We had a very chilled 4 days at Clare’s lovely pool house. Clare and her husband are great host very friendly and helpful, the village is beautiful and quiet and the sounds of the church bell ringers practising on Thursday night was lush, the pool house is warm and cozy.

We were a group of 15 friends and family - adults, teenagers and children - celebrating new year together. The property suited us perfectly and had everything we needed for a great few days. The location is excellent for the Jurassic coast beaches and Lyme Regis.

Really lovely lodge, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and the layout is brilliant ! A few very minor things that would be useful is just perhaps a little welcome pack with some milk / coffee/ butter and maybe a mini jam/ biscuits and in the bathrooms a sachet of shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel / soap perhaps. Just for late arrivers… as we were after a very, very, long journey. We only had one night there sadly and would definately like a longer stay in this beautiful place but it is such a long journey for us. Highly recommended though !

Gill and George were great hosts! Really communicative and clear with everything. The check in and stay was great! The place was perfect for a hen do - so many rooms, things to do and the hot tub was perfect !

We booked Mistletoe Farm for a stag do, and it couldn’t have been better! The location is fantastic—secluded enough to enjoy ourselves without worrying about disturbing anyone, but still close enough to Chard and surrounding areas for pubs and activities. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The hosts were welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local spots. The hot tub were absolute highlights—perfect for relaxing during the day and unwinding in the evening after a big night out. If you're looking for a unique and memorable place to host a stag weekend with a mix of fun and relaxation, this is the place! Would definitely recommend and return!

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

Really enjoyed my stay at High park barns, it was just as described, in a beautiful and convenient location. The barn itself was spotlessly clean and spacious. Would highly recommend

Absolutely perfect! There was everything you needed, all the essentials were there, for a stress free stay. Nicola was very friendly, kept good communications and gave lots of instructions on how to find the property. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy . The downstairs bedroom with bathroom was especially good for my elderly mum. We appreciated the scones milk and bread that was ready for us. Honestly, it was perfect, lovely to be able to walk to the town, beach and coastal walk. Nicola was so lovely. Thank you, would recommend to anybody.

Second time we’ve stayed in one of the lodges and it was better then I remember so peaceful and Pollyanna is an amazing host helping us out with a high chair and cot for our baby!

Helen’s place was absolutely wonderful, so peaceful and relaxing, exactly what was needed this weekend! Was really close to royal William yard which is where we needed to be, lots of extras included in the home like tea, coffee, sugar and milk! The beds were sooo comfy and clean, the heating was on at a comfortable level so the house was warm and cosy, was exactly as described and photographed! Was really wonderful to stay in a homely place, would highly recommend and would stay again. Also they were super responsive to any messages and even offered a longer check out if needed, all around amazing

We had a brilliant stay at Three Gates Farm. Beautiful location and fabulous views. We had an easy check in on Friday afternoon and literally didn’t leave until Sunday morning. It was the perfect place for a weekend with kids and grandparents. A place to cook, relax and just spend time together as a family. The cottage was comfortable, cosy (with a brilliant wood burner) and well equipped. Anything extra we needed in terms of supplies, we had been forewarned about which was super helpful. The pool is on a rota system between the cottages so, which means you can enjoy it to yourselves at set times and there is a daily shared slot each evening too. It has a great big box of pool toys to enjoy, which was just heaven for the kids and the sauna, a treat for the adults. The games room had lots of toys and a small pool table for the kids, great to hide in in the cold weather and my kids thought the outdoor play area was brilliant, right beside a big fenced duck pond. We hope to come back!

As soon as we walked in the door we loved this place! What a gem! The living area has large windows overlooking a peaceful valley full of sheep and chickens - a truly beautiful view to enjoy at any time of day. The house was wonderfully warm - as was the welcome by Tiffany. We felt personally greeted and our hosts could not have been more helpful. The house itself is gorgeous! Spacious and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. I had the best nights' sleep - the beds are so comfortable! The place is quiet and peaceful - you feel hidden away - yet Lyme Regis is just on the doorstep. We spent a day walking around Lyme, drinking coffee and visiting the shops, and one day just relaxing in Little Winter's Cottage. We absolutely loved the place and we will definitely be back! Thank you Tiffany - you were a wonderful host!

Great stay, Gary gave clear instructions that helped us to find it with ease. Great lodge, great facilities. Definitely recommend.

Stayed at Williams house for a week.There were 5 adults and 3 children,such a beautiful child friendly house. Everything was spotless and well maintained,lots of space to spread out,fabulous kitchen and bathrooms and beautiful views. There was ample parking at the rear of the house. Certainly got our steps in walking to the lovely harbour and back. Would highly recommend William’s house,he was excellent at replying to any messages and very helpful with any queries. There’s lots to do around Ilfracombe and some beautiful clean beaches to visit.

Kingsand and Cawsand are beautiful and welcoming places to relax. Don’t miss going to the Rising Sun pub

nice place to go with family… really really nice nd clean house…. danny is a great man called him he talk really nicely nd polite nd asked him local beaches he told me everything wat i needed… thnx mate hopefully will b back there again

We booked Chloe's house as a base for our engineers who were working in the area for the month. Communication was fantastic and Chloe made everything so easy. The house itself was so comfortable and homely and had everything our engineers needed. Thanks Chloe

Fantastic property in a great location. The house has lots going for it...flexible accommodation - all very well kitted out, private hot tub in the enclosed sunny rear garden, very useful outside heated shower for getting the beach off you and prepping for the hot tub, the whole place has a lovely feel to it. Location-wise, it's only a short drive to some of the best beaches in the country....we SUP'd at Hele Bay, body-boarded at Woolacombe, and ate ice cream everywhere! Close enough to larger towns like Barnstaple and Ilfracombe, but walkable to the lovely Braunton with it's mix of pubs and restaurants. It's a great home, beautifully located.

We had a great stay at Priory House celebrating a 30th birthday. Wonderful, large, private property with plenty to do and everything you need! Felt very spacious even with 16 people and Richard was really responsive throughout. We will definitely look to book this property again for any future large gatherings!

Our 3 team members really enjoyed their stay. A lovely house, very homely and extremely helpful hosts. We would definitely stay again when working in that area.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.
