The house was super clean and cosy. It looks like it is quite new as all the appliances and furnishings were pristine. The hot tub is tucked around the side of the cabin and has complete privacy and a beautiful view over the lake. Jonathan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants nearby which were great. The gravetye manor was particularly stunning. Thanks again :)

Such a beautiful place! Everything you could possible need, including a bottle chilling on the fridge! Very easy to find, we had no problems following Linley’s instructions in the dark, and even with a very late check in she was responsive, accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we were ok that evening. We had a great stay and slept very well. The outdoor space was perfect and we took a stroll up onto the heath from the doorstep. Linley and her husband both very friendly and nothing too much trouble! Thank you very much! 😊

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained. It had all the amenities required/advertised., the bed was very comfortable and the Hot Tub was a real bonus after a day sightseeing. Tony provided very clear instructions for check-in and there were also very clear instructions on the use of all appropriate amenities (central heating, shower, cooker etc). We will certainly return next time we are in the area and would not hesitate to recommend to friends wanting to stay in the area.

Such a stunning spot. The view out over the valley is beautiful. The lovely Alfriston is a 5 minute walk away with delicious pubs and restaurants. Great walks directly from the lodge and no need to get in your car. Hot tub was great once we got it up to temperature with a bit of help from Mandy which was appreciated! Really recommend and we’d love to return one day.

The cabin is very private and peaceful just what we needed for a couple of days away from our busy lives. Lovely to sit in the hot tub with a view across the fields and lit well for romantic evenings. Sally is a great host, friendly and helpful.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the lodge. Beautiful space to relax. Excellent communication prior meant everything was straight forward and clear. We will likely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jen and Matts. Such a beautiful and peaceful location - we did the walk to the Black Horse pub which was really nice and had a really great stay.

Nice chalet in a nice location, and convenient for a wedding we were attending in nearby Benenden. Clean, warm and good value for us because the two bedrooms and fact that we could self cater our breakfast made it all up less expensive compared to two rooms in a hotel/pub/guesthouse. Our friends booked the other two chalets which was lovely as we were 3 families together and we enjoyed seeing the horses as we took our morning coffee.

We booked this place to visit various family members which were all located in Surrey and Hampshire. As we had a young Springador with us it was essential that there was a garden and the owners of the lodge very kindly have the whole garden available and she certainly made use of it. The walks from the door were very easy to follow and were various lengths and abilities so there’s something for everyone. On arrival there was a delightful homemade marmalade cake waiting for our attendance. That was and still is being dutifully attended to and that really was quite exceptional. The hosts were friendly and approachable and provided extra chairs for us as our son visited us one of the evenings. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at this Woodland Hideaway.

Superb hut in the Surrey countryside. The place had great access to nature which started on the doorstep with a beautiful garden. Really recommend to anyone looking for a weekend away

This little cabin was the perfect spot for our stay in the South Downs! The location is terrific – Arundel is only a short 5 minute drive away and there are also plenty of walks to do in the local area. Anna and Shaun were delightful hosts, providing us with fresh milk, bread, and eggs upon arrival. We were also fortunate to have clear skies and, being situated in a dark sky reserve, were treated to a breathtaking view of the night sky. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay! Quiet, cosy, spacious, comfy bed, dog visits... what more could you need? Louise was lovely and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.

A really beautiful and such a peaceful setting. Nicole was so welcoming. The cottage was exceptional, but it was all those special extras that made it stand head and shoulders over other Airbnbs. We arrived to a wonderful hamper, with a homemade cake, there was bread, butter, biscuits, fruit juice, eggs from Nicole’s chickens. Lovely bunch of roses in a vase, gave our whole experience that bit of extra love Everywhere was spotless. The television was a good size, with plenty of channels. Also, there were plenty of plug sockets. For me personally, the horses and dogs were a huge bonus for me. We’ll be back 😉

Lovely little place for my son and I, great location for Mercedes Benz world and Brooklands Museum. Alison gave very clear instructions on finding the house and left plenty of bits in the fridge for us.

Another great stay for my colleague, used Julia's place quite a few times now, will always use.

I loved this little place- the indoor/outdoor living is very refreshing and the view is endlessly beautiful from the cabin. Everything is really well though through from very well prepped fire lighting material to storage and so on. Hosts kind and thoughtful. Thank you.

The kids and I had a lovely night away and particularly enjoyed the space and friendly animals on site!

We had a great stay at Caroline’s, situated in a stunning village just 15 mins from Guildford with lots of lovely walks and a village pub which offers good pub food and a buzzy atmosphere! Caroline was an amazing host - answered any queries within minutes. She provided breakfast for our first night which lasted us both our mornings, and was so kind with some home remedies for my partners football injury he had picked up the day we arrived! Lovely & comfortable cabin with stunning views of Puttenham. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved our stay here - ideal location as we were staying for the Brighton Marathon. Had everything we needed and more - Michele left lots of additional extras (e.g milk in the fridge, coffee pods, toiletries and more). Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!
