Had a lovely escape at Fernmount. You felt very remote, and deep in the bush, but we’re a short drive to the conveniences of Bellingen. The kids had a fantastic time, hunting for frogs, possums and insects. Andy was a fantastic host, great communication through the whole process. It’s a lovely little slice of the world, and I hope to come back some time soon. Many thanks!

Perfect place for our stay, pool and outdoors area are a sensational place to relax and spend most of our time when we weren’t at a beach. Perfect for a family and brilliant hosts. If they’ll have us we will be back in a heartbeat.

I had a lovely time in Stroud! The place was so close to the main street while also being very private and self-contained. I loved spending time out on the deck. James was really friendly and always there to help!

My sisters and I had a perfect weekend getaway staying at Monique’s perfect cottage. The cottage was immaculately clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were pristine. So cozy and comfortable in every way. We are already talking about going back next year. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking! The coffee across the road was so convenient!!

This cottage was very comfortable and such a lovely place to stay. It’s close to everything and easy to access. The cottage is still kept in a lovely condition without being too modern, very old world charm. We loved it and had a more comfortable stay in Cessnock.

An amazing stay in Bonville! The house is beautifully designed, and bigger than we expected, set in beautiful gardens that go down to the creek. We watched a peaceful hare jump across the garden in the mornings and could hear the kookaburras in the evenings. It’s excellently located close to the beach as well as to the town of Bellingen and Dorrigo national park (would recommend the wonga walk, a 2 hour loop through the rainforest). The hosts were really friendly and responsive.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. We had a large group full of babies and adults and the house could fit us all beautifully. The girls were very flexible and relaxed about our check in and check out times which was so helpful to fit all our babies sleeping schedules in. We all had such a great time. Beautiful mountain views, a gorgeous little walk to the pool/river, close to town, privacy, great showers and overall gorgeous house and gardens. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely will be using this accommodation next time we are in Bello :)

This is a fantastic studio with an incredible blend of retro and industrial touches. It also boasts a full sized kitchen except for the mini fridge. It also has a great selection of DVDs to pick from that we couldnt help but to contribute to, to help fill out the collection even more. The studio is 5 minute walk from the main street so its a quiet location while remaining close to the centre of town. Quite possibly the perfect location for staying in Bellingen. Highly recommend

Shannon our host was extremely welcoming and approachable. Studio was extremely clean with Smeg Appliances, added bonuses, coffee pods, tea, hot chocolate, milk. Shannon provided lovely gifts ., we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. Highly recommended. Aanuka Boat House best coffee. Great spot to relax with a cocktail or two.

The place was gorgeous, peaceful with a stunning view. We would highly recommend visiting and staying at The Hay Shed! My partner and I were welcomed by not only Stella and Ian, but their pretty dogs Harley and Sasha; our pup did not feel left out. I would strongly recommend this place for couples looking for their city escape, and perhaps small families or groups too. The place had ample space and plenty of amenities. There is more space than what we had expected from the photos, and a covered area outside with chairs and bbq to top it off. The location was great, incredibly accessible with clear instructions from the host, you have Old Bar just a short drive away, and Forster and Taree a bit further out if you need something more. There are heaps of local businesses worth visiting too! All in all, great place, give it a visit!

Lovely apartment for a couple. Kitchen was well kitted out and a great view from the balcony. A spacious bathroom with an excellent shower.

Ann and Clive’s home is extremely spacious and very comfortable and clean. They are wonderful hosts and very communicative. The property is surrounded by bushland and is lovely and quiet, the nearby beaches are beautiful. The self contained flat inside their home is well appointed and private. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Such a beautiful place in an even more amazing location. Just a small stroll to the beach and shops which made it nice and easy for our young family. And it was an added bonus having a pool at the complex.

The building offers excellent amenities, including the pool and the gym, making the experience even better. The host was incredibly kind, always available, and quick to respond to any questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay. Peaceful and private, awesome wildlife encounters one morning when 3 roos chilled out on the deck. The view is stunning. Appreciated the basic pantry, books, games, pool towels and tennis racquets.

Cannot rate this place highly enough … a total oasis to escape the noise of the world. Every need had been thoughtfully provided. To wake up to the trees and mountains and bird life has left an indelible etch on my soul. Do yourself a favour and stay … my only regret is that we didnt find the time to swim in the river! So many great things to do in the area. Havent felt this relaxed in a long time. I can only thank Jason and Karlee for creating this beautiful space and allowing us to share it for a while. 💚

Great country stay! Couldn’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough. It was better than in the pictures; clean, modern, tidy, and with all the amenities. Even little details like oil and cling wrap, fantastic! Georgia and Peter were great with communication and very understanding when we had to change our trip dates. Will be coming back!

Antonina was a lovely host, who responded straight away to any questions we had. The home was just as described very beautiful with lovely surroundings. We felt so relaxed in this beautiful private surroundings. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully be coming back in Easter.

Loved our stay at June’s little private sanctuary. We absolutely loved the privacy and tranquility. Wallabies were adorable and it was definitely surreal waking up to them at our deck, patiently waiting for food. King parrots were beautiful. We enjoyed the short bush walk, though it was definitely tougher than it looks and offered a good challenge (take this city girl’s words with a pinch of salt for the experienced bush walkers!) We were initially intimidated by the drive in but managed it with a normal sedan. Definitely emerged well recharged. Well recommend it for anyone who needs a break from the city!

Very cute idyllic weekend cabin Super comfy bed and living space. Has everything you need to enjoy a weekend by the fire with family. Location is great and we all had a lovely stay
