We've stayed there for 6 years and just love everything about it. Great friendly neighborhood and easy to walk to places. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

We had a great stay. Amazing Views . Our whole family loved it. Great hosts building with lots of amenities.

Great place to rent in the winter, well ventilated and plenty of fans to go around. Spacious kitchen, living room area, bathroom and master bedroom. Very secure and centrally located to most places with easy access to buses and other transportation. The Montero Fruits and Vegetables Market is a great place to stock up on most things to keep things less expensive. The meat shop a block away is great too and has great chicharrón and carnitas on Thursday and Sundays. The host is always available, answers promptly and most importantly takes immediate action (great example when the water pump gave out on New Year’s Eve and he handled it within the hour). It can be a bit dusty for those with allergies, but nothing too concerning. I can confidently recommend.

We loved our stay here. The view easily was the best in all of Vallarta. I think I was in the pool about 4 hours a day just gazing at the ocean. When not in pool we spent a lot of time on our balcony. The church and the bells are charming. We were here during the celebration of Our Lady of Guadalupe, which is the 1st 12 days of December. Watching the processions as they approached the church was extremely touching. I would recommend ear plugs as there were a couple days during this window where the bells chime a lot. Part of the reason you go to Mexico is to involve yourself in festivities. It was very easy to get Uber to come to the condo. If you have mobility issues and you were hoping to walk this is probably not the best choice for you. The kitchen had everything, the bathroom had nice towels and beach towels, and the linens were cozy. If you need air conditioning on hot days they worked really well. Thanks for the fabulous stay!

Perfect place for a quick vacation in Vallarta with access to restaurants and transportation. Marisol was very communicative and helpful!

Lo mejor de todo, la amabilidad y disposición de Gaye, que es un anfitrión genial. El apartamento es amplio y confortable, aunque necesita una mano de pintura. Lo peor es que tiene una obra enfrente y están todo el día con ruidos muy desagradables, que no te permiten disfrutar del silencio y la paz de la zona. Aún así muy recomendable por la zona donde se encuentra, cerca de todo.

Departamento super bien ubicado, si vas a aprovechar todo lo que ofrece el centro de Puerto Vallarta y su zona romántica. Todo esta a distancia caminable. El departamento es amplio con dos balcones y forma parte de un complejo de bungalows por lo que hay recepción todo el día. Hacen el aseo aunque no diario y hay una alberca en el centro del edificio. Todos el personal es muy amable.

Vale la pena , es una casa hermosa con muchos detalles lindos, todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días con familia o amigos . Cuenta con todo lo que necesitas y más. La comunicación de primera , muy al pendiente y clara. Sin duda queremos volver

Todo excelente Jesús fue muy amable e incluso nos dejó salir un poco más tarde del check out pues nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde. La casa muy limpia, camas cómodas y siempre muy atento a contestar nuestras dudas. Esperamos regresar pronto!

Nos encantó quedarnos en su alojamiento todos los host fueron súper amables y estaban en constante comunicación conmigo y mi familia, son muy amigables e incluso mi perrita se sintió como en casa.

Hermosa la casa rústica, amplia y acogedora, las camas súper cómodas, fácil acceso, estacionamiento privado y seguro para el automóvil, zona tranquila para descansar sin duda volveremos.

Jaime’s place along with his team of Monica and Jesus worked very well to make sure our stay was comfortable. This is a safe and friendly area where local residents of Puerto Vallarta live. Jaime was there to greet us with a cold beverage when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked and has an air fryer/over/toaster and a 5 burner propane stove. Large fridge with freezer. We did a major shopping when we arrived and there are local grocery/fruit markets and a bakery within walking distance. The extra large king size bed was heavily to sleep in! We had a very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place to stay! Condo building is very well maintained with staff looking after the common areas and pools. Hosts were very responsive in answering questions. The Condo has comfortable beds, rainfall showers, and a great balcony. The pictures are accurate. Treated water is also a bonus in this area so ice/water for coffee is fine to use. Felt very safe in this space. Pool does not get very busy and is well monitored to ensure it is a calm space. Hot Tubs for 16+. Bring re-usable water bottles for your drinks at the pool as open cups/cans are not permitted.

We had a fabulous vacation. The condo description and photos are very accurate, actually the place is better than the photos Harbour 171 has multiple swimming pools including infinity pools, which overlook the beach. No speakers are allowed at the pool. This means no loud music! So bring headphones if that’s important to you. We loved starting our day having breakfast on our balcony watching and listening to the waves. Within 8-20 minutes you can walk to many restaurants in the Versailles area. Get groceries at OXXO, Soriana or La Comer. Condo has everything you need for a great stay, including a comfortable queen size bed. Host is very responsive. We stayed for two weeks, we could have spent more time - we’d love to come back.

Very nice place, nice and clean, everything was walking distance. We would stay here again.

Condo is located in a private community. It's quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is nice for lounging and doing laps. It's also close to Walmart, Sam's club and restaurants like Pasele Manchin, La 5ta burger, Cafe+Leche and Bourbon Bar, and LA CATA. The condo itself could use more bright lighting like a halogen lamp. At night the florescent ceiling fan lights don't put out enough light in the living room. Also, there are ants and salamanders due to the openess of the condo. Make sure you wipe down tables after eating, do dishes promptly, sweep the floors, and take garbage out daily to minimize the problem.

Hola. Muchas gracias por todo. El departamento está en muy buenas condiciones, los faltantes (vajilla, vasos,copas) suplidos prontamente cuando se reportaron, y tiene una vista excelente! Península gran ubicación e instalaciones. Una muy bonita estadía para la familia!

Our stay was wonderful. The place is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for your stay. The view and the pools were amazing , not to mention listening to sound of the waves at night. Philip was a wonderful host , very attentive and answered questions quickly . My family and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future or recommend to others.
