I booked Estancia San Jose for my husband and son, who were spending a week rock climbing at El Portrero Chico. They enjoyed everything about the accommodation. The host, Alberto Jr., who was filling in for his father, was very nice, and provided them with lots of helpful information. The house always had plenty of hot water, the wi-fi always worked, having the A/C was much appreciated, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is close to the EPC entrance, and within walking distance to some good restaurants. If you are coming to climb at EPC, Alberto's house is a perfect choice! Highly recommend! Will stay here again when we return!

Very friendly and helpful host. Great place, very peaceful, and plenty of space. The house had a Christmas tree placed in it, which made it perfect for our days of stay.

Estuvimos muy cómodos, todo fue muy bueno desde que llegamos, la casa super limpia, todas las cosas en buen estado, llevamos a nuestra mascota y pudo estar sin ningún problema, es una casa muy cómoda para pasar el tiempo con familia o amigos y cumple con todo lo anunciado. Ademas de que Humberto siempre estuvo al pendiente en todo momento y siempre fue amable

De las mejores experiencias que he tenido! El lugar sumamente limpio y las camas cómodas! En el jardín había un aro de futbol y un brincolín, que mis hijos disfrutaron mucho! La casa está aproximadamente a 15 min en auto del centro de Tequis, si vas en auto vale la pena hospedarte aquí, ya que la zona es súper tranquila y segura. Agradecemos a Roberto que siempre fue muy amable.

Muy buen alojamiento, muy amplio y cómodo

The home was amazing. It had plenty of space and all the amenities needed. The home was a 2 min walk to the beach and in a private location. The terrace was a beautiful view of the beach and our favorite hangout spot. Ray always responded quick at any questions or needs. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

Markus' place was the perfect home away from home for our first visit to San Miguel de Allende. It is even more charming than the photos, with lovely artistic touches including the unique porcelain art fountain in the courtyard off the kitchen. Also Markus was the perfect host. He proactively communicated to ensure our every need was met, and he provided great tips on sights and local restaurants. I cannot say enough great things about our experience staying at Markus' place.

La estancia fue increíble y comoda! llegar fue muy facil y las instrucciones del sefl check in son claras. La ubicación es excelente para caminar hacia el centro de Sancris, volveríamos a ir sin dudarlo.

Dit was echt het mooiste appartement waar ik ooit in ben verbleven. De locatie was perfect en de stijl van de woning en het gebouw maakte het helemaal af. De communicatie met Rafael was super, hij is super vriendelijk, reageerde altijd en is buitengewoon behulpzaam geweest. Nogmaals super bedankt Rafael!

We had an amazing stay at Luis’ home. Luis’ home had everything we needed. His kitchen was fully equipped and clean. We cooked a couple of meals at his place. He had water and coffee for us which we appreciated. The zocalo was walking distance. Luis gave us great tour recommendations. He speaks both English and Spanish so that was helpful. The view from his place is amazing! Keep in mind there is no heater but Luis has plenty of blankets to keep you warm. Also, there’s a chimney. We had a wonderful stay at Luis’ home and would definitely stay again!

Alla's place provided the perfect space for our family of six, offering enough comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, all decorated beautifully and clean. she was available when we had any questions and suggested a couple of local spots we can enjoy that we're both close and affordable. The garden and pool are beautiful! We did not get to stay as long as we hoped but hope to return soon!

My stay at Villa Pacifica in Las Gaviotas was nothing short of magical, this property offers the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking ocean views. The villa itself is stunningly designed, with spacious interiors that exude warmth and style. The rooms are immaculately clean, well-appointed, and filled with thoughtful touches that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The villa overlooks the Pacific Ocean, and the private deck became my favorite spot to enjoy a morning coffee while listening to the waves or to watch the sun set over the water. The Gaviotas is a gated community offers a safe and peaceful atmosphere, with beautifully landscaped grounds, a heated pool, and a hot tub that’s that’s perfect for unwinding. The surf break right in a few steps of the door, is ideal for surfers of all levels, and the vibrant local culture in nearby Rosarito adds an exciting dimension to the experience. I highly recommend, It's the perfect retreat. I can’t wait to return!

Absolutely beautiful location, loved listening to the sounds of the ocean while lying peacefully in bed or on the couch. Brief drive to wine country, right next to the beach, will absolutely be going here again. Property manager was very responsive and proactive. We had a scheduled massage, and it was so relaxing!

This was a fabulous location to stay in in SMA. My family of 13 was so comfortable; plenty of room. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Rosario and her sister Lolita took care of every need. Rosario‘s cooking was amazing we only got to have dinner one night because we had so many plans but the morning breakfasts were fabulous And always a supply of chips and salsa during the day for anyone to snack on. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende . five days was not enough! Many of my guests did walk to and from town but others chose to Uber/taxi and that was very easy. We did some wonderful hiking tours , music tours , ATV excursions and lots of fun shopping and fantastic restaurants. We were visiting for a family wedding but I would certainly go back. Thank you Nancy for offering this fabulous location and thank you to Rosario for making us feel so welcome.
