It was amazing, the house was beautiful and the beds were super comfy

This was a quaint, cozy and perfect get away for us...we plan to return when the weather is better so we can take advantage of the outdoor amenities. What a creative idea and we LOVED that this supports PRG!

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed at! I can't believe how much my group got for the price we paid. The whole space was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and felt like home immediately. Adam was a great host, very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly. Thank you so much for providing such a great place for myself and my friends to spend the weekend!

Tipp City is a clean, safe, walkable community. This Airbnb home was as described. After living in Tipp for over 20+ years we can confirm that the one thing that we noticed was the lack of train traffic. When living there trains were a constant experience but now the trains are definitely fewer. The Airbnb home is far enough away that they were definitely not an issue. We would stay at Big Blue in the future.

I can’t say enough about Dianne’s place. It was so clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail really put this place over the top. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Troy. Dianne was very responsive and helpful. We would be happy to stay here again!

Kathryn’s place was exactly what we needed for our family to come together for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed including a beautiful china set for our dinner. I would highly recommend this property especially if you need something that will accommodate everyone in a big family or group.

A perfect cozy getaway spot for a weekend with the wife and our two doggos! Everything was squeaky clean and organized, and it felt like home right away. The surrounding area was super nice, and there would have been plenty to explore if it weren’t for a city-wide unexpected water main break followed by a snowstorm. Shari was extremely accommodating, providing drinking water and a little extra time after checkout to get out of the snow safely. She even offered us some breakfast foods in case we needed to wait out the storm longer. Fortunately we were able to get out and adventure around Tipp City and Dayton, which were close by and had some fun date options. We would definitely love to go back when we get some nicer weather!!

This was a perfect place for us. We were in town to watch our son’s college baseball game. Conveniently located, very quiet and beautiful property. We had booked it planning to bring our dogs. Ended up not doing that, but we will definitely keep this place on our favorites list for future visits, dogs or no dogs.
