A wonderful place to stay. It's a private place in a peaceful neighbourhood with a beautiful backyard. If you have a big group like ours, you will definitely enjoy the place. Definitely suggest to stay at the place if you are going towards Homestead.

JUST WOW!!! Where do I begin! Chantal & her place were amazing in every way!! To start, Chantal's communication & efforts to make our stay extra special for my husband's 40th birthday was first class! She even left him some special gifts to match our Miami Vice Theme! The house was beautiful in every way...it looked just like the listing photos!!! The design & decor was magazine ready! The location was perfect for us & all the major stores we needed were only 5 to 10 minutes away. Our guests stayed on the patio soaking in the beauty of the sun, lake, & pool! Chantal even sent a same day delivery to remedy a small unexpected issue that arose. I would definitely book with Chantal again for our next trip to Miami! You will not be disappointed...Book Now! This home has perfect angles for all of your IG shots!

Romy was an incredible host, and his property was exactly what was shown and described in the details. The house is beautiful indoors and outdoors. The inside was very clean, the kitchen had everything you needed and more. The beds were nice and comfortable with a fan and TV in every room. The backyard was worth the price itself. My kids cycled from putt-putt, cornhole, the pool, the hot tub, kayaking, and fishing. We didn’t need to leave unless we needed groceries or went to the beach. Romy gave excellent recommendations and would happily return again anytime.

Place was great! There was 7 of us and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all, plenty of space. Host was responsive to any questions that popped up and were accommodating to our requests.

We had an amazing time at this modern home! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful décor and attention to detail. The house was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the huge backyard, which had something for everyone. Whether it was relaxing in the pool, playing games, or just enjoying the open space in the patio, it truly catered to all ages. The amenities throughout the home were top-notch, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. We didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a stylish, well-maintained, and family-friendly rental, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location and great view of the canal and water fowl

We really enjoyed our stay for spring break! Took advantage of the beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and lakefront view. We were able to chill and relax every evening. Very comfortable home!!!! Only call out additional fees got applied for an addition of a last minute guest who could join us for our trip and for a two hour late checkout request. I’ve never experienced that before on Airbnb. Otherwise the house met our needs and we had a great vacation!!!!!

The host Rosa was very responsive and proactive, and the place is just like the pictures. Clean and private.

I came to Miami with my buddy to celebrate the long weekend and this location was perfect. Our host, Chloe, was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The area was convenient for ubering. We had a blast and would definitely recommend this air bnb.

Amazing Stay in a Perfect Location! This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The location is excellent—just a short walk to Brickell City Center, and if you enjoy walking, you can also reach the Design and Arts Districts. If not, everything is just minutes away by car. The apartment is beautifully maintained and offers a breathtaking view, both during the day and at night. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. Gabriela, the host, is incredibly attentive and considerate. While I appreciate not having any issues during my stay, I truly value a host who is available and proactive in solving any problems. Gabriela goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Jean's place was an outstanding place for our family to stay for spring break. There was something for everyone to do, and we really enjoyed our stay!

El departamento de Ben es mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Las vistas desde todos los ambientes son increíbles. Esta en muy buen estado y muy completo. La piscina en el piso 15 es gigante y es para pasarse un tiempo ahí en ese espacio muy bien ambientado y con muy buenas vistas. Nos recibio Patricia a la hora pactada, muy amablemente nos describió la zona y como movernos, nos dio su celular por si tuviéramos algún problema. También nos permitió guardar nuestras valijas hasta las 4 de la tarde dado que nuestro vuelo partía a la noche. Recomiendo 100% el depto de Ben, sin duda volveré.

Perfect vacation getaway! Beachfront resort with exceptional staff. Shopping and eateries are all within waking distance. Very relaxing. Dana communicated everything with us. Definitely will use her listing again.
