Amazing apartment overlooking marina, balcony was great place to enjoy breakfast and look out over the water, restaurants and beach was all in walking distances, was a perfect place to get away from the busy tourist spots, Diego was awesome met us with keys and gave us great information and very welcoming, David was very accommodating with all check in details.

We were very happy with our stay at this suite for 9 days. The space is in a very convenient location, and the expansive view from the outdoor space is fantastic (not to mention the hammock))! The suite is stocked with everything you need, and there are a lot of thoughtful touches throughout. Our hostess was fantastic and offered us great suggestions to make the most of our time in PV. And as others have mentioned, the street taco stand right outside offers fantastic and affordable breakfast/lunch. Do note there is some noise due to the unique outdoor layout of the living area (some construction during the day and fireworks in the evening). And there are some stairs to navigate (but was never a problem for us or our little doggie). The place is very secure, and a perfect spot to take in all that downtown PV has to offer. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay and happily recommend this suite for anyone looking for an authentic stay in PV with a tremendous host.

My time at Francisco's place was quite good. Francisco helped with anything requested and was very quick to respond to queries or issues concerning the property. Like others noted, it is located on a steep hill, but this is great for exercise! The location is ideal if you want to walk to the Romantic zone or just around 5 de diciembre. Francisco's hospitality will make you want to return to Puerto Vallarta.

Just was extremely responsive. Place was just perfect. Next to a grocery store. Easy 20 minute bus ride to downtown or a quick Uber ride. Ubers available within 3 min. Super clean. Great view of bay and cruise ships. Rooftop pool. Security 24/7. Building very clean. Nothing bad to say about this place except that we would have liked to stay longer had we had the time. Thanks

I loved our stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s place. The bed is super comfy and you cannot beat the views. The rooftop pool was also amazing! I am sad to be back in the Colorado cold :(

Great apartment in best neighborhood especially if you enjoy large selection of vegan options. Grocery store block & a half away. Buses & Malecon handy. The apartment is secure, spacious & quiet. I loved the windows out to the garden. Slept hard & sound every night. Mery & Jeff are the sweetest hosts. We would definitely return here.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Todo excelente Jesús fue muy amable e incluso nos dejó salir un poco más tarde del check out pues nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde. La casa muy limpia, camas cómodas y siempre muy atento a contestar nuestras dudas. Esperamos regresar pronto!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

todo perfecto , la casa super cómoda y limpia !! nos encantó tenia todo cerca . el coto super agusto y nos encantó tener el jacuzzi frente a la casa !! Tuvimos un pequeño percance con las llaves y rápido nos resolvieron y nos llevaron duplicado para poder entrar 😁 volvería a quedarme de nuevo 🙂 .

la casa esta en una excelente ubicacion, hay muchas cosas cerca. Esta tal cual la imagen, y sobre todo su hospitalidad y amabilidad con la que fuimos atendidos. Indudablemente volveria a reservar con ellos.

Loved the place and the area, very calm and nice area with Costco and other groceries stores minutes away. The house is beautiful and matches how described. Gustavo and Eli were always willing to help while we were at the Airbnb! My family and I highly recommend this beautiful home to stay!

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

This was a fabulous condo with a beautiful view. This was the best host check in experience we have ever had! Thank you for all the extra details you attended to. It is a climb to the location of the building so be aware that an Uber or Cab are the best way to get home unless you are good at hills. We felt safe walking in the area at night and there were several excellent restaurants close by! We would definitely come back!

Great. Stay at Laura’s place. The view from the front of the house is expensive from the Sierra Madre foothills to the city and everything in between. Very walkable to get to old town and nice along the Rio Cuale. The place is just as it’s pictured. Very cute and stylish, everything works. Lots of extra bedding, towels, whatever you need. Laura is very helpful and very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay.

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Aloha, We loved the location. Bus stop is right there. Ocean views perfect to watch wales etc. Very nice to have the resort next door for bar and food. I highly recommend.

This was our second year at this fabulous condo and we're booked again for next year! The owners were very responsive & our contact in PV, Beatriz, was incredibly helpful and always at our beck & call! The unit is in immaculate condition & the kitchen has all the amenities that you might need & more! We spent a lot of time on the spacious patio watching the whales & sunsets! Only two small negatives: it's very hard to control the water in the shower as it was either way too hot or cold, (probably something the owners have no control over) & there is only Netflix on the TV. Small problems compared to all the pluses!
