We had a great stay at this property in Bucerias. The location was perfect and close to everything that we needed. Walkable to the beach, many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. (The house is located at the top of a hill and there is quite an incline to get up and down to the beach. Also, there is a large set of stairs inside of the property to get up to the house, so I would not recommend this property to someone with mobility issues). The accommodations were beautiful. Lots of traditional Mexican charm. The house was fairly clean and you can see the owner has started to do some updates . As someone who likes to cook, I would have liked to see some more cookware and sharper knives in the kitchen and maybe newer countertops but we were able to make due with what was there. Having a blender was an added bonus and we were able to make some frozen drinks to enjoy pool side. The hosts were wonderful and easy to get in touch with to answer any questions we had. Great for the price

Beautiful place! Even better in person than in the photos. We have never stayed in an Airbnb in Mexico so it definitely was a bit different of a location! You’re in the city so there is noise but it’s a very fun vibrant place! Bed was super comfortable and we slept great with the breeze from the creek/river right outside our patio windows. There are a lot of stairs (as shown!) and I am pregnant with a toddler who loves climbing stairs so I definitely got a workout in the duration of our stay. The rooftop patio with pool was awesome and we spent every night cooling off (was actually pretty warm from the sunlight all day). Our daughter loved it! The location is away from the main part of zone romantica, but it’s just a walk over the bridge to get into the action. And the beach isn’t more than 15-20 minutes walk. When we wanted to bring the car over to the beach we were able to find parking each day instead of making the walk with our little one and beach stuff. Gorgeous home!

Great fun, just as described. Very helpful in coordinating transportation , and very responsive to general inquiries.

You will not find a house more stocked with everything you need for your stay,,, beautiful home close to everything… 10 out of 10,,,, Would try to stay there every time back to Bucerias…Jim

This house is incredibly spacious. The house is centralized and close to everything. It's a great place to host multiple people. The eastern view the forest is enchanting. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the resort areas. Plenty of great local food nearby.

This is a lovely home on the El Tigre golf course that has option for Club membership via Playa Royal for beach and sports access on stays of 14 days or longer. There is a shuttle from the golf club (closest) but with small kids we rented a golf cart that made transportation easy and flexible. There were three bikes which we used every day to ride to the club and beach. The casa is modern and well appointed with a small private pools but there is another large pool 50 m away and adjacent to that a shallow splash pool that the little kids really enjoyed. The staff on the property (security) and those at Playa Royal were top class. The food and service at the beach club was excellent. The owners communicated promptly and were kind enough to let us stay a few hours past normal checkout time before our flight. Paty, who cleaned the casa on our arrival and once more during our stay was lovely and very helpful. I highly recommend this home.

Our stay at Adriana's place was positive overall. Hector, the co-host was very responsive, promptly providing missing items during our check-in with Esther's assistance. The town home comfortably accommodated our group of 5 people and offered great amenities including air conditioning on each room and a swimming pool. The location has pros and cons. While conveniently close to the airport, there is a challenging intersection nearby that lacks proper lighting and traffic signs. We also experienced persistent sewage odors from the street, particularly at night, though this was beyond the host's control. Also, the gates to park our car were a little tricky to open. On the positive side, the area felt secure with good security measures in place. I would recommend this property for its responsive host, comfortable space, and airport proximity. Future guests should consider the street odor issue in their planning.

We were happy about the place. It was clean and close to the ocean. Had some great amenities. Wish we understood Spanish a little more but that’s an us problem. I never received check out instructions so we just cleaned up the best that we could. We had a very relaxing week. Thank you.

This condo was perfect for our family. Great pool, great location and within walking distance to many restaurants and to the beach.

La casa es súper cómoda, tiene todo lo que ocupas para una estancia feliz, aire acondicionado excelente,camas colchones muy bie, ventiladores ok, tiene lavadora 100, cocina, la alberca increíble. la seguridad muy bien, yo califico con un 100 porciento la estancia, lo q si queda a 30 minutos es el malecón ya que por lo regular hay tráfico. Si llevas auto sin problema. Mi familia estuvo feliz

El alojamiento de Crisrtina es una casa muy bien acondicionada de fácil acceso en el área y con comercios cercanos , el único detalles la regadera, no pudimos regular bien el agua caliente y fría nada grave , fuera de eso todo excelente. Sin duda recomendable y volveremos.

Samantha, l’administratrice de la villa, as su répondre rapidement à toutes nos demandes et questionnements. Elle est une personne très joviale et avenante. L’accès à la plage seulement à 10 minutes à pied de la villa à été apprécié, toutefois, les commodités (restaurant, piscine, bar) ne l’était pas dû à la reconstruction de l’espace. Les lits étaient très confortables et les airs climatisées dans toutes les pièces fonctionnaient très bien. Certains ustensiles et chaudrons mériteraient d’être changées. Très beau séjour!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is private, and quiet, and the three pools were great. This is walkable to the beach which was very convenient. Would recommend for families or larger groups.

La casa está muy espaciosa y agradable. Todo estaba ordenado, cuenta casi con todo lo necesario para cocinar. La sala y la cocina son perfectas para promover la convivencia y pasar un buen rato en familia. El fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo y la alberca estaba a una excelente temperatura. Aunque es compartida, prácticamente nos tocó que estaba prácticamente sola. La ubicación está genial, ya que está a unos minutos de la playa. También hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cercanas. Devyn siempre fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de mi estancia. Sin duda volvería con mi familia a pasar unas vacaciones de descanso!

es tal cual las fotos, muy cerca hay tiendas, muy cómodo la verdad ya que parecía que no había gente y la alberca quedó para nosotros.
