The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures, was highly clean, it has all the facilities for cooking, towels and bed sheets. Its location is nearby restaurants, bars and Sinclair Community College. Thank you for hosting me.

James was a great host. The space was clean and comfortable. We loved the walkability to great restaurants and shops. Parking was easy, even on the weekend. We would definitely stay again on any future trips to Dayton.

We loved our stay at Tamara's place! It was in the perfect location for what we needed it for. It was clean and cozy. We loved all the thoughtful little extras. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Letrice was very nice when communicating. She even left a little snack basket for us. The apartment/condo was extremely clean and is located right across the street from a mall. It was perfect for our stay for my cousin’s wedding. We had the shopping center to entertain us during the day and it was seven minutes from the wedding venue.

This Air BNB was enjoyable. It was an escape for just the husband and I and we enjoyed the peacefulness. It was very easy to get in and any questions we had before arriving Aaron was very quick to respond and was super helpful. Everything we needed for our dinners and breakfasts were there. Including my morning coffee :) the BNB was very tidy and clean. Right down the road from a grocery store. And only 3 miles from the convention we were in town for. We would absolutely stay again!

Bryan was friendly, and super responsive. The Airbnb was awesome! The cleanliness, character and detail made this unique space stand out. It was perfect for our needs! I will recommend this one to everyone, and will be back!

This was the perfect location to reach campus and to run back and forth if needed. The apartment was a restful home away from home and I enjoyed having my student stay a night with me also!

Pamelas place is a classic, welcoming home- where the palpable history that makes Troy unique exists in full form.

Stayed at 7 airbnb's on our trip out west and back and this home was by far the nicest and stress free "bnb" we had been to! Comfortable, quiet and clean! If we get to the Dayton area again there is no doubt if this is available we will use them again!

Julianna was a great host and super responsive! I spent the night with my dog as we road tripped across the country, and Julianna's house was exactly what we needed. It looked just like the photos and the backyard was perfect for letting my dog run around after being stuck in the car all day. We felt very welcome during our stay!

It was a perfect Valentine’s weekend getaway. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the country views. We most certainly will be back

Would highly recommend if you need a spot to stay in Troy. The house is well equipped and was such a nice alternative to a hotel suite.
