What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is thoughtfully minimal, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The natural light throughout the space is fantastic, and the corner balcony on the 12th floor offers gorgeous views of Miami—such a blessing to wake up to! The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that made my stay very enjoyable. The unit shares a private hallway with one other tenant, which likely helps to keep the price reasonable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay!! The place is super clean and we loved having a full kitchen to make breakfast every morning. The pools were so nice and quiet and we utilized the beach chairs most days on the beach! Very walkable either using the boardwalk or you can get to restaurants on the roads as well. This was a perfect stay!

Very nice place at a great location. The building was greatly renovated by keeping its charm. Outside areas had been clean and the pool is well designed. Cindy was very welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. We will come back for a relaxed stay in FL at the Sea!

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

Great for our family of five! The host provided a crib and high chair for the baby. Our other kids slept on the pull-out couch. We felt very safe with the key card access and locked Gates and doors.

Beautiful space and fit our family of 5. Our 9 year old slept on the Sofa bed that turned into a twin and our two teen girls slept on the queen sofa bed in the living room area. The king bed was comfy and the view was breathtaking. Grateful to catch this place available for the one night we needed to stay in Miami to catch a flight the next day.

We had a great stay at GatorMom’s! Katherine is a wonderful and accommodating host — friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The property has a cozy, laid-back vibe. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was almost always unoccupied, so it felt like our own private oasis. There are also plenty of outdoor common areas to chill, read, or just enjoy the sunshine. Each room has its own TV with access to pretty much every streaming service you could want — including YouTube TV, Disney+, Peacock, and many others — which made winding down in the evenings super easy. And best of all, there’s a sweet cat named BlueBell with striking blue eyes. She’s incredibly friendly and will happily sit on your lap for some attention and pets. She totally added to the charm of the place. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. Great location with a Publix nearby and Alison Park with a playground right next to the building, perfect for toddlers. The unit was spotless, modern, and fully equipped. The toddler crib was sturdy and spacious, with a quality mattress and fresh sheets. At the beach, they provide two chairs and an umbrella per apartment, plus some sand toys for kids, which was a nice touch. Free valet parking is a huge bonus compared to high hotel parking fees in Miami. Communication with the host, Michael, was excellent. He replied quickly, gave clear instructions, and was flexible with early check-in and late check-out. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

This was my second stay in one of Michael’s suites at Monte Carlo. The room was extremely clean and as photographed. This unit had good views of both the ocean and the city. Love the location as everything you need is within walking distance.
