Miami : locations de maisons de vacances

Belle maison bien équipée et en bonne condition. Les lits sont confortables, mais nous n'avions pas de petit drap dans notre chambre (seulement une douillette et des draps pour recouvrir le matelas). La cour arrière avec la piscine est bien aménagée avec beaucoup de chaises et aussi des endroit à l'ombre. Le barbecue au charbon est fonctionnel et bien pratique. La piscine est chauffée, mais il faut payer un extra et malheureusement je n'étais pas au courant, sinon j'aurais payé l'extra, car l'eau était froide. Le quartier est sécuritaire, mais nous aurions aimé avoir un parc ou des endroits verts à proximité, sans avoir à prendre la voiture, pour marcher et pratiquer des sports. Plusieurs plages à proximité en voiture sont facilement accessibles (Pompano beach, Fort Lauderdale). Je recommande cette maison, car nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Booked this home for a vacation with our group of 12, it was exactly like the pictures and a dream getaway spot! The backyard had so much to do and the house itself was clean and very nicely furnished. We felt at home for the week and the host was so communicative and very responsive! We even asked for an extra folding table and they delivered one the same day! Would recommend this host and any of their other properties and we will look into booking with them again in the future!

Great house for a big group - loved the pool

Joseph was a great host and we will definitely be coming back to his house. The house was exactly as described. Joseph was very responsive. The board games and books were a great touch to help keep the kids entertained during the Florida rain. We really enjoyed the pool area and the picture walls as well. It was easy to locate the house and enjoyed having a park right by the house.

We loved the space! Ralph and Frank were fantastic hosts! They were responsive, friendly and very accommodating! The whole place is wonderful, but the pool area is heaven! It is your own personal space and very relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

Our group had a fantastic stay at Cynthia’s! The house is beautiful, immaculately clean and the beds are comfy with the best pillows! We all enjoyed the pool and outside area with plenty of seating and the use of the grill. There were many things provided that aren’t always common at airbnbs which made our trip that much less stressful, not to mention Cynthia was super helpful and available for any recommendations in the area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home that is spacious and well equipped for larger groups. Yus was quick to respond and even sent someone to fix the pool heater for us. Great stay and experience!

John was extremely responsive and provided very clear instructions for check in. Upon checking in we had some questions and needed him to take care of a few items. He was extremely proactive in responding and working out a solution for items that needed attention. The house is very roomy, kitchen is generously stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking pots, utensils,etc. The neighborhood is very friendly and we enjoyed some evening walks around the area. The Publix is nearby and we picked up groceries a few times during our stay. Pompano beach is 2.5 miles away and is a very family friendly beach with a fun vibe. We also did a couple of day trips to Miami with a commute time of approx 30-35 minutes into Miami. After all the lights and action of Miami , it was nice to come back and chill in front of the TV. Overall John is a very solution oriented host and responds very quickly to texts, phone calls and emails.

The home was welcoming, clean, very comfortable. Excellent kitchen supplies sugar/spices condiments (which we added too) to cook with. Appreciated 3 different nice coffee appliances. Nice bedding and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are small but nice. Nice towels, beach towels. Beach chairs and coolers available. Outdoor seating areas were nice. comfortable new cushions, pillows. Everything was good quality and great working order. We enjoyed the heated pool. Thanks Nick for the easy last minute check in. We had a great stay!

Great location, very welcoming, exactly what pictures and descriptions advertised, private backyard to relax. Janet was very friendly and responsive.

What an absolute perfect place to call home for a few days! The home and views were gorgeous. Close to the beach and a quick ride to Fort Lauderdale. Thank you so much for such great hospitality!

We had a lovely stay! The home and outdoor area are both spacious and we found the house to be very clean when we arrived. The pool and view in the back are amazing - we may have loved the pool more than the ocean! For us, the ocean and many restaurants were easily walkable and the bikes were super fun for exploring the neighborhood. There were a few visible maintenance issues that I didn’t expect at this price point - this place could be perfect with some new outdoor chairs, replacing a chipped toilet, either removing or fully retracting the outdoor movie screen, etc.

This place was amazing. Very beautiful just like the photos!! Response and friendly host who went above and beyond with clear instructions and in person greeting to assure your stay is seamless. The pool area and the view was just fantastic!! I enjoyed my stay and will visit again!!

Place worked out great. Good location: close to the beach, few restaurants nearby were great, nice to be right on the canal. House was comfortable, pool was great. All good!

This was the perfect place for four of us to spend a few nights in Ft. Lauderdale! Martin was very responsive with any questions I had and the instructions for everything were clear and well communicated.

We booked with Aly last minute after our original Air bnb cancelled on our group last minute. We lucked out with finding this incredible place for our long weekend girl’s getaway. Aly was easy to communicate with, check in was seamless and the house was exactly as described. We also appreciated the beach supplies and quick and easy drive to Deerfield Beach. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a great stay!

Our family over the Labor Day weekend stayed at Casa Santa Barbara . What a beautiful home . The owners put alot of thought into making their rental a pristine place to relax and have fun. Our grandkids loved fishing and swimming . It meant alot to my husband and I to spend the end of the summer with our Adult kids & Grandkids. Cheers to Ocean Waves & Sloppy Sandcastles! Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

Beautiful place in a quiet residential neighborhood. A great spot to wind down between the end of our cruise and the flight home.

The place was just as described and represented in the photos. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location on the canal was beautiful and the heated pool was great! The location was convenient as long as you have a rental car. Easy to get to and from places you'd want to visit. Chase Stadium (Inter Miami) was only 5 mins away.

My friends and I had such an amazing spring break all thanks to Ceci’s hospitality and this incredible place. We were all very comfortable here and were so grateful to be able to stay here! So close to the beach with plenty of space for all of us. Thank you again we had such a wonderful time!
