This place exceeded my expectations especially being in downtown Miami! Our host was so responsive and answered all of my questions. The space, kitchen, bedding, bathrooms were super clean and very spacious for a group of 7 of us, the check in (we checked in very late) was super easy and surprisingly the pull out couch was super comfy. I would defineitly recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying in the apartment while passing through Miami. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, which a small park, grocery store, and many restaurants nearby. Maria is a wonderful host! She is a great communicator, provides clear instructions, and is incredibly helpful. She provides great recommendations on the local area and is very responsive.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, and I genuinely wish I had booked a longer stay. It was spotless, offered stunning views, and was conveniently within walking distance of everything. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back soon! Thanks, John!

We had a great stay at Jacqueline’s place. I would like to make it known that this is a hotel that also has residential units, which was fine for us but wanted to point out in case someone is looking for a different experience. We were welcomed in the lobby with champagne and given instructions and keys. The place we clean and the bed was very comfortable. This was a great location as it is close to everything in south beach but quieter on the bay side. Everything you could need is a short uber ride away. The pool area is beautiful and has full service. We recommend this great place to stay!

Tout était simplement parfait ! L’appartement de rêve pour passer un séjour à Miami ! La vue est incroyable surtout de nuit… La literie impeccable ! Les salles de bains très belles ! Vraiment rien à redire ! Tout était très bien ! Nous avons été très triste de quitter l’appartement :-)

Our time here was the perfect blend of a getaway oasis with a convenient 2-mile distance to the boardwalk (work event). All 5 of us enjoyed our comfortable beds with restful sleep. We loved our morning coffee and evening cocktails under the pergola.

Absolute perfection. Adults and kids absolutely loved this home. Everything was clean, as described and perfect. The pool and backyard are out of a magazine and just beautiful. We are already hoping to come back this summer. 10/10, love this place!

Worry free place to relax. Place had everything, well equipped and the host was fabulous. Decor was tasteful and place maintained well. Truly a Ft. Lauderdale paradise. Bring the crew and enjoy the pool and sun.

Sergio‘s place was incredibly comfortable super clean and the backyard was a highlight. There is plenty of privacy. The pool was warm and it was an incredible stay. It is worth noting that there are no stores in walking distance a big issue for us. There is a nice park a short walk away 10 out of 10 will return hopefully soon.

The house was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well! The pool and jacuzzi and backyard were so pretty and perfect for our 6 kids! Neighborhood was safe, quiet for morning walks. We were a 15 minute drive to Las Olas and the beach! House was stocked with everything needed for a beach day! Carlos was a wonderful host, responding to communications promptly and efficiently. He even sent me an item that was left behind (shame on us!) that would’ve been very bothersome to replace. Would definitely recommend for a chill escape with kids! Very pleased!!

Vischka has a beautiful family home, she was always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed. I would recommend staying at her place!

This place was fantastic we did not wanna leave, felt right at home. Place was spotless rooms are beautiful. Very clean home. The area where the pool is at the floor is marble so it does not get hot, stays nice and cold awesome. The host responds to you right away asap ThankYou Desiree Viera

Frank was an amazing host—he was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality made our experience even better. Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, fornito di tutto l’occorrente per una famiglia. Host gentilissima e disponibile. I nostri asciugacapelli non funzionavano e prontamente ce ne è stato fornito uno nuovo. Abbiamo potuto fare il check-in posticipato aggiungendo una piccola somma. La zona, bellissima, è residenziale e ben servita. Siamo completamente soddisfatti.

Esta ja foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos em Fort Lauderdale no apartamento do George, e foi excelente, como ja era esperado. Local bem localizado, apartamento excelente, com uma otima vista e muito bem cuidado. Com certeza uma otima opcao para quem vem passar alguns dias em Fort Lauderdale. George tambem foi um otimo Host , com informacoes claras e respostas rapidas.

Overall great stay for my bachelorette weekend! There were 6 of us total and only two people had to share the master king size bed. Very responsive hosts. They run multiple of these units so they’re very experienced with the building and surrounding areas. They allowed my group and I to have an earlier check in for free and very last minute. The check in process is very complex if you’ve never done one in a hotel/residential building like this. It was overwhelming in the beginning, but this could also have been related to the last minute early check in. Check out was a breeze though. Also, even though 6 of us stayed, only 4 wrist bands max for the pool/amenities are dispersed. No ice maker/tray, so buy ice. We were on the 45th floor. Gorgeous views and perfect for a group trip! Walking distance to bars and restaurants in brickell. Would recommend and stay here again.
