This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Coconut Grove. The place is very clean, and the kitchen is nice. We walked to Fresh Market for breakfast foods and appetizers and thoroughly enjoyed eating on the balcony. Sylvain was always responsive to any of our questions. It is also in a great, walkable location, and Sylvain provided an excellent list of suggestions for places to go and eat. Green Street was delicious, and we also enjoyed Los Felix. It is the perfect place to enjoy Coconut Grove - no care needed.

The location was absolutely stunning, featuring breathtaking views that enhanced the overall ambiance. However, it could benefit from some improvements, such as a cozy small table for enjoying meals, elegant wine glasses, and coffee cups for those relaxing mornings. Overall, my experience there was very enjoyable and left a lasting impression.

The place was a perfect place to stay before a cruise. We could walk to lots of dining options and a short Uber to the port. Would stay here again.

This apartment has one of the most beautiful ocean views you'll ever find—from two directions!—along with views of the intercoastal and the Miami skyline. Resort property is well run: beautiful pools, manicured beach, lots of cleaning of public spaces, etc. My only suggestion is that a few more implements in the kitchen would be helpful. Hard to flip an egg with a 1/4" bamboo spatula!

This place was nice! Location was great and the apartment was clean. The view was amazing and the host was very accessible and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. A couple things to note, there is a $40 check in fee if you have to check in after 9pm. Also, the building maintenance person came in to check the smoke detectors while we were there. It wasn’t a problem and they didn’t take too long to inspect, but we didn’t have any advance notice so we were hesitant to open the door to a stranger. As soon as I reach out to the host to let them know what happened, they quickly clarified and apologized for not having any notice.

El departamento de Ben es mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Las vistas desde todos los ambientes son increíbles. Esta en muy buen estado y muy completo. La piscina en el piso 15 es gigante y es para pasarse un tiempo ahí en ese espacio muy bien ambientado y con muy buenas vistas. Nos recibio Patricia a la hora pactada, muy amablemente nos describió la zona y como movernos, nos dio su celular por si tuviéramos algún problema. También nos permitió guardar nuestras valijas hasta las 4 de la tarde dado que nuestro vuelo partía a la noche. Recomiendo 100% el depto de Ben, sin duda volveré.

Jeff's Miami condo was truly stunning -- amazing views, beautiful decor, luxurious amenities! I highly recommend this location if one is looking for a stylish home base in Miami. Close to great restaurants, shopping and Miami's top sites, this condo checks all the boxes.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The studio exceeded my expectations – it was spotless, spacious (even bigger than it looked in the pictures), and incredibly comfortable. The layout is very functional, making it easy to settle in and enjoy. Being so close to the beach ( see ocean from the window) made the experience even more perfect. The host was outstanding—responsive and attentive to every detail. I requested larger cups, placemats, and an extension cord, and everything was delivered promptly. It’s rare to find such great hospitality! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami, and I will definitely stay again if it’s available. A perfect home away from home!

Nancy was a wonderful Host. Always responded very quickly & very nice to communicate with when we had questions. The house location is amazing. The bedrooms are all clean & very inviting. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of dishes & silverware. The pool was clean. The fishing off the dock in the backyard was super fun and lots of fish. I would definitely return.....A+

This is a great place to stay! Our stay was from Thursday - Sunday and there were 11 of us total. Everyone felt comfortable and really enjoyed the space. My friends and I really enjoyed the backyard, ping pong table, and the kayaks. Overall, a great stay and I highly recommend it! Will definitely book this next time I visit Miami!

Adoramos a casa, toda completa, muito confortável. Fica exatamente numa ilha como descrito e com uma outra residência ao lado. O bairro é simples, mas bem tranquilo. O local fica bem posicionado com rotas fáceis para todos locais, Miami Beach, aeroportos, Bay Side, lojas etc Tomamos café da manhã com vista para o lago e a natureza e foi muito agradável. É possível ver as iguanas próximas da casa, mas não incomodaram em nada. A casa é muito aconchegante e confortável, nos surpreendeu positivamente. O Anfitrião deixou algumas comodidades que foram bem úteis.

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren wirklich der Hammer, direkt am River. Im Garten gab es jeden Tag was zu sehen, Leguane, Enten,Geckos einfach schön. Der Whirlpool war super zum entspannen nach einem ereignisreichen Tag. Das Haus ist liebevoll und komfortabel ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation zwischen Daniel und Orlando war bestens, hatten wir mal Fragen wurde direkt darauf reagiert. Es war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub den wir in Miami verbracht haben ,was auch Daniel und Orlando mit ihrem wunderschönen Haus zu verdanken ist. Vielen Dank an Euch beide. Wow! Our group really enjoyed ourselves at Miriam’s ! The home was beautiful- even more so in person than the photos ! The kitchen and home were so well stocked- they had everything we could ever need ! The pool and back patio area was our favorite place to hang out- it was peaceful and just so pretty - right on the water! Book this place, you’ll love it !!

Eddie’s place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It was my daughter’s bachelorette weekend and we wanted warm outdoor space. The pool was perfect and there were plenty of places to sit and relax in the warmth. We spent the majority of our time there, only going out for groceries and brunch. Had a hibachi chef come for an outside dinner and there was plenty of room. Moved tables together and we all sat together. Plenty of beds and blankets and the beds were comfy according to most. We will def come back again. Plenty of what was needed in the kitchen for a large group (plates/utensils). But most of our time was enjoying the outside weather with each others company. We had one issue with a coffee maker and Eddy was right there. Looked like previous people melted something, but we wanted them to know. There were two coffee makers there to begin with. Also the outside fridge was perfect for beverages! We will be back!!!! Thank you the perfect house for us 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage am Strand ist toll und es gibt eine super Ausstattung für Strandausflüge auf dem Zimmer. Auch das Fitnessstudio im Gebäude ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt im Gebäude alles was man braucht - allerdings braucht man bei den Aufzügen etwas mehr Zeit, wenn viel los ist. Der gratis Transport (Trolley) ist zwar super aber zeitlich nicht sehr zuverlässig. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand, ist aber nicht so super nah am Zentrum, was immer etwas Reisezeit benötigt wenn man in die Stadt will. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, gut zu erreichen und wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Wer viel am Strand sein möchte, hat hier die perfekte Unterkunft gefunden!

Great apartment right on the beach with newer kitchen. As a bonus small room with a crib and bunch of children books which our 4 year old enjoyed very much. Location of the condo is great as well, not too far away from hustle and bustle of south beach but good enough distance to be quiet. The only drawback is that the pool was cold, from my understanding it does have a heater but during our stay it wasn’t operational.
