This house was so beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 7! The common areas are very spacious for everyone to hangout comfortably including inside and outside. We also loved the pool. Less than 10 minute walk to the Hollywood boardwalk which has endless things to do and see at all hours of the day! The host was very responsive to any needs as well prior to our arrival. The house is located in the zone for local transportation (circuit) so it’s easy and cheap to get a ride to the beach or any restaurants if walking is not a convenient option. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Was great for our large group celebrating a bachelorette! Appreciated the ability to drop our bags off early. Layout of 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was great for getting ready (will note one of the bedrooms is a studio sep from the house). Only thing missing is more outlets in the bedrooms but we made it work. Living room was well sized with very comfy couch. Neighborhood felt very safe. Easy to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Casey was helpful and sent more paper products quickly when we ran out. House itself was very clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. House overall was great for our needs and enjoyed our stay

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the location was fantastic. Everything you may need is basically a 4-8 minute drive away. I also loved the outdoor spaces - the waterfront and the screened swimming pool with beautiful views, and that the house is always bright and well lit thanks to its big windows. The hosts were very kind and responsive and always happy to accommodate our needs. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Family of 7 (5 boys) and we had a blast. Everything we could have wanted. The pool, trampoline, basketball. We watched a pay per view UFC fight out in the gazebo, it was awesome. The neighborhood wasn’t the best, but if you’re looking for an oasis, this is your spot! No complaints.

Me and my group loved the stay. We didn’t have to contact the host patty the entire trip with questions because all directions were clear and everything we needed was in place already. She was also very responsive and flexible throughout the booking process.

Enjoyed our stay here and appreciated that there were enough beds to comfortably sleep 6 of us. The location was very centrally located, close to little Havana, coral gables, and coconut grove. The pool was still cold in March so we didn't get to enjoy it as much but did like the outdoor space. Only complaints are the house instructions could be more detailed like how to enter the driveway (we thought the gate was locked) or how to use the waterfall feature in the pool, and there were no dish towels in the kitchen.

The BEST Airbnb ever!!! It was perfect for our girls weekend - an easy walk to the beach, so close to the state park, easy drive to restaurants/ bars. The house was so nice and clean and stocked with everything we needed! The kitchen was perfect for our group dinners and the table set up outside by the pool was also amazing. The hosts were so responsive and friendly!!! Would highly recommend!!!

When booking in Florida this would be hands down #1!! Pollina is the best! Quick responses and funny!!

Had a great stay with my friends. House is located close enough to Miami and fort Lauderdale to explore both cities. Also hosts are responsive and friendly. If I ever go back will being staying here again

House was perfect for the whole family. Kept all ages occupied with activities. Was in a great location about 20min or so each way to great attractions. Had an issue with hvac system, host was very responsive and had it fixed with in a few hours. Overall great place to book with a big group. Am oasis away from home!!

This was our group's second time staying at the house. The property is so beautiful with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out! Lots of really thoughtful, nice touches around the house. The hosts are wonderful and always so sweet to us! Can't wait to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, yet conveniently close to great restaurants, groceries, beautiful beaches, and everything South Florida has to offer. The home itself was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a great backyard, pool and living space to relax in. Habib’s home was a great find for our stay over the weekend. Very clean, easy access to the expressway, and there are good food options around. A good option if you don’t want to stay directly in the city and like the quiet reset.

Very nice place for a great vacation. My friends and I used it for our senior year spring break trip and the backyard was exactly what we were looking for. It was also very clean as we were skeptical about renting property in Fort Lauderdale because of what comes with it but it was perfect. I highly recommend any group, family or friends looking for a place with everything you need to stay here.
