My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Francois’ place! The view on the Miami River was beautiful and the communication was great. He was was so nice and friendly to talk to on the phone! He even called us to give us some restaurant recommendations when he saw that we were going to the Florida Keys next. The artwork in the home was fantastic. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thank you, Superhost Francois!!

Winston was amazing and communicative. The home was in THE BEST LOCATION. Near restaurants bars and shops. The home was clean and comfy! Great stay!

It’s was nice

The home was perfect for so many reasons. Spacious and open with many little patios for outside sitting! Our group was 5 women so having a bathroom in each bedroom was awesome! We noticed several little things the host did that made the stay more comfortable! The location was great... when it says "steps away from the beach" it really means it! So close to shopping and restaurants! We walked everywhere! We've already made plans to return next year! The host was friendly, thoughtful and responded quickly.

Nice little setup. Very clean, well maintained. Combo washer/dryer was a new experience that took some doing to figure out how to run DRY cycle only. A/C worked well. Beds were a little too firm for my liking, however they were in good shape. Upstairs stand alone bathroom vent fan is very loud, so be careful turning it on if people are sleeping in the 2 bedrooms next to it. For those who like really dark rooms, the curtains don't close completely so let light in a bit. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful with having trouble figuring out the lockbox. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Ice/water from fridge worked well. Parking at night was a bit tough to find the spot marked '74' as someone was parked in one of them, and the paint is almost completely faded on them. Would recommend to others, was an overall positive experience.

Great place, friendly environment, good are and close to everything such as food places, stores, gas stations, etc. William was very communicative and made sure me and my family were comfortable. Will be coming back again!

Maureens house was perfect for what we needed, it felt like a home and not a rental house. We were able to cook using accessories already in the house. The location is quiet but still close to many stores and restaurants. Felt safe and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo! Felipe has good communication & all of the information was accurate. The beds were comfortable as well. The beach is a short, easy walk & there were chairs at the beach to use as well. The one challenge for us was that there is only one key fob (which you need to access the beach & when leaving.) There are 6 of us so would have been nice to have 2 key fobs (or if it had a keypad)as we weren’t always together & had to run up to let people in or out. Besides that a great experience!

Looks just like the pictures! This place was great for a weekend stay in Miami, it had everything we needed!

This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the spacious room and great area. My wife said it was the best property that we have stayed at and I would have to agree with her. We will check on availability when we visit the Miami area next time. Thank you amazing place.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The pool is amazing!! Only 15 mins from the beach!! Highly recommend

Michael’s place was perfect for us! 6 women stayed at the house and we had plenty of room. The rooms are spacious and pristine. The rooftop area is perfect for enjoying the nice weather. The pool is definitely small so not meant for “swimming” but for lounging or dipping your toes in. The riverfront area is about a 15 minute walk away which is the closest walkable area. Everything else is a quick uber ride away. Michael was extremely quick to respond when we had any questions. I would stay at Michael’s place again!

Our stay was excelent! The house is as described in the add and on the photos with just some minor well used furniture. The kitchen, living roons and bedroons were well maintained and had more ammenities such as toilet papers than any other Airbnb that I stayed before! Kitchen appliances were in good condition as well!!

Good value as a place to sleep and relax after spending the day exploring or at the beach. 2 people tops is probably most comfortable.

Incredible home in a great area. Hosts were very communicative and the home was STUNNING. Stayed here for my wedding weekend with bridesmaids. What a perfect space to get ready. The master bedroom had a spacious walk in closet where we were able to hang all of our gowns. Highly recommend especially to brides in the area.

Place is well managed. Thanks. Only confusion was where to park the car. Initially, I parked on the back. I didn't recognize the front as parking spaces. Other than that minor issue, everything went very well. Thanks and keep up the good work!

The place is exactly how it’s shown on pictures, safe, private and clean. The host was responsive with my questions and I had no issues. Definitely coming back again.

Gary’s place was exactly like the photos- nicely furnished, spacious and clean. Was perfect for our 4 couple getaway. Gary was very responsive.
