Place is worth the price! Lots of stores that are still open even after 12AM

My family and I had a great stay at Eladia's unit. It's conveniently located nearby many convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centres. The place had many useful amenities that helped my family feel more at home in the house. She also kindly let us have a late check out as our flight home wasn't until late in the evening. All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the karaoke setup – we had so much fun singing and enjoying the time with our friends. Plus, there were plenty of games to keep us entertained. We truly had an unforgettable experience and can't wait to return!

A perfect overnight stay for a layover in Manila. Close to lots of Grab Food options, easy to get in and out of and located in a nice neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for any airport layovers. You can see Terminal 3 from the balcony window. Perfect for what we were looking for.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The host was very accommodating and even allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The place was comfortable and well-maintained, and we would have loved to stay longer, but unfortunately, something came up. Thank you again for the warm hospitality!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The place has complete amenities and provides all of our basic need like, towel, shampoo, and body wash. The kitchen is complete as well and we were able to use their pots and kitchen utensils. The place is very spaceous as well.

The place is incredibly clean and spacious, perfect for a group of people. We had a fantastic time there. The kitchen is great, and everything needed for cooking was provided. We had a blast singing until 2 a.m. without any worries of being interrupted. The location is very private and secure. I can say it’s worth staying there!

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

We've stayed at this place several times already. The host is very responsive. We had a slight problem with the aircon for both rooms and the host was very quick to have it fixed. There's also now a foot massager which we appreciated so much. We'll be back for sure!!

Stayed at Osmund’s place overnight for my son’s 1st birthday. Self Checkin was really smooth given that the host provided in advance all the infos necessary (Smart lock PIN, Internet Details, Parking, Guard/Gate and Pool Pass). The place looks exactly the same as shown in the listing. Very Spacious and Aesthetic (Hotel Type Feels — Baby Proof as well since clutter free. Our baby enjoyed playing with the round center seat/foot stool). We all had a restful evening! Essentials were provided (plus complementary coffee, creamer, sugar and bottled water 💕). And above all, the host was responsive and accommodating to all our requests. Thank you so much!

While the AC is in the living room, it still kept the whole apartment comfortable. It was a bit warmer in the mid-afternoon, but come 6PM, it was nice and chilly. Love that the listing was spacious and clean. Will definitely book again.p

The location is convenient, making it easy to get to and from the airport, which was a huge plus for us. The condo itself is well-kept and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The area can be a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the airport.
