautiful and private place, we would love to come back, the kids loved swimming and playing in the beach, and we enjoyed sleeping with the ocean sound.

What can I say... expectations were exceeded. The area is beautiful. Wish I would have known about the dirt road, but I also didn't ask and that's on me. Honestly it was such a nice vacation and location. Great hosts. 5 star all day

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. Also, a big thank you to Edwin and his lovely wife who were great neighbors, we only saw them when we needed them ☺️ Jim and Dawn

Cristina’s place was wonderful! You truly feel at home from the first moment you walk in. The location is private and homely. There were times when we were the only people at the beach. Christina was super responsive at all times and met all accommodations. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect house for our family trip to Cabo. Perfect amount of space, great neighborhood, close to everything. We will definitely be back!
