great place! super location! We went to ski for a couple of days and everything thing was close by, the pistes are easily reachable by car (3 minutes) or by a skibus that passes just around the corner. The house has everything you need and the host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place!

Ottimo alloggio, curato e confortevole; aderente alle foto pubblicate. Romana sempre disponibile e cortese. La posizione è ottimale per l’accesso agli impianti; lo skibuss ha una fermata a 50mt da casa. Consiglio l’alloggio 😃👍

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr schöne Lage zum Skifahren! Es war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und gut organisiert. Monika war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Wie sind sehr zufrieden und können es weiter empfehlen! :)

Le logement est parfait, je recommande fortement. La vue est magnifique et le jacuzzi est trop bien, tout est beaucoup mieux que sur les photos. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. On reviendra surement, merci !!

Nach 3 Jahren bin ich wieder in dieses äusserst schmucke und einfache Häuschen zurückgekehrt. Genau hier fand ich, was ich gerade so sehr brauchte: absolute Ruhe und Stille, Einfachheit, direkte Nähe zum Wald und seinen Tieren...und nicht zu vergessen, die wunderbare Gastgeberin, die Katze Minuna - sie wohnt immer noch hier, was für ein Glück. Ich freute mich auf das tägliche Einfeuern und Kochen am Holzherd, die stillen und sternenklaren Nächte, die Begegnungen mit verschiedenen Vögeln und Tieren im nahen Wald. Nach einem Tag war ich bereits weit weg von meinem Alltag und lebte total entschleunigt durch die Tage. So erholte ich mich mitunter ganz schnell von meiner noch nicht ganz auskurierten Grippe. Der Kontakt mit AnnaMaria war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. In Lü konnte ich noch einen von ihren unglaublich schmackhaften Kuchen probieren. Eines weiss ich jetzt - ich werde sicher nicht mehr 3Jahre warten bis zum nächsten Besuch in diesem Haus!

Imeli smo se zelo lepo. V stanovanju je vse tako kot piše v opisu. Je izjemno čisto. Z gostiteljema se žal , zaradi njune bolezni, nismo srečali sta pa bila gostitelja ves čas našega bivanja odzivna in na voljo za vsa vprašanja preko maila. Izjemno pozitivna izkušnja. Hvala vama in vajini hčerki, ki nas je prvi dan sprejela.

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei Regula und haben die Zeit als Familie (5 Personen) sehr genossen. Sofort nach der offenen und herzlichen Begrüssung von Regula haben wir uns in der Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielen Outdoor-Aktivitäten ein. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals im Sommer wiederkommen.

Casa incantevole, ogni piccolo dettaglio curato per rendere il soggiorno comodo e gradevole. Cucina super attrezzata di utensili e piccola dispensa con ingredienti base per cucinare come sale, olio, spezie varie, thè e cioccolato in polvere. Arredamento in stile. Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato la presenza in casa di materiale informativo sui dintorni e i giochi di società per passare momenti piacevoli in famiglia. Casa calda e confortevole. Immersa nella natura, vista spettacolare con il Catinaccio da un lato e il Latemar dall' altro. Lago di Carezza raggiungibile a piedi attraverso un delizioso sentiero nel bosco. Stessa cosa per gli impianti da sci. Portiere sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha persino pulito il parabrezza dell' auto la notte che ha nevicato. Porteremo per sempre nel cuore questi giorni magici. Ogni mattina io e i bambini correvamo scalzi sulle scale ricoperte di moquette per affacciarci alla finestra e dare il buongiorno alle montagne coperte di neve..

Appartamento accogliente e pulito. Maria è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Inoltre nelle vicinanze dell’appartamento ci sono supermercati bar ristoranti. Ottima esperienza!

Virkelig god placering af lejlighed. Lejligheden havde alt det, der var lovet. Dog var sovesofaen i soveværelset af mindre god kvalitet - en rigtig seng havde været værdsat. God kommunikation med Marcello. Stor hjælpsomhed under ophold. Fin guidens til skileje, liftkort og lign som alt sammen var i gåafstand. Gode restauranter og let til indkøbsmuligheder - ligeledes i gåafstand.

It was very cozy apartment for two of us. We came here for skiing in Livigno which is around 40-50min driving. Everything in apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. Sandra was always ready to help us, if we need something. Definately recommend this place. It is best value for this price.

Very helpful and accomodating hosts, and a great place for backcountry skiing

Lisi's place has been great for our family. Lisi's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house is nicely located at a walking distance from the town center with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The house is as described with a small but well equipped kitchen a large living room and a large bedroom with view on the sky. That's something we really appreciated also because we were so lucky to have great weather. The only small difficulty was parking. You can park near the house but there isn't too much space to turn the car and if you're not used to small mountain roads it could be a problem. All in all I really recommend Lisi's place.

We felt the apartment was even better than expected. Location was amazing, few minute walk to lifts and town, with a great family cafe and bakery 1 minute away. Inside it was light, spacious, had everything you need from hairdryers to be able to cook anything, espresso, tea pot, dishwasher, etc. separate space for ski stuff was great. Long table to enjoy as a family, beds comfy.

It was awesome and quiet place , Dorotea very nice, kind and helpful person . We had an issue with our car she communicated with us and provided a lot of support. For sure if I plan to come to Italy again i will stay in this place .

Abbiamo soggiorno presso lo Chalet Ada di Emanuela. È stata un'ottima esperienza! Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti a casa con la fortuna di essere immersi nella tranquillità più totale e nel silenzio più assoluto! Fantastico! Lo chalet ha tutto ciò che ti puoi immaginare in una casetta di montagna, giardino compreso, il legno scalda l'ambiente e ci si sente coccolati! Emanuela è stata un'ottima host. disponibile in tutto, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli utili per come vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza! Grazie!

Sabrina è stata un host eccezionale, ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Bormio indimenticabile. L’ alloggio era pulito, ordinato e completo di tutti i confort, ma quello che ci ha dato più soddisfazione è stata la vista panoramica dalla finestra della stanza da letto e soggiorno. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata a piedi e Sabrina ci ha dato tanti consigli sulle attività da fare e I migliori ristoranti in cui pranzare e cenare. Torneremo sicuramente per altri viaggi più lunghi e consigliamo questo alloggio a tutte le persone che vogliono trascorrere un weekend lontano dal caos della città e godersi Bormio

Unser Urlaub bei Mary war richtig spitze. Der Check Inn war völlig unkompliziert und die Wohnung war sehr schön. Im Badezimmer gab es ein Körbchen mit Proben und Utensilien. In der Küche standen auch kleine Marmeladen und Kekse. Einen Ordner mit allen Möglichkeiten die die Gegend zu bieten hat. Mary und ihre Schwester waren gefühlt immer erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns auf diesem Weg auch noch mal für die tolle Hilfe als unser Sohn einen MTB Unfall hatte. Mary hat sich sofort mit der Rettungleitstelle in Verbindung gesetzt, gedollmetscht und aktiv geholfen es unserem Sohn so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Der Check out war auch völlig unkompliziert. Wir geben hier 6 von 5 Sternen und kommen gern wieder.

We had a great time at Angelica's place. One of the best things was how close we were to the ski slope and lift. It meant the eager beavers (teenagers) could go out to ski as soon as they were ready and I could follow on. We were the last off the slopes every evening. The skiing is great with something for everyone. The views from the chalet are amazing and mesmerizing. There is everything you need for cooking etc. You need a car to go to the village to the supermarket or out for dinner. I would definately stay here again. Thank you Angelica.

A truly beautiful location. Close to the lift and restaurants of piste 85 (Alpe Cermis), yet very quiet and private. The view of the valley is breathtaking, the terrace full of sun. And you can ski directly there on your skis. The communication is very friendly and attentive. Allessandro is very helpful. The house itself is clean, but slightly old-fashioned in terms of bathroom and kitchen (see photo's). We think this Chalet has an excellent price/quality balance and can highly recommend the Chalet. Tips for your stay: - Online you can buy tickets with a 10% discount. - The slope is for a novice to intermediate skier. Try the 75,88,76,84,74,87 (long + descend 1400 meters (!)). - A day trip to Latemar is definitely worth it (but much busier) - The ski rental near the chalet is much friendlier and cheaper than the one downstairs (+10% discount). - Try Tiramisu at Baita Tonda and fresh pizza at Eurotel Hotel. We would for sure recommend the Chalet!

abbiamo soggiornato 5g in 7 persone, perfetta la casa e gli spazi. consigliato una esperienza ed ospitalità rara.

Esperienza stupenda! Immersi nel verde e avere le montagne intorno,un passaggio spettacolare. Le botti in legno sono posizionate in un camping,molto tranquillo. Quindi le condizioni sono quelle di un vero camping..bagno e doccia in comune con tutte le persone del camping. Comunque per chi ama la natura ma vuole avere le stesse comodità di casa e la struttura perfetta! Letto comodissimo,e gli spazi dentro più che sufficienti.atmosfera calda..e la jacuzzi fuori una chicca veramente..acqua calda e relax garantito! Per chi va in coppia è davvero speciale come esperienza.
