We had a great time at the cabin, it was exactly as described and really looked idyllic in the snow. We‘re already planning to come back again in Summer! David’s communications in the run up to the trip were super helpful, and he got back to us quickly when we had questions even on Christmas Day! Would highly recommend for a beautiful peaceful getaway in Maine. Thanks so much, we‘ll be back!

My biggest factor in choosing a place is cleanliness. Seth has hundreds of reviews with a 5 in cleanliness & that is well earned - it is SPOTLESS (thank you, Seth!). The unsung hero is the fireplace in the bedroom! My favorite amenity! As noted, landlord controls the heat - but a slight crack of the bedroom window cooled off the whole place (two fans provided as well!). Anything you could possibly need, Seth provides, including, but not excluded to, 2 different kinds of coffees, 11 different kinds of teas, 6 different kinds of fruit, wine, cookies, lollipops, dishware, kitchen tools, toothpaste, mouthwash, all bath products, etc. The filtered water is wonderful! The couch is super comfy! The plants are beautiful, as are all the pictures and decor! The location is wonderful, with an easy walk to Whole Foods, which I did every day. You’re so close to EVERYTHING in Old Port! You will NOT be disappointed! I can’t wait to come back! Seth is an absolute gem! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I had a great stay and loved that we could bring our two pups who loved running around and exploring outside. The host was very nice and communicative. We definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we’re in the area.

Staying at Ann's cabin was a wonderful early fall getaway with a pleasant view from the back porch and great food and friendly people nearby. She was so helpful by providing different local places to visit and gave great instruction for getting to the cabin so we never got lost! The cabin is very cozy and charming and is the perfect place to recharge. I would be happy to visit again!

This cabin is truly a gem! We were visiting my sister who lives nearby for her son's first Christmas. This cabin was so warm and inviting. It's on a paved road so easy to access even if there's a snow storm. It's close to the restaurants, grocery, etc. of Gray. It's a perfect mix of secluded but near the stuff you need. It is so unique in that it's right over the water. The lake was still liquid when we arrived and we literally heard it freeze overnight, it was a very cool experience. I would love to come back in the summer because I think this place would be even more incredible! Hosts were super responsive when we had an Internet issue, had us plowed out of the drive way same day there was a snow storm, 10/10. Thank you for a great trip!

This cottage is delightfully cozy in the winter and very charmingly decorated. It’s not just run of the mill decor. The lighting setup is especially great and was put together very thoughtfully. I really enjoyed being IN the spaces that have been created in the cottage - there are several different seating areas for reading a book or sharing a meal or hanging out. The location of the cottage is spectacular with beautiful views from the windows as well as the private garden, private porch overlooking the bay, and more. Fabiola leaves many helpful instructions (often amusing!) and also gives lots of recommendations about the area. In addition to that she is super welcoming, always available, and clearly wants her guests to enjoy themselves. She also lets the guests have privacy. I’m sure the cottage and garden are even better in summer simply because one can spend more time outdoors, but winter has its own beauty in Maine and the cottage is a wonderful place to experience it from.

This Airbnb was the perfect getaway for our group of friends and family! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind, and we loved spending time together both indoors and outdoors. One of the best parts was that it was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry companions along, which made the trip even more special. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning!

Super large space that was awesome for a weekend getaway. Our questions were answered quickly and we had a blast!

Chris’s place was exactly as described and a real charmer! Impeccably clean, as well as the most fully stocked kitchen I have ever been in. It’s better stocked than my own home! Plus he supplied muffins, bagels and English muffins, orange juice, butter, cream and jams. Coffee maker, and a keurig! As other guests have stated, I felt like I was a guest in a good friends home. He leaves you notes of instructions that are hilarious too, and very precise. Super helpful. After a busy weekend visiting family coming home to Chris’s place was amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The jetted tub with the rotating lights was great!
