Le logement est impeccable et la vue est incroyable. Nous avons loué plusieurs logements avec Airbnb, et ce logement est définitivement le meilleur. Très bien équipé, tout est de qualité et fonctionne très bien. Plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Si vous souhaitez un séjour inoubliable, c’est ce logement qu’il faut réserver à Puerto Vallarta!

We had a great stay in 105 at Casa del Mar. It’s a really great location in Bucerias being about a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market. But just outside the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet at night. Also being right on the beach is amazing. Hearing the waves dance with the beautiful sandy shoreline never gets old. The apartment itself is very nice. The double sliding doors opening to the patio overlooking were always open allowing the nice breeze to keep the condo cool. AC is available and also worked great. It has all the amenities you’d need. A couple suggestions would be a cooler, or cooler bag or two for keeping drinks/food cold if going to the beach, or grocery store and some to-go cups for drinks. And perhaps a portable beach umbrella and chairs, Tommy Bahama style or something like that. Brian from Vallarta rentals was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. He’s a great guy. Overall, my family and I had a great time

Peter was an amazing host. From the moment I inquired about his place, he was extremely responsive usually within minutes. We had a couple of minor issues and Peter went above and beyond to resolve the issues. The place was exactly as pictured and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The apartment is right in the heart of the Zona Romántica, very convenient to the beach, bars, restaurants, etc. The apartment is fresh and modern and has everything you need for this type of stay, all the basics. Check in was a bit delayed due the apartment not yet being ready but the staff and Barbara were responsive and tried their best to expedite it.

C’était notre deuxième séjour au Delcanto et nous n’avons pas été déçus de retourner dans ce complexe. Nous avons eu la chance de passé un mois dans le condo d’Isabelle et ce fut un séjour très agréable à tous les points de vue. L’appartement était propre et les quelques petits ajustements que nous avons eu à faire ont vite été réglés par Paloma, la représentante sur place. La chambre des maîtres est très grande et dispose d’une salle de bain avec douche, vanité double et toilette. La deuxième chambre est équipée de deux lits double et d’une salle de bain avec douche. Le rangement est amplement suffisant et les chambres ont l’air climatisé ainsi qu’un ventilateur au plafond. La literie et les serviettes étaient propres et en quantité suffisante. La cuisine est équipée convenablement avec une salle de lavage attenante. Les services dans le complexe sont variés et le personnel est dévoué et efficace. La propreté est remarquable dans tous les espaces publiques. Nous y retournerons!

Greta place, great views. Highly recommend! Hosts were kind and responsive. Ubers are super cheap to and from Airbnb. Beds are comfortable. Place is kept clean. Top places I’ve personally have stayed at.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Devin was responsive to any questions. Cleaning crew came in weekly and did a great job. Really enjoyed our stay.

Mi estancia en el departamento de Paolo fue excepcional. Desde el primer momento, el acceso fue muy fácil, y el personal de seguridad siempre fue amable y atento, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y seguros... El departamento está ubicado en una excelente zona en Nuevo Vallarta, a pocos minutos de la playa y con múltiples opciones de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cercanas, lo que lo hace ideal para una estancia cómoda y sin preocupaciones... Las instalaciones son modernas y bien cuidadas, la alberca es un gran plus, perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del clima. Además, la limpieza y el confort del lugar superaron mis expectativas... Paolo fue un anfitrión muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. Definitivamente recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque una estancia tranquila, cómoda y bien ubicada en la costa mexicana.

Tiene excelente ubicación, cerca de todo lo que necesitas, el lugar muy bonito, amplio y limpio. Lo recomiendo sin duda

We loved staying here! Adriana was a very friendly and helpful host with great recommendations. The view was gorgeous and the location was perfect for us (a couple in their thirties).

We enjoyed our 2 month stay. Nancy’s condo is great for 4 persons. There is an air bed if you have 6 guests. We dealt with many small issues ( I think successfully). Too bad the community pool was not heated as it was too cold in December to swim in. Nice walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were appreciated. The string chair on the balcony was a favorite! The kitchen is small but we made it work. The WiFi was excellent and Netflix worked well. The beds were comfortable. More and more restaurants are opening close to this condo development. The grounds are attractive and well kept. Nancy was always prompt communicating with us! Her maid was very pleasant.

Me senti como en casa, todo tal cual aparece en la descripción y las imágenes, oscar fue un Excelente anfitrión. De la zona de la estancia estan como a 20 minutos las playas esmeralda que sin duda fue .i favorita, tambien gemelas y mismaloya. Puerto vallarta fue un excelente lugar para vacacionar

The property is really nice and easy to get in and out. The host is very responsive and attended to everything we needed.

5 stars all around. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and though condo is by the pool (all the condos are), it is 5 floors up and quiet. We had 5 people- it was nice to all have our own space. We didn’t realize that one bdrm/bath is separate from the main condo, but it worked well for us. One key opens both and there’s a locked gate outside so you can keep the doors open to be more connected. Lots of plates, glasses, pans etc. We loved using the boogie boards. Villa de Estancia is very nice and well-kept. The pool never felt crowded and the beach is nice. We walked to dinner in Bucerias every night- found some great restaurants. We also walked to the grocery store-a 20 min walk. I had a cpl minor questions for Andrea, and she was very helpful and responded quickly. The resort service is great but we did have trouble checking in - room wasnt ready until 5 and check out line took 30 mins. Wouldn’t keep us from returning. Overall, amazing stay

This Airbnb was a gem. Walking distance from the beach, rooftop pool, good ambiance. Truly don’t see myself booking anywhere else in PV!

My son and I stayed and really enjoyed having access to the property at Vidanta, once you figure out the shuttle it is a lot easier to get back and forth. We had a great time, Ivonne was very quick to respond when I had questions. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Loved this Airbnb! The place actually is better in person. Everything is clean, it feels homey and the views from the rooftop are amazing. Not to mention really great hosts. Awesome communication and so helpful. The place is close enough to everything but far enough for peace and quiet. Loved it and will be staying here again when I’m back in PV. Thank you Lara!

We had an amazing stay at Todd's place! Everything was exactly as advertised. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we used it every day and barely felt the need to hit the beach. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of a walkable area filled with fantastic restaurants and galleries. Despite being on the second floor and surrounded by the buzz of 24/7 parties, the condo was impressively quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again!

Omar and Barry are amazing hosts, this condo has a great location, 2 great pools, 2 bathrooms and was spic and span clean! I highly recommend this air bnb! Thanks and will be back for sure!

We had an excellent experience at this Airbnb! The unit was perfect and exactly as described. Lulu went above and beyond, providing excellent and professional service throughout our stay. My family and I are already planning another vacation to Puerto Vallarta and we definitely plan to book here again. Everything about the unit was absolutely fantastic!

The apartment is located right next to the par three Vidanta’s golf course. The view is great and having access to Vidanta and Gran Mayan is a plus. A minor disappointment was lack of toiletries and kitchen basics such sugar, salt, napkins, cooking oil, extra toilet paper, drinking water. The front desk can send garrafons of water but for some reason, two times in 7 days they were out of them. The pool and gardens of “Balancan” are great. The front desk provides towels for the pool. It was relaxing to use the condo pool. There is a great selection of restaurants less than 10 mins from the apartment. Guillermo was of great help and very kind. The personnel at Balancan deserves also mention as all of them were helpful and polite. I would return.
