Super clean! Comfy bed. Easy check in and out. Beautiful place! I’ll check out his other places next time I travel.

A great place to stay for my work trip. Updated renovation, super clean. Close to many good restaurants. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at Dania Beach. The flat was clean, bright and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. It was great to have an outdoor area, a place to sit in the morning b4 the heat stepped up. The beds were very comfortable, but pillows a bit over- stuffed. Ceiling fans very much appreciated. Lots of storage, fluffy towels ❤️, great TV. Very quiet , despite being only a minutes walk from main road.

This place is very well situated in Brickell, lots of stuff is within walking distance. The view of the water and the town is just great as well. Loved getting up in the morning and drinking coffee and hanging out in the balcony while taking in the view. Parking in the building was a plus as we had our own private spot! Host is responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience! This place will be our second home when we visit Miami. 😌

Das Bungalow war genau wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Es gab keine Probleme. Man hatte einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und viel Platz. Die Unterkunft war groß, geräumig und sauber. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir würden sie jedem empfehlen.

La mejor ubicación cerca de Pequeña Havana, fácilmente podías caminar a restaurantes y bares de la zona, la cama era muy cómoda lo que hacía que descansaras y amanecieras súper fresco para caminar por el área. Sergio siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitaramos, quizá solo recomendaría un aire acondicionado un poco más grande, pues por las noches se sentía un poco de calor sin embargo nada fuera de un rango aceptable, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí.

This home was honestly better than we even expected! It was tough to leave! The hosts were super responsive and flexible as well. Highly recommend staying here!

The place is super luminous and well furnished, it looks like a magazine apartment on the inside. Alex let us have an early check in and late check out. Communication was perfect. Totally recommend 🥳

We really enjoyed the large private front porch and the house. This was the 2nd time I've stayed in this house. Derek always promptly response to any messages or calls ive made to him. This place is located close to all kinds of restaurants within walking distance. Derek is a super host!

The house was beautiful! Looked exactly like the pictures and the location was perfect! The only thing I noted which I don’t want to say was a real complaint but Martin is a stickler on his rules. Every message he sent us was a copy and paste of the house rules and it just felt very pushy. Other than that I would definitely recommend!

First of all, the place was so beautiful, it was so neat and organised and he really thought about everything, he had a full stocked kitchen, bathroom and a front yard is just cherry on top, i would definitely go with this bnb when i’m visiting again.

We had a great stay at Tony’s apartment over our winter vacation. The apartment is indeed as described, very clean, well appointed and obviously well taken care of. The location is fantastic; a short walk to the beach as well as multiple restaurants, however not as frenetic as the neighborhood north of Fifth. It was nice to have the availability of a grill and the outdoor pool and dining areas. Tony was a very proactive and responsive host, checking in with us multiple times during our stay. We had a minor toilet issue that Tony quickly resolved. We look forward to staying with Tony again later this year.

Right on the beach, your own private walkway between the beach and condo, a free trolley to restaurants and shopping...what is not to love? The staff in the building is very kind...if you get there early you can store your luggage and still have access to the pool and beach. The condo views ARE OFF THE CHARTS...and you are within minutes of anything you would like as there are small shops in the basement and...did I mention the free trolley up and down the island? The hosts are VERY responsive and kind. I read other reviews with people complaining about parts of the building and different smells but two things: 1. the building is secure so you are safe and 2. people in this area smoke pot...but you won't notice either of those things inside the condo. The roof access was great, too, as it was windy while we were there and the glass walls blocked the wind so we could relax on the chaise loungers at the bottom of the stares in complete privacy. I would rent this every time if available!

Had a pleasant stay! This Airbnb is located in a beautiful, large luxury building in a perfect area of south beach! Building has many upscale amenities like fitness center, pool etc. The host was very responsive and if there was an issue it was handled swiftly. Would recommend!

The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby.
