Great place to stay if you are staying around the Hollywood Boardwalk! Had all amenities listed and Rich was very responsive and kind. Literally a 45 second walk to the beach. Walking distance to a Mart and Liquor store. Had many restaurants around and a few seconds walk to Haagen-Dazs if ya feelin a lil dessert. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

We loved our stay in this studio. It met our expectations and the host was very friendly. Will be glad to live there again next year.

Love love this place!!! I have stayed at The President Hotel and The Penguin and both are so clean and nice!! The staff is extremely friendly and always helps you if you need it. I would stay there everytime I visit South Beach!

Eduardo's place was wonderful , clean and safe, the room has everything you will need plus the hotel have a very polite stuff , the host was very polite and quickly to answer all the question. Everything ran very smoothie , location is near to the beach , restaurants etc.

Amazing Stay – Perfect Location and Excellent Service! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Access to the beach was incredibly easy, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I loved the location of this place. It's close to the beach for easy back and forth if needed. Also loved that we had 2 chairs an umbrella and cooler to use for our time there. I would definitely stay here again. Jeff made sure we were always satisfied and if we needed anything he was on it immediately.

Worth the price with restaurants around the BNB and a quick travel time from anywhere. About 10 min to MIA and 20 min to miami beach. Parking is real easy! We had our own mini fridge and private bathroom! Great host!

This place was just like the pictures. The free breakfast was kinda a joke…. Toast, hard boiled eggs no butter no jelly. The room was amazing!!! Jetted tub and shower beautiful view. Would absolutely stay again
