What an absolute "gem" in the woods. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Jennifer was very receptive and periodically checked "to make sure" everything was okay. The house was in a secluded and quiet wooded neighborhood. There is something to be said about enjoying a hot cup of coffee sitting and the porch and taking in the sights and sounds of autumn and the smell of the fallen leaves. The dogs had a great time exploring the fenced in yard. I have a passion for cooking and found the kitchen supplied with an abundant supply of cooking utensils and pots and pans with a large kitchen table to sit down and enjoy those dishes. Quiet time in the evenings were spent watching movies in the family rooms. The house is centrally located and never more than an hour away from our daily adventures in various areas in the state. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would gladly stay here again.

Great little Chalet in the middle of the woods. Second time staying here and would love to come back for a third time. You cannot go wrong staying at Rachael's place:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family ski vacation. Bob's place was comfortable, warm, and clean. We loved the fireplaces and hot tub after our ski days and the kitchen offed ample space for us all (9) to enjoy time together. Bob's place has a great view of Powderhorn Mountain.

We stayed at the Chalet the weekend of Cherry Festival and found the price to be VERY reasonable. We were a party of 8 and felt comfortable with the space and bed layouyt (2 couples and 4 kids). The decor was very tasteful and we noticed all the little touches such as bringing extra dish soap over, fresh flowers in multiple places, and delicious, fresh cookies! There is a basketball hoop and campfire. They have a wonderful deck out by the lake, perfect for parents to hang out while the kids swim. Next time, we'll make use of the grill down by the lake and make a meal down there as well! Plenty to do on the property alone! Becky was very helpful when we wanted information on Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and provided information on the area before we got there. Thanks for a WONDERFUL stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. Beautiful home as pictured. Clean and well stocked with all the basics we needed. Fireplace was great for cold winter nights. Bed was comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to bring our dog with us. Drive to Bellaire was a little tricky due to weather conditions. AWD vehicle needed on Maple Lane during heavy snowfall. Overall great time enjoying all the snow up North and exploring the area. Bellaire is a nice town but many of the restaurants around the area were closed for the winter.

Carrie’s place was fantastic! Easily slept 12, easy to get to right off of a paved road.

there was plenty of room for seven people. the rooms were all big. there was enough stuff in the kitchen to use. the only thing I wish was a half bath upstairs people had to come down to use the bathrooms. but other than that it was great

Is wonderful for families. So many amenities. But we were just a couple with our dog. And loved it Love the hot tub. Everything you need for cooking, cleaning entertainment. Excellent location. Private. Warm and comfortable. More than anything we loved having our beloved dog with us. Guy is a super host. So easy to communicate with and responds immediately to any questions. We will return

Great stay at Megan's Mid Century Modern Ski Chalet for 4 plus 1 pet. Quaint and private place for those wanting something different from the norm.

The house is beautiful with lots of extra room for the nine people we had. It's right across the street from Nubs Nob and you can see Boyne Highlands out of the back window. If you ski, this house is in the middle of it all.

We just stayed here for Christmas, we wanted a white Christmas this year and to spend it with family. This home was beautiful and the best stocked place we ever stayed at! They had tons of cooking utensils, pots pans, casserole dishes. Towels for bathrooms and for the hot tubs. They provided shampoo, conditioner, razors and toilet paper! If we had a question for Kelly she always answered right away! We ended up having to take a mini van which struggled getting up the steep snowy/icy drive (it started snowing heavily an hour before arriving). But Kelly immediately called and had someone out to plow and lay down salt and sand. So if you have the option 4 wheel drive is best. We had 7 adults 3 kids and a baby and everyone had fun. We played lots of games and loved just sitting looking out the windows at the snow and scenery of the woods. We went snowboarding and took the kids tubing as well. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to come back again!

This house is super cute, comfortable, and has everything you might need. It is a fun place to stay for adults and children. During our stay we had a giant snow storm and one family staying with us had a vehicle not great in the snow. The owner was very responsive regarding having extra plows and went above and beyond in accommodating us. We were so grateful!

Great place to gather when you need space! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We were in town for a family wedding. Lots of great places to sit and talk inside and outside too. Very close to Charlevoix and The Castle Event Center. Would be beautiful in the fall and winter!

This roomy, comfortable lakefront home provided a wonderful summer gathering spot for our eleven-member family. Sleeping bunks were ideal for out five grandsons as were the multiple bathrooms. The shallow walk out lake, paddle boat and kayaks kept them busy all day and the ample grassy area was perfect for lawn games. The large kitchen was well stocked and made meal preparation easy. The home was clean, well-organized and well stocked with anything we needed. Matt was a pleasure to work with from our first inquiries to our departure and beyond. Always providing a quick response to questions and detailed information about the home.

Lauren and Tom were super nice and made sure we were comfortable the entire stay. Checked on us multiple times and made us feel right at home!

Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends! what an amazing weekend we had on our anniversary!! we was just looking to get away from everyday hustle and relax and boy this place has that !! beautiful pine trees down to a small lake 😍 we travel alot and stay in vacation rentals all over and this is one we will definitely go back to time and time again! located perfectly close to amazing orv trails , snowmobile trails during winter , close to lake Michigan, and several other iconic pure michigan spots to visit close by !!

this was a beautiful place to stay for the weekend and only about 30 minutes from boyne! would definitely stay here again!
