Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Max‘ und Davides wunderschöner Villa. Unsere beiden Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit, stets greifbar ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Egal ob Ausflugsziele oder Restaurants: die beiden hatten immer den perfekten Tipp. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt: direkt am Meer in ruhiger Umgebung. Ein paar Meter weiter findet man Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Conosco bene Bogliasco, è un borgo che amo molto e quando posso cerco una soluzione per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax al mare, più facilmente fuori stagione. L’appartamento di Elena ha una vista spettacolare sul mare, all’interno di un bello stabile dei primi del ‘900 e con un bel giardino. Posizionato in modo strategico con servizi e locali comodi da raggiungere. Gli interni sono spaziosi, confortevoli, molto di stile e con un’illuminazione studiata. Ci piacerebbe tornare in una stagione più mite per poter godere della splendida terrazza.

Mega tolle & ruhige Unterkunft !! Wir waren 6 Tage dort und haben es wahnsinnig genossen, in 5 - 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Arenzano oder Cogoleto. Die Gastgeberin hat immer super schnell geantwortet bei Fragen über die Unterkunft, gute Restaurante etc. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlichst und können diese schöne Wohnung jedem empfehlen.

L'appartamento è ben arredato e pulitissimo. dotato di tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Lorenzo è stato un host molto gentile e presente e ha cercato di venire incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliatissimo anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ritorneremo

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Riccardo. L’appartement, fidèle a sa description, a beaucoup de charme, très agréable à vivre et surtout remarquablement bien équipé. Un soin particulier est apporté à l’accueil des locataires, nous n’avons manqué d’absolument rien. L’appartement est idéalement placé, dans des rues calmes mais en plein centre de Gênes, à deux pas des commerces, pour les amoureux des cafés croissants en terrasse vous n’aurez pas à aller loin ! La communication avec Riccardo a été simple et fluide, très réactive. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet appartement !
